Abstract
本发明公开了一种润肤化妆品组合物。该润肤组合物含有:0.1%‑5%的有机磷脂;0.5%‑5%的麦芽寡糖;0.5%‑10%的挥发性硅氧烷和有机硅蜡;0.2%‑2%的丙烯酰胺类增稠剂。令人惊奇的发现,本发明组合物表现出意料不到的长时间的滋润特性改进,并且进一步提供增强的用后感。鉴于本发明组合物中使用的每个个体组分的性质,前述特性的改善是意料不到的。本发明组合物提供了令人惊奇和预想不到的协同滋润效果,其中组分单个使用或者少于四个复配使用都达不到明显的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种长效滋润特性的局部化妆品组合物,以及制造和使用此组合物的方法,特别是涉及一种润肤化妆品组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
通常配制局部用化妆品组合物以提供一种或多种期望的特性,许多化妆品组合物共同的这些特性中的一种是皮肤滋润作用,典型的通过使用一种或两种已知技术的联合,将滋润作用赋予这些组合物,所述的技术包括保湿剂,例如甘油等多元醇,以水合皮肤并且防止水分流失,以及通过例如凡士林类油脂形成水分流失的屏障。
虽然这些技术是有效的,但是有一定的缺陷,例如保湿剂使用感有发粘的感觉,并且只有在相当高的浓度条件下才有效,只在皮肤表面起作用,易于冲洗掉。另一方面,如凡士林类成分,感觉油腻和油滑,像保湿剂一样,应用到皮肤后短时间就消失了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种润肤化妆品组合物,是一种在细胞水平上起效的皮肤滋润组合物,具有长时间的皮肤滋润效果,并且没有传统的保湿剂粘腻的感觉。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种上述润肤化妆品组合物的制备方法。
本发明提供一种滋润化妆品组合物,其含有如下成分:
0.1%-5%的有机磷脂;0.5%-5%的麦芽寡糖;0.5%-10%的挥发性硅氧烷和有机硅蜡;0.2%-2%的丙烯酰胺类增稠剂。
本发明中使用的有机磷脂是卵磷脂,卵磷脂即与磷酸酯连接的甘油二脂肪酸酯的混合物。卵磷脂较好的是与磷酸胆碱酯连接的甘油二硬脂酸、棕榈酸和油酸酯。卵磷脂通常定义为纯的磷脂酰胆碱或磷脂(包括磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰丝氨酸、磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰肌醇、其他磷脂以及各种化合物,如脂肪酸、甘油三酯、甾醇、碳水化合物和糖脂)的粗混合物。
本发明所用的卵磷脂可以是液体、粉末或颗粒。本发明所用的卵磷脂包括但不限于大豆卵磷脂、羟基化卵磷脂。例如ALCOLEC S是液体大豆卵磷脂。ALCOLEC F100是粉末大豆卵磷脂,ALCOLEC Z3是羟基化卵磷脂。这些卵磷脂都来自于美国卵磷脂公司。
本发明中卵磷脂优选的使用量为0.1%-5%,更优选为0.5%-2%,由于卵磷脂本身不是纯的原料,且可能含有游离的甘油、甘油酯、脂肪酸和皂,所以需要调节这种比例。
本发明中使用的麦芽寡糖是指具有下述通式1表示的结构的环状糖:

在上述通式1中,存在n为4的异环麦芽寡糖,即麦芽五糖分子的还原末端葡萄糖的1位和非还原末端葡萄糖的6位羟基通过α-1,6葡糖苷结合形成环状结构的五糖,和上式通式1中,存在n为5的异环麦芽寡糖,即麦芽六糖分子的还原末端葡萄糖的1位和非还原糖末端葡萄糖的6位羟基通过α-1,6葡糖苷结合形成环状结构的六糖。本发明中所使用的麦芽寡糖可以由淀粉或其部分分解物等通过酶的作用得到。如日本林源公司以商品名MG-60供应的麦芽寡糖。本发明中使用的麦芽寡糖优选自0.5%-5%,更优选1%-4%。
本发明中含有一种在室温下易挥发的硅氧烷,这种硅氧烷包括一种硅氧烷化的结构和挂有烷基链和/或在硅氧烷化结构端的多个结构单元,这些烷基链是直链或支链,包含3-10个碳原子,和一种在室温下是固体或半固体的硅氧烷蜡,这种蜡包括一种硅氧烷化结构和挂有至少一个烷基链或烷氧基链和/或在硅氧烷结构端的多个结构单元,这些链是直链或支链,包含10-45个碳原子。
关于具有烷基链的挥发性硅氧烷,应当理解为,在与皮肤接触时能够被蒸发的具有烷基链的硅氧烷化油,与某些环状挥发性的硅氧烷相比,这些挥发性的硅氧烷具有的优点是闪点不太低(高于40℃),从而限制了着火的危险,涂敷时是柔软的,没有气味。特别的,本发明的这些挥发性的硅氧烷挂有C3-C10烷基链和/或在端部一个C7-C10烷基链。
本发明组合物的这些挥发性的硅氧烷具体具有下述通式(2):
式中,R1、R1’和R2彼此各自代表一个甲基或氢或一个具有3-10个碳原子的直链或支链,x和y各自代表0-10间的一个整数,只要当R1和R1’代表甲基和氢,R2不是甲基或氢时,x不是0,当R2代表一个甲基或氢或x是0时,R1或R1’不是甲基或氢。当R1和R1’代表一个甲基链和当x不是0时,R2代表一个C3-C10烷基链。具体的,当R1或R1’代表一个甲基链和x代表1,2,3或4,优选的是1,y代表0,1,2,3或4,优选的是0时,R2代表一个丙基、丁基、戊基、己基、庚基或辛基链。另外一种形式是,R1或R1’以一个C7-C10烷基链形式存在,并且特别是取x值为0和/或R2是甲基。
在本发明中这些可使用的挥发性的硅氧烷中,可以列举烷基七甲基硅氧烷,其中烷基为C4、C5、C6、C7、和C8烷基。例如具有下述化学式的己基七甲基三硅氧烷:(CH3)3-Si-O-Si(CH3)(C6H13)-O-Si(CH3)3;具有下述化学式的辛基七甲基三硅氧烷:(CH3)3-Si-O-Si(CH3)(C8H15)-O-Si(CH3)3及其混合物。
本发明组合物优选自含有一种或多种挥发性硅氧烷0.5%-10%,更优选的含有1%-5%,以组合物的重量计。

式中,R3、R4和R4’彼此各自代表一个甲基或氢或一个具有10-45个碳原子的直链或支链烷基,z和t各自代表0-100间的一个整数,u、v和w各自代表0或1,只要当R4和R4’代表甲基或氢时,t不是0,R3不是甲基和氢;只要当R3代表一个甲基或氢时或当t是0时,R4或R4’不是甲基或氢。特别的,R3、R4和R4’代表具有12-35个碳原子的直链,优选代表具有18-28个碳原子的直链,例如像C16H33、C18H37、C24H49、C26H53或这些基的混合基。优选的,R3是一个含烷基的链,R4是甲基,u、v和w等于0,z是2-40,t是45-98。
在本发明这些可使用的硅氧烷蜡中,可以列举山嵛基二甲基硅氧烷(其中R4=CH3(CH2)21,t=0,u=1,w=1,z<10),如由赢创公司以商品名Abil Wax 2440销售的产品(融化温度为35℃);硬脂基二甲基硅氧烷(其中u=0,v=w=0,R4=CH3和R3=硬脂基),如由道康宁公司以商品名DC2503销售的产品;十六烷基二甲硅氧烷(其中u=v=w=0,R4=CH3和R3=十六烷基)如有赢创公司以商品名Abil Wax 9814销售的产品;C24-28烷基二甲基硅氧烷(其中u=v=w=0,R4=CH3和R3是一个C24-28烷基,并且z<5),如有赢创公司以商品名Abil Wax9810销售的产品(融化温度60℃);
本发明组合物优选自含有一种或多种硅氧烷蜡0.5%-10%,更优选的含有1%-5%,以组合物的重量计。
本发明中丙烯酰胺增稠剂没有特殊限定,优选例如下:乙烯基吡咯烷酮/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐共聚物,二甲基丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐共聚物,丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐共聚物,聚丙烯酰胺和聚丙烯酸或其盐的混合物,丙烯酸纳/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐共聚物,丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐共聚物,聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸或其盐共聚物,2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐均聚物,乙烯基甲酰胺2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐共聚物等。但不限于这些示例。作为上述的盐优选的可列举:碱金属盐(例如:锂盐,钠盐,钾盐等),碱土金属盐(例如:钙盐,镁盐等),铵盐,有机胺类盐(例如:一乙醇胺盐,二乙醇胺盐,三乙醇胺盐等。其中,丙烯酰胺类增稠剂可以使用一种或2种以上。可以列举的市售产品,例如作为丙烯酸纳/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸钠盐共聚物,可以列举:“SIMULGEL EG”(赛比克公司制造),”FLOCARE ET30”(SNF公司制造)等。除此之外,作为乙烯基甲酰胺2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸铵盐共聚物,可以列举:“Aristoflex AVC-1”(科莱恩公司制造)”作为丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸钠盐共聚物,可以列举:“S-600”(赛比克公司制造);作为聚丙烯酰胺,可以列举:“Sepigel 305”(赛比克公司制造);“Sepigel 501”(赛比克公司制造)等,作为乙烯基吡咯烷酮/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸铵盐共聚物,可以列举:“AristoflexAVC”(科莱恩公司制造)”等,作为2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸铵盐均聚物,可以列举:“Gransil APK-1(Grant Industries公司制造)等,作为2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸钠盐均聚物,可以列举:“Simulgel 800(赛比克公司制造)等,但不限于这些示例。本发明组合物优选自含有一种或多种丙烯酰胺增稠剂0.2-2%,优选自0.5-1.5%,以重量百分比计。
为了改良感官性、赋予皮肤营养、防止品质劣化等,可以在不损害本发明效果的范围内,用本发明制成化妆品组合物中,根据需要可适当配合除上述成分以外一般用于状料用组合物的各种成分。具体而言,例如可以列举出:天然水溶性高分子、半合成水溶性高分子、无机水溶性高分子、紫外线吸收剂、金属离子螯合剂、低级醇、多元醇、单糖、寡糖、多糖、氨基酸、有机胺、防腐剂、pH调节剂、维生素类、植物萃取精华、抗氧化剂、抗氧化助剂、香料、水、润肤油脂等。这些成分可以是一种或两种以上组合。
该天然的水溶性高分子可以是:阿拉伯胶、黄蓍胶、半乳聚糖、瓜尔胶、刺槐豆胶、卡拉胶、果胶、海藻胶、淀粉、右旋糖苷、琥珀酰聚糖、支链淀粉、胶原、明胶等。
该半合成的水溶性高分子可以是:羧甲基淀粉、甲基羟丙基淀粉、甲基纤维素、甲基羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、微晶纤维素、褐藻酸钠、褐藻酸丙二醇酯等。
该无机水溶性高分子可以是:膨润土、硅酸铝镁、合成锂皂石、锂蒙脱石等。
该紫外线吸收剂可以是:对氨基苯甲酸单甘油酯等对氨基苯甲酸系列、薄荷醇-N-S十六烷基邻氨基苯甲酸酯等邻氨基苯甲酸系列、水杨酸辛酯等水杨酸系列、肉桂酸辛酯等肉桂酸系列、4-羟基-3-羧基二苯甲酮等二苯酮系列等。紫外线吸收剂可以单独使用也可以两种以上组合使用。
该金属离子螯合剂可以是:EDTA二钠、EDTA、羟基乙烷二膦酸等。
该低级醇例可以是:乙醇、异丙醇、叔丁醇等。
该多元醇例可以是:甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、山梨醇等。
该单糖例可以是:D-甘油醛等丙糖、D-赤藓糖等丁糖、D-阿拉伯糖等戊糖、D-葡萄糖等己糖、戊醛糖等庚糖、辛酮糖等辛糖、6-脱氧-L-半乳糖等脱氧糖、D-葡糖胺等氨基糖、D-半乳糖醛酸等糖醛酸等。
该寡糖可以是:乳糖、棉籽糖、车前糖等。
该多糖可以是:硫酸软骨素、壳聚糖、半乳聚糖等。
该氨基酸可以是苏氨酸等中性氨基酸、巯基赖氨酸等碱性氨基酸、谷胱甘肽等氨基酸衍生物等。
该有机胺可以是:单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、2-氨基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇等。
该防腐剂可以是:甲基对羟基苯甲酸酯、丙基对羟基苯甲酸酯、苯氧乙醇、重氮咪唑烷基脲、碘代丙炔醇丁基甲胺酸酯等。
该pH调节剂可以是:氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、柠檬酸等。
该维生素类可以是:维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、泛酸、维生素B3以及他们的衍生物等。
该植物萃取精华可以是:芦荟、金缕梅、黄瓜、柠檬、薰衣草、玫瑰等。
该抗氧化剂可以是:生育酚类、二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基羟基茴香醚、没食子酸酯类等。
该抗氧化剂助剂可以是:膦酸、马来酸、丙二酸、植酸、EDTA等。
该润肤油脂包括个人护理品领域常用的润肤剂,包括天然植物油脂、合成油脂以及天然动物油脂及蜡类润肤剂。
另外,上述润肤化妆品组合物的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
1)水、2%-15%的多元醇、0.5%-5%的麦芽寡糖、0.1%-5%的有机磷脂、0.1%-1%的天然水溶性高分子、0.01%-0.1%的金属离子螯合剂、0.1%-5%的单糖、0.1%-1%的多糖、0.1%-5%的寡糖、0.1%-5%的氨基酸等作为水相,升温至80℃,搅拌溶解;
2)0.5%-10%的有机硅蜡、1%-5%的乳化剂、5%-20%的润肤油脂、0.1%-1%的紫外线吸收剂、0.1%-5%的维生素类、0.01%-0.5%的抗氧化剂等作为油相A,升温至75℃,搅拌溶解;0.5%-10%的挥发性硅氧烷和0.2%-2%的丙烯酰胺类增稠剂作为油相B,搅拌混合均匀;
3)将油相A和油相B加入水相中,高速均质3000r/min5分钟-8分钟,搅拌冷却降温至45℃,加入0.01%-1%的防腐剂、0.1%-10%的植物萃取精华、0.01%-1%的香精,搅拌混合均匀,制备得到一种润肤化妆品组合物。
本发明的润肤化妆品组合物具有如下有益效果:
令人惊奇的发现,本发明组合物表现出意料不到的长时间的滋润特性改进,并且进一步提供增强的用后感。鉴于本发明组合物中使用的每个个体组分的性质,前述特性的改善是意料不到的。
具体实施方式
根据本发明,当局部施用组合物至皮肤后,组合物优选的赋予皮肤长效滋润作用,如通过水分指数测量的,可以使用本领域普通技术人员熟知的几种分析设备测量水分指数,一种这样的设备是Novameter DPM 9003(Nova Corporation,Portsmouth,NH).Novameter DPM 9003是化妆品工业中常用的皮肤学实验室仪器,在使用DPM 9003中,采用远程的均一压力传感器探头,通过将传感器探头束在皮肤表面进行读数。该设备显示DPM值(水分指数),其代表基于皮肤容抗的皮肤特性的相对值。DPM 9003设备的数值范围在低值90到高值999之间,更低值通常代表干燥的皮肤而更高值代表水合皮肤。应理解Novameter值向滋润作用百分比增加的转换是化妆品工业中众所周知的,并且基于由Novameter DPM9003得到的读数按照下列公式计算:
百分比增加=[(最终值-初始值)/初始值]*100,在优选的实施方案中,相对于未处理的皮肤,应用后大约10分钟,用本发明组合物处理的皮肤的水分指数至少提高35%。更优选的,相对于未处理的皮肤,应用后大约20分钟,用本发明组合物处理的皮肤的水分指数至少提高30%。本发明也对皮肤提供相对更长时间滋润作用的增加和其他的有益效果,例如,长达4,8,12和24小时,没有现有制剂的缺点例如油腻或者发粘的感觉。
以下通过具体较佳实施例及应用效果试验例内容对本发明作进一步详细说明,但本发明并不仅限于以下的实施例。如无特别说明,以下的百分比(%)均为重量百分含量。
其中:S-10为氢化卵磷脂,可由日本日光公司购得;DC-2503为硬脂基二甲基硅氧烷,可由道康宁公司购得;Aristoflex AVC为乙烯基吡咯烷酮/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸铵盐共聚物,可由科莱恩公司购得;MG-60为麦芽寡糖,可由日本林源公司购得。
以下通过具体较佳实施例结合附图对本发明的润肤组合物作进一步详细说明,但本发明并不仅限于以下的实施例。以下百分比均为重量百分比。
本发明本发明公开一种润肤化妆品组合物,其包含:0.1%-5%的有机磷脂;0.5%-5%的麦芽寡糖;0.5%-10%的挥发性硅氧烷和有机硅蜡;0.2%-2%的丙烯酰胺类增稠剂。同时,还可以包含:天然水溶性高分子、半合成水溶性高分子、无机水溶性高分子、紫外线吸收剂、金属离子螯合剂、低级醇、多元醇、单糖、寡糖、多糖、氨基酸、有机胺、防腐剂、PH调节剂、维生素类、植物萃取精华、抗氧化剂、抗氧化助剂、香料、水、润肤油脂等;这些成分中的一种或两种以上的组合。
实施例1-6
一种润肤化妆品组合物,包含以下表1所述的各组分:

本发明润肤化妆品组合物的制作方法如下:
1、去离子水、甘油、1.3-丁二醇、S-10、MG-60,加入水锅,升温至80℃,保温搅拌20分钟。
2、将鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-6、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、角鲨烷、霍霍巴油DC-2503加入油相,升温至75℃,保温搅拌15分钟,至完全溶解。
3、将水锅和油锅的原料抽入乳化锅,开启高速均质3000r/min,均质10分钟,加入辛基七甲基三硅氧烷和Aristoflex AVC,两个预先分散均匀后加入,高速均质3000r/min 3分钟,冷却,降温至45℃,加入香精和防腐剂,搅拌30分钟后,送检,合格后出料。

效果试验例
该实施例使用的实验方案如下:
选择6组受试者,在使用样品前,在表皮位点使用Novameter DPM 9003得到基线滋润作用评分(初始值)。然后将每个指定样品施用于受试者表皮位点,使用每个样品组合物后大约10分钟和20分钟(见下表3和表4所示),使用Novameter DPM 9003再次进行皮肤滋润作用测量。表1中显示了每个样品的皮肤滋润效果的结果。使用下列公式计算皮肤滋润作用百分率变化:百分比增加=[(最终值-初始值)/初始值]*100

由上述表3和表4的结果证明,实施例1-6代表的本发明优选的实施方案提供即可的皮肤滋润特性,大约十分钟和二十分钟后,皮肤的滋润效果也有较好的改善,远远好于对照例和空白样品的结果。
该结果提示,本发明组合物提供了令人惊奇和预想不到的协同滋润效果,因为其中组分单个使用或者少于四个复配使用都达不到明显的效果。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,故凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种润肤化妆品组合物,其特征在于:是由如下重量百分比的各组分组成:
0.1%-5%的一种或多种有机磷脂,所述有机磷脂为氢化卵磷脂;
0.5%-5%的一种或多种麦芽寡糖,所述麦芽寡糖为MG-60;
1%-5%的一种或多种挥发性硅氧烷;所述挥发性硅氧烷为烷基七甲基硅氧烷,其中烷基为C4、C5、C6、C7、C8烷基;
0.5%-10%的一种或多种有机硅蜡,所述有机硅蜡为山嵛基二甲基硅氧烷、硬脂基二甲基硅氧烷、十六烷基二甲硅氧烷或C24-28烷基二甲基硅氧烷;
0.2%-2%的一种或多种丙烯酰胺类增稠剂;
余量为常规辅料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润肤化妆品组合物,其特征在于:所述有机磷脂占组合物总量的0.5%-2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的润肤化妆品组合物,其特征在于:所述麦芽寡糖占组合物总量的1%-4%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的润肤化妆品组合物,其特征在于:所述有机硅蜡占组合物总量的1%-5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的润肤化妆品组合物,其特征在于:所述丙烯酰胺类增稠剂以重量百分比计为0.5-1.5%;选自:乙烯基吡咯烷酮/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐共聚物,二甲基丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐共聚物,丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐共聚物,聚丙烯酰胺和聚丙烯酸或其盐的混合物,丙烯酸钠/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐共聚物,丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐共聚物,聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸或其盐共聚物,2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐均聚物,乙烯基甲酰胺2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸或其盐共聚物中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的润肤化妆品组合物,其特征在于:所述常规辅料包含天然水溶性高分子、半合成水溶性高分子、无机水溶性高分子、紫外线吸收剂、金属离子螯合剂、低级醇、多元醇、单糖、多糖、氨基酸、有机胺、防腐剂、pH调节剂、植物萃取精华、抗氧化剂、抗氧化助剂、香料、水中的一种或两种以上的组合。
7.一种润肤化妆品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包含以下步骤:
1)水、2%-15%的多元醇、0.5%-5%的麦芽寡糖、0.1%-5%的有机磷脂、0.1%-1%的天然水溶性高分子、0.01%-0.1%的金属离子螯合剂、0.1%-5%的单糖、0.1%-1%的多糖、0.1%-5%的寡糖、0.1%-5%的氨基酸作为水相,升温溶解;所述有机磷脂为氢化卵磷脂;所述麦芽寡糖为MG-60;
2)0.5%-10%的有机硅蜡、1%-5%的乳化剂、5%-20%的润肤油脂、0.1%-1%的紫外线吸收剂、0.1%-5%的维生素类、0.01%-0.5%的抗氧化剂作为油相A,升温溶解;0.5%-10%的挥发性硅氧烷和0.2%-2%的丙烯酰胺类增稠剂作为油相B,混合均匀;所述有机硅蜡为山嵛基二甲基硅氧烷、硬脂基二甲基硅氧烷、十六烷基二甲硅氧烷或C24-28烷基二甲基硅氧烷;
3)将油相A和油相B加入水相中,高速均质,冷却降温,加入0.01%-1%的防腐剂、0.1%-10%的植物萃取精华、0.01%-1%的香精,混合均匀,制备得到一种润肤化妆品组合物。
