本发明公开了一种环保洗车液的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下操作:将硅烷酮乳化液与聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合均匀,得混合液一;然后将碳酸氢钠与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,得混合液二;然后将混合液一与混合液二均匀混合,向其中加入香精、水,搅拌均匀,得洗车液。通过上述方式,本发明制备方法制备的洗车液不仅有效清洁车身表面污垢,而且清洁时节约大量水资源,而且各成分对环境无污染,并且制备方法简单,易于工业生产。

一种环保洗车液的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及日用清洁领域,具体涉及一种环保洗车液的制备方法。
背景技术
汽车长时间使用后,车表面会有大量灰尘沉积,不仅影响车身美观,而且灰尘对对车身玻璃的覆盖也会影响驾驶员行驶。因此,汽车需要定期进行清洗。由于车辆在不同环境中行驶,表面可能附着有大量油污、尘埃、飞禽排泄物等,这些污垢在车体表面仅用清水无法擦拭干净,故需要使用专业的车用清洗剂进行清洗。而现有技术中的洗车液为了强力清洗,多添加有不易降解、对环境不友好的成分,并且在使用过程中需要使用大量水进行高压冲洗,浪费水资源。
发明内容
本发明目的在于公开一种环保洗车液的制备方法,该制备方法操作简单、成本低、易实现工业化,且制备的洗车液洗车效果良好。
为实现上述目的,本发明具体公开内容如下:一种环保洗车液的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下操作:将硅烷酮乳化液与聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合均匀,得混合液一;然后将碳酸氢钠与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,得混合液二;然后将混合液一与混合液二均匀混合,向其中加入香精、水,搅拌均匀,得洗车液。
优选的,所述制备方法包括如下操作:将9份硅烷酮乳化液与25份聚丙烯酰胺、2份十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合均匀,得混合液一;然后将4份碳酸氢钠与5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,得混合液二;然后将混合液一与混合液二均匀混合,向其中加入香精2份,水80份,搅拌均匀,得洗车液。
本发明中采用硅烷酮乳化液作为光亮剂,采用聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚多种表面活性剂进行复配,从而实现对车辆表面的去污、上光、护漆的效果。并且该洗车液制备工艺简单、容易操作,成本较低,用水稀释后直接喷洒在车辆的表面,然后用抹布擦拭或用水冲洗即可。不仅节约大量水资源,而且对环境无污染。
与现有技术相比,本发明洗车液具有如下优点:1、用本发明的洗车液洗车时,只需3升左右水冲洗即可,易冲洗,不仅节约时间而且节约水资源;2、本发明洗车液中的各成分复配效果明显,能有效清洁车体表面的污垢;3、成分环保,对环境无污染,并且能起到保护车身漆面的效果。

实施例1:一种环保洗车液的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下操作:将硅烷酮乳化液与聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合均匀,得混合液一;然后将碳酸氢钠与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,得混合液二;然后将混合液一与混合液二均匀混合,向其中加入香精、水,搅拌均匀,得洗车液。
实施例2:一种环保洗车液的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下操作:将9份硅烷酮乳化液与25份聚丙烯酰胺、2份十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合均匀,得混合液一;然后将4份碳酸氢钠与5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,得混合液二;然后将混合液一与混合液二均匀混合,向其中加入香精2份,水80份,搅拌均匀,得洗车液。
