Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型润滑剂,它包括甲基纤维素10~25份、聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂20~30份、醋酸丁脂15~25份、醋酸钠5~10份、乙二醇5~15份和水10~20份。与现有技术相比,本发明具有更好的润滑效果,且对环境无污染。

本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种环保型润滑剂。
背景技术
润滑剂用以降低摩擦副的摩擦阻力、减缓其磨损的润滑介质。润滑剂对摩擦副还能起冷却、清洗和防止污染等作用。为了改善润滑性能,在某些润滑剂中可加入合适的添加剂。选用润滑剂时,一般须考虑摩擦副的运动情况、材料、表面粗糙度、工作环境和工作条件,以及润滑剂的性能等多方面因素。在机械设备中,润滑剂大多通过润滑系统输配给各需要润滑的部位。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保型润滑剂,以解决现有技术存在的效果不佳和污染严重等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种环保型润滑剂,它包括如下质量份数的组分:

其中,所述的甲基纤维素为羧甲基纤维素钠。
上述环保型润滑剂的制备方法,它包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲基纤维素、乙二醇、醋酸丁脂和水混合后备用;
(2)将醋酸钠粉碎后过200目筛,得到醋酸钠粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得醋酸钠粉末和聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂同时分别加入步骤(1)中所得混合体系中,加入完成后,单向搅拌24h后,即得。
有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明具有更好的润滑效果,且对环境无污染。

实施例1
材料及其份数:甲基纤维素15份、聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂25份、醋酸丁脂20份、醋酸钠8份、乙二醇10份、水15份。
制备方法:
(1)将甲基纤维素、乙二醇、醋酸丁脂和水混合后备用;
(2)将醋酸钠粉碎后过200目筛,得到醋酸钠粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得醋酸钠粉末和聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂同时分别加入步骤(1)中所得混合体系中,加入完成后,单向搅拌24h后,即得。
