本发明涉及一种粉料灌装机的灌装口抽气结构，包括灌装口、贯穿安装于灌装口中的灌装螺旋输送轴，灌装口的下端设有夹袋器，所述灌装口的上端侧面设有抽气管，灌装口中设有密封套设于所述螺旋输送轴外周的过滤板，所述过滤板上上下贯穿有导气管，所述导气管的下端靠近所述夹袋器设置。本发明在装袋过程中，落料冲击力小，同时落料产生的反冲力不会使气流带着物料的漂浮物向外冲，密封性能好，装袋方便、快捷，工作可靠性好，效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装机械领域，特别涉及粉料灌装机。
背景技术
通常需要对袋内所装入定量物料，然后对袋口进行封口并输送至输出端。每个包装袋内装入的物料需要控制其重量，根据包装袋的大小，所装入的物料的重量不同。现有技术中的装袋机，在装袋过程中，由于出料口与包装袋内部有较长的距离，物料的下落，会有大量的气流产生，气流也容易漂浮至外部，给装袋带来了麻烦，同时会浪费物料。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题，申请人进行研究及改进，提供一种粉料灌装机的灌装口抽气结构。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用如下方案：
一种粉料灌装机的灌装口抽气结构，包括灌装口、贯穿安装于灌装口中的灌装螺旋输送轴，灌装口的下端设有夹袋器，所述灌装口的上端侧面设有抽气管，灌装口中设有密封套设于所述螺旋输送轴外周的过滤板，所述过滤板上上下贯穿有导气管，所述导气管的下端靠近所述夹袋器设置。
本发明的技术效果在于：
本发明在装袋过程中，落料冲击力小，同时落料产生的反冲力不会使气流带着物料的漂浮物向外冲，密封性能好，装袋方便、快捷，工作可靠性好，效果明显。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本实施例的粉料灌装机的灌装口抽气结构，包括灌装口1、贯穿安装于灌装口1中的灌装螺旋输送轴2，灌装口1的下端设有夹袋器3，灌装口1的上端侧面设有抽气管4，灌装口1中设有密封套设于螺旋输送轴2外周的过滤板5，过滤板5上上下贯穿有导气管6，导气管6的下端靠近夹袋器3设置。

1.一种粉料灌装机的灌装口抽气结构，包括灌装口(1)、贯穿安装于灌装口(1)中的灌装螺旋输送轴(2)，灌装口(1)的下端设有夹袋器(3)，其特征在于：所述灌装口(1)的上端侧面设有抽气管(4)，灌装口(1)中设有密封套设于所述螺旋输送轴(2)外周的过滤板(5)，所述过滤板(5)上上下贯穿有导气管(6)，所述导气管(6)的下端靠近所述夹袋器(3)设置。
