Abstract

一种高效去渍玻璃水,包括以下质量份比的原料:去离子水:50‑70份,乙醇:2‑5份,十二烷基硫酸钠:1‑3份,烯烃磺酸钠:1‑2份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:0.5‑1.5份,烷基醇酰胺:1‑5份,烷基糖苷:1‑3份,烷基甜菜碱:0.5‑1.5份,烷基磺酸钠:1‑3份,环氧乙烷‑环氧丙烷共聚物:1‑3份,乙二醇:0.2‑0.3份,消泡剂:1‑5份。本发明的消泡剂为乳化硅油,可在使用过程中抑制气泡的形成,保证风挡玻璃清澈透明。此外本发明的配方能够高效快速除去汽车前风挡以及大灯玻璃表面的灰尘、鸟粪以及动物昆虫与其碰撞后所形成的顽固污渍。

一种高效去渍玻璃水
技术领域
本发明属于汽车洗护领域,特别是涉及一种高效去渍玻璃水。
背景技术
汽车挡风玻璃的清洁程度直接决定驾驶员视野。实际使用过程中,由于雾霾天气的影响,汽车玻璃上很容易附着灰尘、油污、鸟类粪便等。由于使用环境的影响,汽车挡风玻璃上常常附着许多顽固污物,一般汽车玻璃水很难将其完全清除。另一方面,普通洗涤剂大多对橡胶会有一定的腐蚀性,会加速催化雨刮器胶条的硬化,硬化的胶条刮擦挡风玻璃时,会加速挡风玻璃表面被刮毛、刮花。同时,汽车前挡风玻璃上易产生雾气、摩擦易产生静电以及眩光等问题都对行车安全造成威胁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种润滑性能优异、润湿性强、分散性和增溶性高的高效去渍玻璃水。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种高效去渍玻璃水,包括以下质量份比的原料:
去离子水:50-70份,
乙醇:2-5份,
十二烷基硫酸钠:1-3份,
烯烃磺酸钠:1-2份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:0.5-1.5份,
烷基醇酰胺:1-5份,
烷基糖苷:1-3份,
烷基甜菜碱:0.5-1.5份,
烷基磺酸钠:1-3份,
环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物:1-3份,
乙二醇:0.2-0.3份,
消泡剂:1-5份。
较佳的,所述的一种高效去渍玻璃水包括以下质量份比的原料:
去离子水:60份,
乙醇:3份,
十二烷基硫酸钠:2份,
烯烃磺酸钠:1.5份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:1份,
烷基醇酰胺:3份,
烷基糖苷:2份,
烷基甜菜碱:1份,
烷基磺酸钠:2份,
环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物:2份,
乙二醇:0.3份,
消泡剂:5份。
较佳的,消泡剂为乳化硅油。
本发明的消泡剂为乳化硅油,可在使用过程中抑制气泡的形成,能更进一步保证风挡玻璃清澈透明,视野清晰。此外本发明的配方含有十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,它们均为阴离子表面活性剂,能够高效快速除去汽车前风挡以及大灯玻璃表面的灰尘、鸟粪以及动物昆虫与其碰撞后所形成的顽固污渍。

乙二醇:0.2-0.3份,
消泡剂:1-5份。

乙二醇:0.2-0.3份,
消泡剂:1-5份。
