Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合板,包括芯板、面板和背板,所述芯板包括至少一层实木单板或竹木单板,所述面板和背板均为纤维板,在相邻板之间设置有胶层。本发明具有成品薄、韧性好、不易破裂、承重高、钉子的附着力大的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及板材,尤其是涉及一种成品薄、韧性好、不易破裂、承重高、钉子的附着力大的复合板。
背景技术
传统的门板和家具板材一般由实木板制成,而利用实木板制作门板或家具板材的成本较高,此外,随着环境保护的加强,木材的价格在不断升高,因此传统实木板制作门板或家具成本也越来越高;现在也使用中密度或高密度纤维板代替实木板,但是纤维板相对于实木韧性不够,容易出现断裂或变形,长久使用容易腐朽,而且承重较小,在使用时,纤维板破裂会产生较多的短纤维物,使人们误认其是纸板,在纤维板上的钉子也难以牢固附着。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点,本发明目的在于提供一种成品薄、韧性好、不易破裂、承重高、钉子的附着力大的复合板。
本发明通过以下技术措施实现的,一种复合板,包括芯板、面板和背板,所述芯板包括至少一层实木单板或竹木单板,所述面板和背板均为纤维板,在相邻板之间设置有胶层。
作为一种优选方式,所述芯板包括二层实木单板或竹木单板。
作为一种优选方式,所述实木单板或竹木单板的厚度为1-3mm。
作为一种优选方式,所述纤维板的厚度为1-1.5mm。
作为一种优选方式,所述纤维板为高密度板。
作为一种优选方式,所述芯板由二层实木单板或竹木单板以及夹持在二层实木单板或竹木单板之间的一层纤维板组成。
作为一种优选方式,还包括设置在面板和背板内的至少一层阻燃板。
作为一种优选方式,所述阻燃板为布设有小孔的纤维板,所述小孔内填充有磷酸铵盐干粉。
本发明的芯板至少有一层实木单板或竹木单板,而面板和背板均为纤维板,从而在加强了产品强度的同时降低了产品的成本,由于芯板至少有一层实木单板或竹木单板,因此本发明成品薄、韧性好、不易破裂、承重高、钉子的附着力大。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例并对照附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种复合板,参考图1至图3,包括芯板、面板100和背板200,所述芯板包括至少一层实木单板或竹木单板,所述面板100和背板300均为纤维板,在相邻板之间设置有胶层。
本复合板的芯板至少有一层实木单板或竹木单板,而面板100和背板300均为纤维板,从而在加强了产品强度的同时降低了产品的成本,由于芯板至少有一层实木单板或竹木单板,因此本复合板成品薄、韧性好、不易破裂、承重高、钉子的附着力大。
在实施例1的复合板中,请参考图1,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,芯板为一层实木单板200,在其它实施例中也可以是一层竹木单板。
在实施例1的复合板中,请参考图1,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,实木单板200的厚度为1-3mm。
在实施例1的复合板中,请参考图1,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,面板100和背板300为高密度板,其厚度为1-1.5mm。
在实施例2较厚的复合板中,请参考图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,芯板由二层实木单板400和600以及夹持其二者之间的一层纤维板500组成,而其中的实木单板也可以为竹木单板。
在实施例3的复合板中,请参考图3,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,还包括设置在面板100底面的一层阻燃板700,芯板为二层实木单板800、900。在面板100底面设置有一层阻燃板700,从而当发生火灾时,利用阻燃板700阻止火势蔓延。
在实施例3的复合板中,请参考图3,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,阻燃板700为布设有小孔702的纤维板,所述小孔702内填充有磷酸铵盐干粉701。磷酸铵盐干粉701中的磷酸二氢铵在燃烧火焰中能吸热分解出氨和磷酸,随后生成P205。每一步反应均是吸热反应,故有较好的冷却作用;分解产生的游离氨能与火焰燃烧反应中产生的OH自由基反应,减少并终止燃烧反应产生的自由基,降低了燃烧反应速率,当火焰中游离氨浓度足够高,与火焰接触面积足够大,自由基中止速率大于燃烧反应生成的速率,链式燃烧反应被终止,导致火焰熄灭。此外,高温下磷酸二氢铵分解,在固体物质表面生成一层玻璃状薄膜残留覆盖物覆盖于燃烧物表面,冷却后形成脆性覆盖物使燃烧表面与空气隔绝,当覆盖物达到一定厚度时能够阻止复燃,阻止燃烧进行。

1.一种复合板,其特征在于:包括芯板、面板和背板,所述芯板包括至少一层实木单板或竹木单板,所述面板和背板均为纤维板,在相邻板之间设置有胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合板,其特征在于:所述芯板包括二层实木单板或竹木单板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合板,其特征在于:所述实木单板或竹木单板的厚度为1-3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合板,其特征在于:所述纤维板的厚度为1-1.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合板,其特征在于:所述纤维板为高密度板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合板,其特征在于:所述芯板由二层实木单板或竹木单板以及夹持在二层实木单板或竹木单板之间的一层纤维板组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合板,其特征在于:还包括设置在面板和背板内的至少一层阻燃板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复合板,其特征在于:所述阻燃板为布设有小孔的纤维板,所述小孔内填充有磷酸铵盐干粉。
