Abstract
本发明属于以日化领域,具体涉及一种安全低泡的果蔬清洁液。一种安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,含有如下质量百分比的组分:1%~60%的多元醇,所述多元醇为甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇、山梨醇、丁二醇中至少一种;10%~60%的非离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、聚甘油类、吐温类、司盘类中至少一种;0.1%~5%的抗氧化成份,所述抗氧化成份为脱乙酰壳多糖、脱乙酰壳多糖乳酸盐、羧甲基壳多糖、可溶性蛋白壳多糖、水解壳多糖中至少一种;1%~5%的一般性添加物;水补足至100%。本发明的果蔬清洁液安全环保,可快速有效清洁果蔬表层沉积物,延缓果蔬自氧化速度。

技术领域
本发明属于以日化领域,具体涉及一种安全低泡的果蔬清洁液。
背景技术
众所周知,人们通过食用瓜果蔬菜摄取人体所需的部分淀粉、维生素、糖分等,其中,维生素最丰富的部位通常存在于其表层,糖分主要集中在果肉部分。然而,日常生活中我们不得不面临一些问题,例如植物在生长过程中其表层会有粉层、自然雨水中夹杂的污染物,以及人为喷洒的农药等的沉积,水果在切开之后长时间接触空气就会自然氧化腐烂等,那么,如何有效干净地清除表层沉积的这些有害物质,保留住精华,最大限度延长保质期,是我们日常生活中不可忽略的事情。
目前,市售的洗洁精、清洁液以清洁餐具为主要用途,用来清洁瓜果蔬菜在一定的争议,主要有如下几方面的弊端:1、泡沫太多,在瓜果蔬菜表层会有残留,残留的表明活性剂本身有一定的毒副作用;2、清洁剂本身清洁力不够,需反复清洗,浪费水;3、清洁剂中的成分生物降解性不好,污染环境;4、没有延缓或阻止瓜果蔬菜自然氧化的作用。
发明内容
发明的目的是提供一种安全环保,可快速有效清洁果蔬表层沉积物,延缓果蔬自氧化速度的果蔬清洁液。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,含有如下质量百分比的组分:
1%~60%的多元醇,所述多元醇为甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇、山梨醇、丁二醇中至少一种;
10%~60%的非离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、聚甘油类、吐温类、司盘类中至少一种;
0.1%~5%的抗氧化成份,所述抗氧化成份为脱乙酰壳多糖、脱乙酰壳多糖乳酸盐、羧甲基壳多糖、可溶性蛋白壳多糖、水解壳多糖中至少一种;
1%~5%的一般性添加物;
余量为水。
进一步的,所述聚甘油类包括聚甘油-10,聚甘油-20,聚甘油-40中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述一般添加物包括香精、pH调节剂、乙醇中的至少一种;
优选的,所述的安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的组分组成:1%~40%甘油、10%~40%聚甘油-10、1%~10%吐温-20、0.1%~5%脱乙酰壳多糖、1%~5%乙醇,余量为水。
进一步优选的,由以下重量百分比的组分制成:30%甘油、40%聚甘油-10、5%吐温-20、2%脱乙酰壳多糖、5%乙醇,余量为水。
所述组分为食品级规格。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明为果蔬清洁液,也可以用来清洁餐具、家居硬表面、眼镜、首饰等,若所用原料均选用食品级规格,则可稀释后用于浸泡果蔬,能明显延长保质时间。本发明选用原料来源天然,可生物降解,各组分合理搭配,协同作用,快速清洁果蔬表面细菌、污垢,同时还能明显抑制果蔬自氧化,使用方便。
附图说明
图1展示了3个实施例及康美洗洁精分别与鸡胚尿囊膜接触一段时间后绒毛尿囊膜血管损伤(如鬼影血管、毛细血管充血或出血)的情况。
图2展示了用3个实施例及康美洗洁精分别配制的四份2%清洁液(洗洁精)水溶液分别浸泡同一苹果的四分之一果肉,立即取出放置15min果肉的氧化情况。
具体实施方案
下面以具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明内容对本发明的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明选用的非离子表面活性剂聚甘油-10、吐温-20,均能在不同温度下体现良好的流动性和去污能力,能快速乳化包裹住沉积在果蔬表层的蜡质、污垢以及农药残留等,并迅速剥离,分散到水中;
本发明选用多元醇甘油,可以降低配方体系的冻点,保证在不同的气候和地区都是非常稳定的流动性,另外,甘油对沉积的污垢有很好的分散和溶解作用;
本发明选用脱乙酰壳多糖类为抗氧化剂,主要是因为其来源天然,安全可靠,抗氧化能力突出,同时,生物降解性好,配制成水溶液喷洒或浸润果蔬后,能明显延长其保质时间;
本发明加入大量的多元醇和非离子表面活性剂,体系可以不用添加任何防腐剂成份,也能具有很强的防腐能力,减少配方产品本身带入的杂质,避免了化学防腐剂带入到果蔬中。
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
相关测试及评价:以康美洗洁精为参照组,对本发明安全低泡果蔬清洁液的各项性能进行评定。
(1)泡沫量:各在1L容器中,装入300g自来水,滴入3g清洁液(洗洁精)后,用四叶片搅拌器,以F120转速搅拌1min,观察各自泡沫高度。发现泡沫高度依次:康美洗洁精 > 实施例2 > 实施例3 ≈实施例1
(2)刺激性:,刺激性是运用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管试验来表征的,利用孵化的受精鸡胚中期绒毛尿囊膜血管系统完整、明显和透明的特点,将一定量受试物直接与鸡胚尿囊膜接触,作用一段时间之后观察绒毛尿囊膜血管损伤(如鬼影血管、毛细血管充血或出血),作为评价结膜潜在刺激性的检测终点。刺激性结果显示:康美洗洁精 > 实施例2 > 实施例1 ≈实施例3,如图1所示。
(2)农药残留量以果蔬清洗后,水中农药 敌敌畏(简称DDVP)残留量为测试指标):大致过程为,首先将用稀释农药处理过的苹果各放在2.0%的清洁液(洗洁精)水溶液中,缓慢匀速搅动苹果5min后,取水溶液在NPD检测下检测农药残留量。实验结果显示,按农药残留量多少排列:实施例1≈实施例2>实施例3>康美洗洁精。即残留在苹果表层的农药则是:实施例1≈实施例2<实施例3<康美洗洁精。
(4)苹果果肉抗氧化能力:将同一个苹果切成四份,分别浸入2%清洁液(洗洁精)水溶液中,立即取出,放置观察15min,记录果肉氧化情况,如图2所示。抗氧化时长:实施例1≈实施例2>实施例3>康美洗洁精。
Claims (6)
1.一种安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于,含有如下质量百分比的组分:
1%~60%的多元醇,所述多元醇为甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇、山梨醇、丁二醇中至少一种;
10%~60%的非离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、聚甘油类、吐温类、司盘类中至少一种;
0.1%~5%的抗氧化成份,所述抗氧化成份为脱乙酰壳多糖、脱乙酰壳多糖乳酸盐、羧甲基壳多糖、可溶性蛋白壳多糖、水解壳多糖中至少一种;
1%~5%的一般性添加物;
水补足至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于:所述聚甘油类包括聚甘油-10,聚甘油-20,聚甘油-40中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于:所述一般添加物包括香精、pH调节剂、乙醇中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的组分组成:1%~40%甘油、10%~40%聚甘油-10、1%~10%吐温-20、0.1%~5%脱乙酰壳多糖、1%~5%乙醇,余量为水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的组分制成:30%甘油、40%聚甘油-10、5%吐温-20、2%脱乙酰壳多糖、5%乙醇,余量为水。
6.根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的安全低泡的果蔬清洁液,其特征在于:所述组分为食品级规格。
