本发明提供了一种抗菌防锈润滑剂,原材料按照如下份数比组成:矿物油21‑29份、二甲基硅油13‑21份、柠檬酸11‑15份、纳米石墨粉2‑5份、聚乙烯醇5‑14份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2‑6份、十八烷基胺8‑19份、聚二甲基硅氧烷5‑10份、乙二醇30‑47份、乙醇10‑16份、茶油37‑43份、聚二甲基硅氧烷13‑17份、纤维素醚25‑35份等材料。本发明利用矿物油与其他添加剂的共同合理复配,不仅有效提高了润滑剂的润滑性能,还提高了润滑剂的防锈和抗菌性;同时,利用聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮以及十八烷基胺之间的合理复配使各添加剂在溶剂中的相互作用更佳明显,使得润滑剂的防锈性和抗菌性大幅提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌防锈润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑剂用以降低摩擦副的摩擦阻力、减缓其磨损的润滑介质。润滑剂对摩擦副还能起冷却、清洗和防止污染等作用。为了改善润滑性能,在某些润滑剂中可加入合适的添加剂。选用润滑剂时,一般须考虑摩擦副的运动情况、材料、表面粗糙度、工作环境和工作条件,以及润滑剂的性能等多方面因素。在机械设备中,润滑剂大多通过润滑系统输配给各需要润滑的部位。
近年来,随着工业的迅速发展,润滑剂在工业中的使用也逐渐趋向高效、环保的方向发展,一些具有优异润滑功能的润滑有广受人们欢迎。现如今人们不仅要求润滑油具有优异的润滑性能,还要具有优异的分散性、良好的渗透性以及对环境友好的性能。尤其近几年随着人们环保意识的逐渐增强,人们对多功能型的环保型润滑剂更为青睐。
润滑油可减少物与物之间的摩擦,从而有效减少物件的磨耗。随着机械工业的不断发展,润滑油在机械器件、管道泵阀中的应用也极为广泛。传统的润滑剂已逐渐被一些具有优异润滑性能的复合润滑油所取代,这些润滑剂不但具有良好的润滑性,还具有一些传统润滑油所没有的特殊性能。而润滑剂中基础油和添加剂之间的复配问题一直是润滑剂领域较为困难的技术难题。
目前市售的润滑剂虽然进一步完善了润滑油的不同功能,但是由于添加剂之间的复配不够理想,仍导致润滑剂的效果不理想。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌防锈润滑剂及其制备方法。
一种抗菌防锈润滑剂,原材料按照如下份数比组成:
矿物油21-29份、二甲基硅油13-21份、柠檬酸11-15份、纳米石墨粉2-5份、聚乙烯醇5-14份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-6份、十八烷基胺8-19份、聚二甲基硅氧烷5-10份、乙二醇30-47份、乙醇10-16份、茶油37-43份、聚二甲基硅氧烷13-17份、纤维素醚25-35份、石墨13-16份、单硬脂酸甘油脂21-35份、二亚油酸棕榈酸甘油酯5-9份、聚丙烯酰胺16-27份、聚乙二醇21-26份、丙三醇31-36份。
进一步说明,所述的一种抗菌防锈润滑剂,原材料按照如下份数比组成:
矿物油29份、二甲基硅油16份、柠檬酸13份、纳米石墨粉4份、聚乙烯醇12份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5份、十八烷基胺12份、聚二甲基硅氧烷9份、乙二醇37份、乙醇12份、茶油38份、聚二甲基硅氧烷15份、纤维素醚28份、石墨15份、单硬脂酸甘油脂25份、二亚油酸棕榈酸甘油酯8份、聚丙烯酰胺17份、聚乙二醇24份、丙三醇33份。
进一步说明,所述的一种抗菌防锈润滑剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将矿物油、二甲基硅油、柠檬酸、纳米石墨粉、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十八烷基胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷、茶油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、纤维素醚、石墨、单硬脂酸甘油脂、二亚油酸棕榈酸甘油酯混合均匀,在60-70℃下搅拌50-65分钟,静置、冷却;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合物与乙二醇、乙醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙二醇、丙三醇混合搅拌均匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明利用矿物油与其他添加剂的共同合理复配,不仅有效提高了润滑剂的润滑性能,还提高了润滑剂的防锈和抗菌性;同时,利用聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮以及十八烷基胺之间的合理复配使各添加剂在溶剂中的相互作用更佳明显,使得润滑剂的防锈性和抗菌性大幅提升。

所述的一种抗菌防锈润滑剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将矿物油、二甲基硅油、柠檬酸、纳米石墨粉、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十八烷基胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷、茶油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、纤维素醚、石墨、单硬脂酸甘油脂、二亚油酸棕榈酸甘油酯混合均匀,在60℃下搅拌50分钟,静置、冷却;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合物与乙二醇、乙醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙二醇、丙三醇混合搅拌均匀,即得。

一种抗菌防锈润滑剂,原材料按照如下份数比组成:
矿物油29份、二甲基硅油21份、柠檬酸15份、纳米石墨粉5份、聚乙烯醇14份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6份、十八烷基胺19份、聚二甲基硅氧烷10份、乙二醇47份、乙醇16份、茶油43份、聚二甲基硅氧烷17份、纤维素醚35份、石墨16份、单硬脂酸甘油脂35份、二亚油酸棕榈酸甘油酯9份、聚丙烯酰胺27份、聚乙二醇26份、丙三醇36份。
所述的一种抗菌防锈润滑剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将矿物油、二甲基硅油、柠檬酸、纳米石墨粉、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十八烷基胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷、茶油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、纤维素醚、石墨、单硬脂酸甘油脂、二亚油酸棕榈酸甘油酯混合均匀,在70℃下搅拌65分钟,静置、冷却,;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合物与乙二醇、乙醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙二醇、丙三醇混合搅拌均匀,即得。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防锈润滑剂,其特征在于,原材料按照如下份数比组成:矿物油29份、二甲基硅油16份、柠檬酸13份、纳米石墨粉4份、聚乙烯醇12份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5份、十八烷基胺12份、聚二甲基硅氧烷9份、乙二醇37份、乙醇12份、茶油38份、聚二甲基硅氧烷15份、纤维素醚28份、石墨15份、单硬脂酸甘油脂25份、二亚油酸棕榈酸甘油酯8份、聚丙烯酰胺17份、聚乙二醇24份、丙三醇33份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防锈润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将矿物油、二甲基硅油、柠檬酸、纳米石墨粉、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十八烷基胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷、茶油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、纤维素醚、石墨、单硬脂酸甘油脂、二亚油酸棕榈酸甘油酯混合均匀,在60-70℃下搅拌50-65分钟,静置、冷却;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合物与乙二醇、乙醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙二醇、丙三醇混合搅拌均匀,即得。
