本发明涉及一种既能实现高品质亚光外观,又能实现耐油要求的环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料及制备方法,质量份计:PVC树脂50份;增塑剂28~35份;稳定剂3~6份;改性剂3~5份;填充剂50~80份;润滑剂0.3~0.8份,增韧剂5~8份。优点:一是具有高性能独特性,低成本且具有价格超低廉的优势,对环境无污染等优点;二是聚氯乙烯电缆料非常柔软,与橡胶相当。

环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种既能实现高品质亚光外观,又能实现耐油要求的环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料及制备方法,属电缆料制造领域。
背景技术
CN104403225A、名称“一种耐磨耐油阻燃聚氯乙烯电线电缆料及其制备方法”, 其配方按重量份为:聚氯乙烯(PVC)100份;偏苯三酸酯、聚酯、环氧类增塑剂的一种或一种以上物质55-75份;复合稳定剂、环氧化合物的一种或一种以上物质5-10份;三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、复合阻燃剂、碳酸钙的一种或一种以上物质30-50份;氯化乙烯、丁腈橡胶的一种或一种以上物质10-35份;硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡、复合润滑剂的一种或一种以上物质0.5-0.8份;色母料1-2份。
发明内容
设计目的:设计一种既能实现高品质亚光外观,又能实现耐油要求的环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。本发明采用丙烯酸酯三聚物改性剂来提高软PVC的耐油(ASTM2号油)性能;采用的软PVC塑料符合ROHS标准的环保要求;使用高添加DOTP增塑剂和高填充碳酸钙来实现高品质的亚光表面。,同时碳酸钙填充剂来降低成本,由于高填充剂的使用,材料强度下降,用增韧剂氯化聚乙烯来提高其强度。
技术方案1:一种环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料,质量份计:PVC树脂50份;增塑剂28~35份;稳定剂3~6份;改性剂3~5份;填充剂50~80份;润滑剂0.3~0.8份,增韧剂5~8份。
技术方案2:一种环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料的制备方法,采用混炼机将树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、填充剂、润滑剂、改性剂按照一定的配比进行混炼,混炼时间为5~8分钟,之后再经双螺杆单螺杆剪切造粒,加料段145-155℃,压缩段155-165℃,均化段165-170℃,机头170-175℃,样品采用平板硫化机硫化,平板硫化机温度为170~180℃,压力为14~16MPa,时间为7~9min。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是具有高性能独特性,低成本且具有价格超低廉的优势,对环境无污染等优点;二是聚氯乙烯电缆料非常柔软,与橡胶相当。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料,质量份计:PVC树脂50份;增塑剂28~35份;稳定剂3~6份;改性剂3~5份;填充剂50~80份;润滑剂0.3~0.8份,增韧剂5~8份。所述PVC树脂为巨化SG-2型。所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二甲酯。所述稳定剂为熊牌8890钙锌复合稳定剂。所述改性剂为丙烯酸酯三聚物(VA含量40%)。所述填充剂为碳酸钙和高岭土。所述润滑剂为氧化聚乙烯石蜡。所述增韧剂为氯化聚乙烯。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础上,PVC树脂50份;增塑剂28份;稳定剂3份;改性剂3份;填充剂50份;润滑剂0.3份,增韧剂5份。
实施例3:在实施例1的基础上,PVC树脂50份;增塑剂35份;稳定剂6份;改性剂5份;填充剂80份;润滑剂0.8份,增韧剂8份。
实施例4:在实施例1的基础上,PVC树脂50份;增塑剂31份;稳定剂4份;改性剂3.5份;填充剂65份;润滑剂0.7份,增韧剂6.5份。
实施例5:在实施例1的基础上,PVC树脂50份;增塑剂33份;稳定剂5份;改性剂4份;填充剂75份;润滑剂0.6份,增韧剂7份。
实施例6:在上述实施例的基础,一种环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料的制备方法,采用混炼机将树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、填充剂、润滑剂、改性剂按照一定的配比进行混炼,混炼时间为5~8分钟,之后再经双螺杆单螺杆剪切造粒,加料段145-155℃,压缩段155-165℃,均化段165-170℃,机头170-175℃,样品采用平板硫化机硫化,平板硫化机温度为170~180℃,压力为14~16MPa,时间为7~9min。
实施例7:在实施例6的基础上,平板硫化机温度为175℃,压力为15MPa,时间为8min。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征是质量份计:PVC树脂50份;增塑剂28~35份;稳定剂3~6份;改性剂3~5份;填充剂50~80份;润滑剂0.3~0.8份,增韧剂5~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述PVC树脂为巨化SG-2型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二甲酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述稳定剂为熊牌8890钙锌复合稳定剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述改性剂为丙烯酸酯三聚物(VA含量40%)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述填充剂为碳酸钙和高岭土。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述润滑剂为氧化聚乙烯石蜡。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述增韧剂为氯化聚乙烯。
9.一种环保新型亚光耐油电子线专用聚氯乙烯电缆料的制备方法,其特征是:采用混炼机将树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、填充剂、润滑剂、改性剂按照一定的配比进行混炼,混炼时间为5~8分钟,之后再经双螺杆单螺杆剪切造粒,加料段145-155℃,压缩段155-165℃,均化段165-170℃,机头170-175℃,样品采用平板硫化机硫化,平板硫化机温度为170~180℃,压力为14~16MPa,时间为7~9min。
