Abstract
本发明涉及家用厨具设备,特别是一种便携式果蔬切片机。旨在解决现有技术中不卫生,带有安全隐患,食材浪费大,设备体积大不便于使用的问题。本发明的外壳内自上而下设有压切装置、原料仓、落料仓和驱动装置;驱动装置包括电机,电机的输出轴穿过落料仓连接刀头转盘,刀头转盘处于原料仓底部,刀头转盘上安装有切刀,切刀上设有将刨切下的物料输送至落料仓的通槽,压切装置包括压簧,该压簧底部设有压盘,顶部设有手柄,压盘的直径与原料仓的内壁形状相对应,电机连接有控制其转速和转向的电控回路。有益效果在于:料斗在机箱内形成相对密闭空间以用于加工,极大的提高了空间利用率,同时料斗便于取用;避免了在原料表面进行损伤性的固定;刀头的变化形式多样,可以切削成形多种形状的成品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及家用厨具设备,特别是一种便携式果蔬切片机。
背景技术
对于果蔬的加工,主要分为榨汁和切片。其中对于有一定硬度的蔬果的切片,大多采用刮刀来手工完成,加工过程中费时费力,且不卫生。
也有相关技术人员提出结合铣削的原理,设计一种带有动力源的自动化的果蔬切片装置,具体方法参见中国专利文献中,已公开的申请号为201520381993.7,名为多功能果蔬切割机的专利技术,就公开了一种利用外置刀盘实现铣削以完成切片的技术设备。
又比如中国专利文献中,已公开的申请号为201420180159.1,名为一种果蔬切割器的专利技术,就公开了一种利用压切的方式以完成切块的技术设备。
但是,研究人员在具体的事实过程中发现,现阶段技术在加工过程中,果蔬都暴漏于空气外,往往需要独立的固定机构或人为固定,造成安全隐患,体积大,不便于存贮与携带,尤其是,上述固定机构往往对果蔬表面造成压痕,往往在切削完毕后形成废料,造成浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术中不卫生,带有安全隐患,食材浪费大,设备体积大不便于使用的问题,通过对现有切菜机产品进行原理及结构分析,依照家庭生活的使用特点及对家电产品的设计要求,进行综合分析论证,设计一款符合时代特点的家用多功能果蔬两用切片机产品。
本发明的具体方案是:
一种便携式果蔬切片机,外壳内自上而下设有压切装置、原料仓、落料仓和驱动装置;所述驱动装置包括电机,电机的输出轴穿过落料仓连接刀头转盘,所述刀头转盘处于所述原料仓底部,刀头转盘上安装有切刀,切刀上设有将刨切下的物料输送至落料仓的通槽,所述压切装置包括压簧,该压簧底部设有压盘,顶部机身顶盖上设有手柄和清洗用管接头,所述压盘的直径与所述原料仓的内壁形状相对应,所述电机连接有控制其转速和转向的电控回路。
优选的,所述落料仓上设有与所述电机的输出轴尺寸相对应的定位槽。
所述切刀包括切片刀和/或切丝刀。所述切片刀中部留有方形通槽。所述切丝刀中部留有方形或圆形通孔。
所述刀头转盘上设有与切刀截面形状相一致的刀槽,所述切刀通过螺钉固定于刀槽上。
在所述外壳内部、原料仓的上方设有对压盘进行限位的压盘卡套。在所述压盘卡套截面为楔形。
在所述外壳顶部外侧设有手柄,手柄下方设有连通外壳内部的喷头。在所述外壳侧边部设有机身手柄。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)机箱整体小巧,料斗在机箱内形成相对密闭空间以用于加工,极大的提高了空间利用率,同时料斗便于取用;
(2)整个过程中无需通过单独的定位元件保证对原料的定位,避免了在原料表面进行损伤性的固定;
(3)工作效率高,刀头的变化形式多样,可以切削成形多种形状的成品。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种便携式果蔬切片机,参见图1至图6,外壳内自上而下设有压切装置、原料仓、落料仓和驱动装置;驱动装置包括电机,电机的输出轴穿过落料仓连接刀头转盘,刀头转盘处于原料仓底部,刀头转盘上安装有切刀,切刀上设有将刨切下的物料输送至落料仓的通槽,压切装置包括压簧,该压簧底部设有压盘,顶部机身顶盖上设有手柄,压盘的直径与原料仓的内壁形状相对应,电机连接有控制其转速和转向的电控回路。
落料仓上设有与电机的输出轴尺寸相对应的定位槽,便于落料仓的快速安装于拆卸。
切刀包括切片刀。切片刀中部留有方形通槽。刀头转盘上设有与切刀截面形状相一致的刀槽,切刀通过螺钉固定于刀槽上。
在外壳内部、原料仓的上方设有对压盘进行限位的压盘卡套。在压盘卡套截面为楔形,起到限位的作用,同时,楔形有自锁的作用,防止零件损坏。
在外壳顶部外侧设有手柄,手柄下方设有连通外壳内部的喷头,以利于后期清洗或加工过程中适当的降温,以防止淀粉类作物氧化变色,影响美观。在外壳侧边部设有机身手柄。便于加工时固定把持。
工作过程中,首先将原料按压至于原料仓内,压切装置在手柄的施力下进行按压,切刀在动力做用下旋转,对原料形成刨削,以切丝或切片,进入落料仓,同时适当的压力可以防止物料翻滚,起定位的作用,节约材料。放料方便,也便于取出成品。
实施例2:本实施例原理同实施例1,具体不同之处在于,切丝刀中部留有方形或圆形通孔,以达到切丝的技术效果。

1.一种便携式果蔬切片机,其特征在于:外壳内自上而下设有压切装置、原料仓、落料仓和驱动装置;所述驱动装置包括电机,电机的输出轴穿过落料仓连接刀头转盘,所述刀头转盘处于所述原料仓底部,刀头转盘上安装有切刀,切刀上设有将刨切下的物料输送至落料仓的通槽,所述压切装置包括压簧,该压簧底部设有压盘,顶部机身顶盖上设有手柄和冲洗用管接头,所述压盘的直径与所述原料仓的内壁形状相对应,所述电机连接有控制其转速和转向的电控回路。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式果蔬切片机,其特征在于:所述落料仓上设有与所述电机的输出轴尺寸相对应的定位槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的便携式果蔬切片机,其特征在于:所述切刀包括切片刀和/或切丝刀。
4.如权利要求3所述的便携式果蔬切片机,其特征在于:所述切片刀中部留有方形通槽。
5.如权利要求3所述的便携式果蔬切片机,其特征在于:所述切丝刀中部留有方形或圆形通孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的便携式果蔬切片机,其特征在于:所述刀头转盘上设有与切刀截面形状相一致的刀槽,所述切刀通过螺钉固定于刀槽上。
7.如权利要求1所述的便携式果蔬切片机,其特征在于:在所述外壳内部、原料仓的上方设有对压盘进行限位的压盘卡套。
8.如权利要求7所述的便携式果蔬切片机,其特征在于:在所述压盘卡套截面为楔形。
9.如权利要求1所述的便携式果蔬切片机,其特征在于:在所述外壳顶部外侧设有手柄,手柄下方设有连通外壳内部的冲洗用管接头。
10.如权利要求1所述的便携式果蔬切片机,其特征在于:在所述外壳侧边部设有机身手柄。
