本发明公开了蓖麻基环境友好型切削液组合物,采用质量比50%的三羧甲基丙烷油酸酯TMP318和50%的蓖麻基葵二酸二乙酯复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、乳化剂、硬水稳定剂、抗菌防腐剂、PH稳定剂、偶合剂、抗氧剂、助乳化剂、消泡剂、去离子水、切屑沉降剂。本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、承载能力、减摩减振性、清洗性和排屑作用、防锈性、抗氧防腐蚀性、消泡性、抗腐败性,低气味、无刺激性,有良好的抗微生物性,不易发臭、酸败,具有较长的使用寿命,残液易处理。

技术领域
本发明蓖麻基环境友好型切削液组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
金属加工是工程学的一个分支,是通过成型、机械加工、焊接、铸造、热处理等过程来制造零件、机器和构件。金属加工润滑剂是指用于金属切削、磨削、冲压、轧制和拉拨等各种加工过程的润滑剂,主要包括金属切削润滑剂(包括磨削)、塑性加工润滑剂(包括冲压、轧制、拉拔)、热处理和防锈油脂等。随着先进机械设备越来越多,各种新型金属材料不断投入应用,金属加工工艺技术水平也得到提高,同时环境法规的要求日益苛刻,对金属加工润滑剂的质量要求越来越高,面临着一轮全新的全面技术升级换代。
由于各种金属加工工艺不同,润滑剂所发挥的作用不同,其技术要求也各不相同,大多数金属加工润滑剂都要求包含控制摩擦、减少磨损、控制热量和金属表面保护等基本性能;同时,近来安全环保和回收的要求不断提高。总之,在金属加工过程中,金属加工润滑剂不是孤立的因素,应该将其当成整个润滑计刬和系统工程的一部分,与工厂所有润滑剂和润滑装置组成一个完整的摩擦学体系,才能更好地实现金属材料的加工。金属切削润滑剂是金属加工润滑剂中用量最大、影响面最广的一类油品。金属切削加工存在着其特有的多样性、复杂性,国内各金属加工厂使用的润滑油也显多种多样。
切削液是金属加工工艺中重要的配套材料。它在金属加工过程中起到冷却、润滑、清洗和防锈的作用,并且可延长刀具的使用寿命,改善被加工件表面质量,提高生产效率,减少生产成本。随着科技的发展和人们环保意识的提高。使用后切削液的后处理的负面影响也日益引起了社会的重视。因此,新型的金属加工切削液的组分正受到新的环保法规的影响和改变。特别是否含有硫、磷、氯、硼、重金属亚硝酸盐以及芳烃类等有害物质的添加剂或组合受到了极大的限制。新研制的切削液适用加工高硬度、高温、耐磨合金钢及低热导率的镍、钛合金。

消泡剂是3号复合抗泡剂T923;切屑沉降剂是starcool TOR。
本发明的显著优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、承载能力、减摩减振性、清洗性和排屑作用、防锈性、抗氧防腐蚀性、消泡性、抗腐败性,低气味、无刺激性,有良好的抗微生物性,不易发臭、酸败,具有较长的使用寿命,残液易处理。
