本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种医疗针头消毒熔毁装置。
背景技术
随着医疗器械技术的成熟,各种一次性医疗器械也越来越多,医疗针头是一种常用的医疗器械,在使用完后需在及时进行处理,否则就容易造成疾病的传播和污染环境,而采用统一集中的销毁方式,其体积较大,成本较高而且使用较为不便,适用性和实用性受到影响,难以满足市场的需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是提供一种结构简单、使用稳定性好且适用性强的医疗针头消毒熔毁装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种医疗针头消毒熔毁装置,包括壳体,在所述壳体内自上向下依次设有消毒腔、干燥腔和高温熔化腔,所述消毒腔与所述干燥腔通过传递通孔相连通,所述干燥腔与所述高温熔化腔通过传送装置相连通,在所述消毒腔内装有消毒液,消毒腔的腔壁上设有消毒液喷嘴,在所述消毒腔的底部设有消毒液回收通道,在所述传递通孔内设有传递皮带与传递电机,在所述干燥腔内设有干燥加热盘旋管,在所述高温熔化腔内壁上设有隔离瓷层,在所述高温熔化腔内设有熔解高温加热器,在所述高温熔化腔的底部设有熔屑出口。
在所述消毒液喷嘴上设有控制器,在所述壳体上设有与所述控制器相连接的调节旋钮。
在所述壳体上设有与所述干燥加热盘旋管相连接的调温旋钮。
在所述壳体上设有与所述熔解高温加热器相连接的高温延时调节定时器。

排钱树为豆科山蚂蝗属植物排钱树Desmodium pulchellum(L.)Benth.,以根和叶入药。夏秋采收,夏季切碎,晒干或鲜用。清热利湿,活血祛瘀,软坚散结。用于感冒发热,疟疾,肝炎,肝硬化腹水,血吸虫病肝脾肿大,风湿疼痛,跌打损伤
翼首草为川续断科翼首花属植物匙叶翼首花Pterocephalus hookeri(Clarke)Hoeck,以带根全草入药。清热解表,清心凉血。用于感冒发热及各种温热病引起的发烧,心中烦热,咳血,吐血,尿血,便血。
牛白藤为茜草科耳草属植物牛白藤Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.,以根、藤、叶入药。全年可采,洗净切片晒干或鲜用。甘、淡,凉。根、藤:祛风活络,消肿止血。用于风湿关节痛,痔疮出血,疮疖痈肿,跌打损伤。
捆仙丝为萝草科植物青龙藤的带根全草。全年可采。鲜用或晒干。活血舒筋,理气祛风。治跌打损伤,下肢冷痛麻木,风湿手足麻木,牙痛。
火炭母,拉丁名为Polygonum chinense L.),蓼科植物火炭母为多年生草本,全株均可入药。茎近直立或蜿蜒状,高达1m,茎圆柱形,略具棱沟,光滑或被疏毛或腺毛,斜卧地面或依附而生,下部质坚实,多分枝,匍地者节处生根,嫩枝紫红色。清热解毒,利湿消滞,凉血止痒,明目退翳。用于痢疾,肠炎,消化不良,肝炎,感冒,扁桃体炎,咽喉炎,白喉,百日咳,角膜云翳,霉菌性阴道炎,白带,乳腺炎,疖肿,小儿脓疱疮,湿疹,毒蛇咬伤。本发明以全草入药。

实施例1:图1显示了本发明的一种具体实施方式,其中图1为本发明的结构示意图。见图1,一种医疗针头消毒熔毁装置,包括壳体1,在所述壳体1内自上向下依次设有消毒腔2、干燥腔3和高温熔化腔4,所述消毒腔2与所述干燥腔3通过传递通孔5相连通,所述干燥腔3与所述高温熔化腔4通过传送装置6相连通,在所述消毒腔2内装有消毒液,消毒腔2的腔壁上设有消毒液喷嘴7,在所述消毒腔2的底部设有消毒液回收通道8,在所述传递通孔5内设有传递皮带9与传递电机10,在所述干燥腔3内设有干燥加热盘旋管11,在所述高温熔化腔4内壁上设有隔离瓷层12,在所述高温熔化腔4内设有熔解高温加热器13,在所述高温熔化腔4的底部设有熔屑出口14。

实施例2:上述中药提取液的制备,取排钱树10g、翼首草15g、牛白藤18g、捆仙丝20g、火炭母12g,放入容器中,煎煮三次,每次加入药材10倍重量的水,每次煎煮两小时,每次煎煮后,提取煎煮液,最后合并三次提取的煎煮液,过滤,得滤液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25,并回收乙醇,得中药提取液。
实施例3:下面对本发明进行抑菌试验:
3.1实验菌种:金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、白喉杆菌,江苏省疾病控制中心提供。
3.2菌种培养基:营养琼脂培养基和营养肉汤培养基,购自南京建成生物工程研究所。
3.3抑菌试验中设备为本发明医疗针头消毒熔毁装置,按实施例1方法制备而成;消毒液为中药提取液,按实施例2方法制备而成。
3.4具体试验步骤:
(1)菌液的制备:将上述三种菌种分别接种于三个琼脂培养基上,在37℃下培养24小时,分别从中挑取典型菌落分别接种于三个新鲜的营养肉汤培养基中,同温度下,培养18小时,备用;
(2)将接种三种菌种的表面皿放入本发明医疗针头消毒熔毁装置中,开启医疗针头消毒熔毁装置,10分钟,取出,观察菌落残留面积的影响。
3.5试验观察测量:表1本发明对菌落残留面积的影响

对上述试验进行观察,观察菌种数量变化并测量菌种残留面积具体结果如上表。
3.6观测测量完毕后,将上述培养皿均置于无菌条件下静置两天,待消毒液完全挥发后,跟踪观察发现,菌落无变化。
3.7实验结果:本发明杀菌能力强,且能够抑制菌种继续繁殖。中药提取液取自天然成分,为纯中药制剂,并采用现代先进医药制药技术制成,具有杀菌能力强、作用速度快、稳定性好,无毒性、无腐蚀性、刺激性小、易溶于水、价格低廉易得等优点,且对人和动物安全无害,对环境污染程度低,是一种理想的消毒液。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种医疗针头消毒熔毁装置,包括壳体,在所述壳体内自上向下依次设有消毒腔、干燥腔和高温熔化腔,所述消毒腔与所述干燥腔通过传递通孔相连通,所述干燥腔与所述高温熔化腔通过传送装置相连通,其特征在于:在所述消毒腔内装有消毒液,消毒腔的腔壁上设有消毒液喷嘴,在所述消毒腔的底部设有消毒液回收通道,在所述传递通孔内设有传递皮带与传递电机,在所述干燥腔内设有干燥加热盘旋管,在所述高温熔化腔内壁上设有隔离瓷层,在所述高温熔化腔内设有熔解高温加热器,在所述高温熔化腔的底部设有熔屑出口;在所述消毒液喷嘴上设有控制器,在所述壳体上设有与所述控制器相连接的调节旋钮;所述消毒腔内的消毒液为中药提取液,中药提取液由排钱树10份、翼首草15份、牛白藤18份、捆仙丝20份、火炭母12份提取制备而成,提取方法包括如下步骤:将上述中药放入容器中,煎煮三次,每次加入药材10倍重量的水,每次煎煮两小时,每次煎煮后,提取煎煮液,最后合并三次提取的煎煮液,过滤,得滤液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25,并回收乙醇,得中药提取液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医疗针头消毒熔毁装置,其特征在于:在所述壳体上设有与所述干燥加热盘旋管相连接的调温旋钮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医疗针头消毒熔毁装置,其特征在于:在所述壳体上设有与所述熔解高温加热器相连接的高温延时调节定时器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的医疗针头消毒熔毁装置,其特征在于:在所述熔屑出口处设有水冷喷水嘴,在所述壳体上设有与所述水冷喷水嘴相连接的控制阀。
