本发明涉及热能与动力领域,尤其涉及双向限压阀。
背景技术
在能量往复传动的包括容积型流体机构的系统中,液体回路中的压力剧变会经常发生,如果不加以调整会损坏部件,影响使用寿命,如果采用蓄能式方式可以减轻压力剧变的程度,但是蓄能单元往往体积大,如果能够将高压端的流体导入低压端,当压力高低发生变化时,再将流体倒回去,这样就可以减少上述压力剧变的损害,而这种回路需要一种新型的双向限压阀组。因此,需要发明一种双向限压阀。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出的技术方案如下:
本发明的双向限压阀,包括至少两个限压阀,至少一个所述限压阀的流动方向与另一个所述限压阀的流动方向相反且并联设置。
本发明还提供另一种双向限压阀,包括喉口体和与其相配合的喉塞体,所述喉口体与通道A和通道B分别连通,所述喉塞体设置在所述喉口体内并与所述喉口体相配合,所述喉塞体受弹性体A和弹性体B作用;当所述通道A内的流体压力超过设定值时,所述喉塞体将所述喉口体开启,当所述通道B内的流体压力超过设定值时,所述喉塞体将所述喉口体开启。
本发明中,所谓“限压阀的流动方向”是指流经所述限压阀的流体的流动方向。
本发明中,应根据热能和动力领域的公知技术,在必要的地方设置必要的部件、单元或系统等。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明所公开的双向限压阀具有占据空间小、结构简单的优点。

实施例1
一种双向限压阀,如图1所示,包括至少两个限压阀1,至少一个所述限压阀1的流动方向与另一个所述限压阀1的流动方向相反且并联设置。
实施例2
一种双向限压阀,如图2所示,包括喉口体2和与其相配合的喉塞体3,所述喉口体2与通道A 4和通道B 5分别连通,所述喉塞体3设置在所述喉口体2内并与所述喉口体2相配合,所述喉塞体3受弹性体A 6和弹性体B 7作用;当所述通道A 4内的流体压力超过设定值时,所述喉塞体3将所述喉口体2开启,当所述通道B 5内的流体压力超过设定值时,所述喉塞体3将所述喉口体2开启。
显然,本发明不限于以上实施例,根据本领域的公知技术和本发明所公开的技术方案,可以推导出或联想出许多变型方案,所有这些变型方案,也应认为是本发明的保护范围。

1.一种双向限压阀,包括至少两个限压阀(1),其特征在于:至少一个所述限压阀(1)的流动方向与另一个所述限压阀(1)的流动方向相反且并联设置。
2.一种双向限压阀,包括喉口体(2)和与其相配合的喉塞体(3),其特征在于:所述喉口体(2)与通道A(4)和通道B(5)分别连通,所述喉塞体(3)设置在所述喉口体(2)内并与所述喉口体(2)相配合,所述喉塞体(3)受弹性体A(6)和弹性体B(7)作用;当所述通道A(4)内的流体压力超过设定值时,所述喉塞体(3)将所述喉口体(2)开启,当所述通道B(5)内的流体压力超过设定值时,所述喉塞体(3)将所述喉口体(2)开启。
