制备方法:
先将消毒杀菌剂烷基苄基氯化铵和乙二醛混合,再加入月桂基甜菜与其他配料逐一加入到容器中和水。搅拌均匀即成本剂;

制备方法:
①高分子材料溶液制备
(1)配置聚丁二烯橡胶溶液;首先于89.88g溶剂汽油中加入聚丁二烯橡胶10g,对苯二酚0.12g,搅拌溶解后备用。
(2)配制8%SBS溶液;将1份对苯二酚和8份SBS溶于91份溶剂汽油中,配制成SBS溶液备用。
(3)配制异戊橡胶溶液:将0.72份对苯二酚和6份异戊橡胶溶于93.28份溶剂汽油中,制成异戊橡胶溶液备用。
②清洗剂配置如下。
(1)按照1号配方在溶剂汽油中加入聚丁二烯橡胶溶液,混合均匀后,在激烈搅拌下缓慢加入抗静电剂Atlas G1086,聚二甲基硅氧烷、香精,以环氧乙烷为杀菌剂,以二氧化碳C3~C4饱和烷径为抛射剂,以气雾罐包装。但环氧乙烷有毒,故喷射后应注意通风,以减少在车内的残留,此外,环氧乙烷与空气形成爆炸性混合物爆炸极限为3.6%~76%(体积分数),故在灌装时需注意。但环氧乙烷与二氧化碳混合后与空气接触时不会燃烧或爆炸,故本品使用时是安全的。
(2)按照2号配方在溶剂汽油中加入聚二甲基硅氧烷、吐温-85,搅拌均匀后,加入上述备用8%SBS溶液及香精,充分混合均匀后,以环氧乙烷为杀菌剂以二氧化碳成C3~C4饱和烷径为抛射剂装罐。制成喷雾剂。
(3)按照3号配方在溶剂汽油中加入上述备用异戊橡胶溶液,抗静电剂AtlasG1086搅拌均匀后加入聚二甲基硅氧烷及香精,充分混合均匀后既可以环氧乙烷为杀菌剂,二氧化碳或C3~C4饱和烷烃为抛射剂装罐。

本品通过添加特殊具有弹性、韧性及成膜性的高分子材料,如聚丁二烯橡胶(PB)、异戊橡胶(CIR)或莱乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)及抗氧剂,克服了聚二甲基硅氧烷仅具上光、隔离作用,对材料表面物理保护作用极小的弱点,喷涂后去污后的材料表面经擦拭,不仅能形成一层光亮的有机硅树脂膜,还能形成一层具韧性和弹性的高分子保护层,光亮度不降低,并且对材料表面微笑的损伤及擦痕有填平、修补作用。添加了高分子材料后,可在组成中去除石蜡组分,克服了石蜡遇水出现白浊化的问题,达到了去污、上光保护一次完成的目的。

制备方法
