背景技术
目前,随着集约化养殖业的发展,肉鸡养殖规模越来越大。高密度集约化的养殖模式也使得养殖环境的生态系统结构单一,肉鸡抵抗力薄弱,一旦发生病害,极易出现交叉感染并大规模蔓延,给养殖户带来巨大经济损失。为了应对各种病害,养殖户不得不大量使用化学药品和抗生素,然而这些药物所带来的负面影响也十分明显,不但改变了蛋鸡肠道菌群的正常组成,导致肠道内微生态环境失调,还使药物在生物体内残留,妨碍了无公害肉鸡养殖业的健康发展。
在中国专利申请号CN201010296344.3中公开了一种肉杂鸡饲料,包括以下重量份的物质:
玉米500~60份,小麦100~200份,土豆100~200份,花生粕20~80份,花生油10~40份,石粉10~15份,磷酸二氢钠10~20份,食盐 5~10份,精氨酸1~3份,苏氨酸4~ 8份,氯化胆碱0.6~1.0份,复合微量元素1.6~2份,复合维生素0.4~1.0份。采用上述方案得到的肉杂鸡饲料,可使肉杂鸡免疫力明显增强,料肉比明显降低。但该方案存在以下缺陷:蛋白质、维生素E、C及钙、磷、铁、硒等微量元素可提高鸡肉的肉质和营养元素,由于该肉杂鸡饲料配方中没有此类较为丰富的可以提高鸡肉肉质鲜美、营养丰富的元素,因而食用该肉杂鸡的肉质不鲜美,营养不丰富,风味不独特。近年来在市场上消费者颇为青睐风味独特,味道鲜美,品质优良,无公害污染的食品,因此,仅用该方案的肉鸡饲料配方产出的鸡不能满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种用于增强鸡的免疫力,且鸡食用后可使鸡肉营养丰富,味道鲜美的肉鸡饲料。
本方案中的一种肉鸡饲料,主要由以下重量百分比的原料制成:九叶蓝8-10份,玉米粉50-60份,燕麦4-6份,小麦4-6份,豆粨粉20-30份,蚕蛹粉5-7份,桃仁粉4-6份,香菇4-6份,灯芯草3-5份,葡萄籽3-5份,食盐0.6-0.8份,味鲜物1-3份,味鲜物为生姜、大蒜、青饲料、腐叶土按质量比1:1:3:2均匀混合。
采用本发明技术方案的肉鸡饲料,九叶蓝是一味药食两用的中药,历史悠久,有“南方人参”之称。中医认为,九叶蓝微甘,性凉,具有清热、补虚、解毒的功效,里含有18种氨基酸和23种微量元素、维生素、萜类、磷脂、有机酸、生物碱、蛋白质等,有防治心脑血管系统疾病,降低血脂、血糖,改善血液流变学,保护中枢神经细胞,促进溃疡愈合等作用。九叶蓝含有皂甙、黄酮、多糖三种重要的成分,这三种成分均可增强机体的免疫功能,对一些常见病和多发病有重要的治疗或预防作用。
味鲜物包含的生姜具有解热、抗菌、消炎、开胃健脾、促进食欲的作用,有防腐和防病的双重功效;大蒜是绿色天然药品,含有丰富的有益元素,除蛋白质、维生素E、C及钙、铁、硒等微量元素外,还具有增强人体免疫力的S一烯丙基半胱氨酸(SAC),以及极具杀菌力的大蒜素;青饲料含有丰富钙、磷等矿物质,营养比较全面,且适口性好,消化率高;腐叶土是营养土,富含有机质、腐殖酸和少量维生素、生长素、微量元素,有杀菌作用。

实施例2:肉鸡饲料的组成原料如下:九叶蓝9份,玉米粉55份,燕麦5份,小麦5份,豆粨粉25份,蚕蛹粉6份,桃仁粉5份,香菇5份,灯芯草4份,葡萄籽4份,食盐0.7份,味鲜物2份,味鲜物为生姜、大蒜、青饲料、腐叶土按质量比1:1:3:2均匀混合。
实施例3:肉鸡饲料的组成原料如下:九叶蓝10份,玉米粉60份,燕麦6份,小麦6份,豆粨粉30份,蚕蛹粉7份,桃仁粉6份,香菇6份,灯芯草5份,葡萄籽5份,食盐0.8份,味鲜物3份,味鲜物为生姜、大蒜、青饲料、腐叶土按质量比1:1:3:2均匀混合。
制备实施例1—3的肉鸡饲料时均采用如下步骤进行:
(1)、将味鲜物中的生姜、大蒜和腐叶土筛拣去在杂后用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成不大于50目的粉末后,并与青饲料按组成原料的质量比混合作为添加料,备用;
(2)、将配方中饲料按组成原料的重量百分比称取作为主料,备用;
(3)、将步骤(1)、(2)一起充分混合,然后造粒或膨化得到成品;
(4)、将得到后的成品肉鸡饲料在使用前用紫外线照射消毒灭菌。
将80只健康的2周龄肉鸡,随机均分成4组,每组20只,其他条件都相同的条件下,采用以上各实施例中配方的肉鸡饲料和投喂普通的饲料,30天后,对4组肉鸡的生长状况对比如下表:
由上表明显看出,肉鸡食用本发明配方的肉鸡饲料,其成活率、肉质口感、营养、鲜味均得到提高。因此利用本方案的肉鸡饲料配方喂养出的鸡,其风味独特,味道鲜美,品质优良,无公害污染,能满足消费者的需求。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施例,方案中公知的具体结构及特性等常识在此未作过多描述。应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。本申请要求的保护范围应当以其权利要求的内容为准,说明书中的具体实施方式等记载可以用于解释权利要求的内容。
Claims (6)
1.一种肉鸡饲料,其特征在于主要由以下重量百分比的原料制成:九叶蓝8-10份,玉米粉50-60份,燕麦4-6份,小麦4-6份,豆粨粉20-30份,蚕蛹粉5-7份,桃仁粉4-6份,香菇4-6份,灯芯草3-5份,葡萄籽3-5份,食盐0.6-0.8份,味鲜物1-3份,味鲜物为生姜、大蒜、青饲料、腐叶土按质量比1:1:3:2均匀混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉鸡饲料,其特征在于:各原料的重量百分比如下:九叶蓝8份,玉米粉50份,燕麦4份,小麦4份,豆粨粉20份,蚕蛹粉5份,桃仁粉4份,香菇4份,灯芯草3份,葡萄籽3份,食盐0.6份,味鲜物1份,味鲜物为生姜、大蒜、青饲料、腐叶土按质量比1:1:3:2均匀混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉鸡饲料,其特征在于:各原料的重量百分比如下:九叶蓝9份,玉米粉55份,燕麦5份,小麦5份,豆粨粉25份,蚕蛹粉6份,桃仁粉5份,香菇5份,灯芯草4份,葡萄籽4份,食盐0.7份,味鲜物2份,味鲜物为生姜、大蒜、青饲料、腐叶土按质量比1:1:3:2均匀混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉鸡饲料,其特征在于:各原料的重量百分比如下:九叶蓝10份,玉米粉60份,燕麦6份,小麦6份,豆粨粉30份,蚕蛹粉7份,桃仁粉6份,香菇6份,灯芯草5份,葡萄籽5份,食盐0.8份,味鲜物3份,味鲜物为生姜、大蒜、青饲料、腐叶土按质量比1:1:3:2均匀混合。
5.根据权利要求1—4所述的一种肉鸡饲料,其特征在于:味鲜物的添加方式为,将生姜、大蒜和腐叶土筛拣后用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成不大于50目的粉末后,并与青饲料混合,再与其他饲料原料充分混合均匀。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种肉鸡饲料,其特征在于:饲料在使用前用紫外线照射消毒灭菌。
