本发明涉及粉末涂料领域,具体为一种超耐候高抗污转印粉末涂料。
背景技术
粉末涂料与一般油漆涂料不同,它是一种不含溶剂的100%固体粉末状涂料。由于不使用溶剂,粉末涂料具有无污染、无危害、高效率、涂膜强度高、可回收的有点,是一种节省资源和环保性很好的新材料涂料。
粉末涂料可以通过转印技术呈现生动细腻的图案,但不管真空转印还是胶水转印,撕纸后,总会有一些雾影,主要是转印纸上的污物或胶水残留。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超耐候高抗污转印粉末涂料。
为达到上述目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种超耐候高抗污转印粉末涂料,其组分重量比特征是:
树脂55-85%,
固化剂3-5%,
颜料0.5-10%,
助剂1-5%和余量的填料,所述树脂中含封闭型多异氰酸酯10-30%和高官能度热固性树脂40-80%。
所述助剂包括流平剂、消泡剂、脱气剂、蜡粉、分散剂、表面活性剂和增光剂。
所述固化剂为TGIC、HAA或两种均有添加。
所述表面活性剂为复合聚乙烯蜡、酰胺蜡、氢化蓖麻油、十二烷基硫酸钠或EBS-SF的一种或多种组合。
采用上述方案的有益效果为:这种超耐候高抗污转印粉末涂料添加了封闭型多异氰酸酯和高官能度热固性树脂,提高了涂膜的交联密度和硬度,同时提高了耐候抗污性能,再加入有表面活性剂调节涂膜疏水、疏油度,使超耐候高抗污转印粉末涂料撕纸后光洁、美观性大大提升。

一种超耐候高抗污转印粉末涂料,其组分重量比特征是:树脂55-85%,固化剂3-5%,颜料0.5-10%,助剂1-5%和余量的填料,所述树脂中含封闭型多异氰酸酯10-30%和高官能度热固性树脂40-80%。
所述助剂包括流平剂、消泡剂、脱气剂、蜡粉、分散剂、表面活性剂和增光剂。所述固化剂为TGIC、HAA或两种均有添加。所述表面活性剂为复合聚乙烯蜡、酰胺蜡、氢化蓖麻油、十二烷基硫酸钠或EBS-SF的一种或多种组合。
粉末涂料添加了封闭型多异氰酸酯和高官能度热固性树脂,提高了涂膜的交联密度和硬度,同时提高了耐候抗污性能,再加入有表面活性剂调节涂膜疏水、疏油度。通过上述组分搭配-混合-熔融挤出-磨粉,控制挤出温度118℃-125℃,制备的粉末涂料转印效果好,容易撕纸,撕纸后光洁、美观。

树脂55-85%,
固化剂3-5%,
颜料0.5-10%,
助剂1-5%和余量的填料,所述树脂中含封闭型多异氰酸酯10-30%和高官能度热固性树脂40-80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超耐候高抗污转印粉末涂料,其特征是:所述助剂包括流平剂、消泡剂、脱气剂、蜡粉、分散剂、表面活性剂和增光剂。
