Abstract

本发明属于以日化领域,具体涉及一种安全低泡的果蔬清洁液。一种安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,含有如下质量百分比的组分:1%~60%的多元醇,所述多元醇为甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇、山梨醇、丁二醇中至少一种;10%~60%的非离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、聚甘油类、吐温类、司盘类中至少一种;0.1%~5%的抗氧化成份,所述抗氧化成份为脱乙酰壳多糖、脱乙酰壳多糖乳酸盐、羧甲基壳多糖、可溶性蛋白壳多糖、水解壳多糖中至少一种;1%~5%的一般性添加物;水补足至100%。本发明的果蔬清洁液安全环保,可快速有效清洁果蔬表层沉积物,延缓果蔬自氧化速度。

[0001] 本发明属于以日化领域,具体涉及一种安全低泡的果蔬清洁液。
背景技术
[0002] 众所周知,人们通过食用瓜果蔬菜摄取人体所需的部分淀粉、维生素、糖分等,其 中,维生素最丰富的部位通常存在于其表层,糖分主要集中在果肉部分。然而,日常生活中 我们不得不面临一些问题,例如植物在生长过程中其表层会有粉层、自然雨水中夹杂的污 染物,以及人为喷洒的农药等的沉积,水果在切开之后长时间接触空气就会自然氧化腐烂 等,那么,如何有效干净地清除表层沉积的这些有害物质,保留住精华,最大限度延长保质 期,是我们日常生活中不可忽略的事情。
[0003] 目前,市售的洗洁精、清洁液以清洁餐具为主要用途,用来清洁瓜果蔬菜在一定的 争议,主要有如下几方面的弊端:1、泡沫太多,在瓜果蔬菜表层会有残留,残留的表明活性 剂本身有一定的毒副作用;2、清洁剂本身清洁力不够,需反复清洗,浪费水;3、清洁剂中的 成分生物降解性不好,污染环境;4、没有延缓或阻止瓜果蔬菜自然氧化的作用。
发明内容
[0004] 发明的目的是提供一种安全环保,可快速有效清洁果蔬表层沉积物,延缓果蔬自 氧化速度的果蔬清洁液。
[0005] 本发明采用如下技术方案: 一种安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,含有如下质量百分比的组分: 1%~60%的多元醇,所述多元醇为甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇、山梨醇、丁二醇中至少一种; 10%~60%的非离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、聚甘油类、吐温类、 司盘类中至少一种; 0.1%~5%的抗氧化成份,所述抗氧化成份为脱乙酰壳多糖、脱乙酰壳多糖乳酸盐、羧甲 基壳多糖、可溶性蛋白壳多糖、水解壳多糖中至少一种; 1%~5%的一般性添加物; 余量为水。
[0006] 进一步的,所述聚甘油类包括聚甘油-10,聚甘油-20,聚甘油-40中的至少一种。
[0007] 进一步的,所述一般添加物包括香精、pH调节剂、乙醇中的至少一种; 优选的,所述的安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的组分组成: 1 %~40%甘油、10%~40%聚甘油-10、1 %~10%吐温-20、0.1 %~5%脱乙酰壳多糖、1 %~5%乙醇,余量 为水。
[0008] 进一步优选的,由以下重量百分比的组分制成:30%甘油、40%聚甘油-10、5%吐温-20、2%脱乙酰壳多糖、5%乙醇,余量为水。

[0010] 本发明具有如下有益效果: 本发明为果蔬清洁液,也可以用来清洁餐具、家居硬表面、眼镜、首饰等,若所用原料均 选用食品级规格,则可稀释后用于浸泡果蔬,能明显延长保质时间。本发明选用原料来源天 然,可生物降解,各组分合理搭配,协同作用,快速清洁果蔬表面细菌、污垢,同时还能明显 抑制果蔬自氧化,使用方便。

[0014] 本发明选用的非离子表面活性剂聚甘油-10、吐温-20,均能在不同温度下体现良 好的流动性和去污能力,能快速乳化包裹住沉积在果蔬表层的蜡质、污垢以及农药残留等, 并迅速剥离,分散到水中; 本发明选用多元醇甘油,可以降低配方体系的冻点,保证在不同的气候和地区都是非 常稳定的流动性,另外,甘油对沉积的污垢有很好的分散和溶解作用; 本发明选用脱乙酰壳多糖类为抗氧化剂,主要是因为其来源天然,安全可靠,抗氧化能 力突出,同时,生物降解性好,配制成水溶液喷洒或浸润果蔬后,能明显延长其保质时间; 本发明加入大量的多元醇和非离子表面活性剂,体系可以不用添加任何防腐剂成份, 也能具有很强的防腐能力,减少配方产品本身带入的杂质,避免了化学防腐剂带入到果蔬 中。

[0016] 相关测试及评价:以康美洗洁精为参照组,对本发明安全低泡果蔬清洁液的各项 性能进行评定。
[0017] (1)泡沫量:各在IL容器中,装入300g自来水,滴入3g清洁液(洗洁精)后,用四叶片 搅拌器,以F120转速搅拌lmin,观察各自泡沫高度。发现泡沫高度依次:康美洗洁精〉实施 例2 >实施例3~实施例1 (2)刺激性:,刺激性是运用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管试验来表征的,利用孵化的受精鸡胚 中期绒毛尿囊膜血管系统完整、明显和透明的特点,将一定量受试物直接与鸡胚尿囊膜接 触,作用一段时间之后观察绒毛尿囊膜血管损伤(如鬼影血管、毛细血管充血或出血),作为 评价结膜潜在刺激性的检测终点。刺激性结果显示:康美洗洁精〉实施例2 >实施例1~ 实施例3,如图1所示。
[0018] (2)农药残留量以果蔬清洗后,水中农药敌敌畏(简称DDVP)残留量为测试指标): 大致过程为,首先将用稀释农药处理过的苹果各放在2.0%的清洁液(洗洁精)水溶液中,缓 慢匀速搅动苹果5min后,取水溶液在NPD检测下检测农药残留量。实验结果显示,按农药残 留量多少排列:实施例1~实施例2>实施例3>康美洗洁精。即残留在苹果表层的农药则是: 实施例1~实施例2 <实施例3 <康美洗洁精。
[0019] (4)苹果果肉抗氧化能力:将同一个苹果切成四份,分别浸入2%清洁液(洗洁精)水 溶液中,立即取出,放置观察15min,记录果肉氧化情况,如图2所示。抗氧化时长:实施例1~ 实施例2>实施例3>康美洗洁精。

Claims (6)

1. 一种安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于,含有如下质量百分比的组分: 1%~60%的多元醇,所述多元醇为甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇、山梨醇、丁二醇中至少一种; 10%~60%的非离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、聚甘油类、吐温类、 司盘类中至少一种; 0.1%~5%的抗氧化成份,所述抗氧化成份为脱乙酰壳多糖、脱乙酰壳多糖乳酸盐、羧甲 基壳多糖、可溶性蛋白壳多糖、水解壳多糖中至少一种; 1%~5%的一般性添加物; 水补足至100%。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于:所述聚甘油类包括聚甘 油-10,聚甘油-20,聚甘油-40中的至少一种。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于:所述一般添加物包括香 精、pH调节剂、乙醇中的至少一种。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的组 分组成:1%~40%甘油、10%~40%聚甘油-10、1%~10%吐温-20、0 · 1%~5%脱乙酰壳多糖、1%~5%乙 醇,余量为水。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的组 分制成:30%甘油、40%聚甘油-10、5%吐温-20、2%脱乙酰壳多糖、5%乙醇,余量为水。
6. 根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于:所述组分为 食品级规格。
