本发明公开了一种耐光热升华转印膜,所述的转印膜包括基膜和涂层,所述的涂层由下列重量份数的各组分组成:淀粉20‑30份、纤维素5‑10份、聚乙烯醇6‑10份、木质素磺酸钠10‑12份、硫酸钡3‑6份、丙烯酸复合树脂4‑9份、丁酮2‑8份、二氧化钛1‑8份、磷酸三钠2‑6份、固着剂1‑5份、聚乙烯蜡2‑5份,本发明还公开了上述转印膜的制备方法。本发明耐光性检测在60℃下,降低了对使用环境的要求,不会出现变色等现象。

耐光热升华转印膜
技术领域
本发明涉及热升华技术领域,具体涉及一种耐光热升华转印膜。
背景技术
一般来说,利用现有的转印膜,是进行热升华转印所用。目前的技术所制成的转印膜耐光性不够好,容易造成变色,造成产品质量下降。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了弥补现有研究技术的不足,提供了一种耐光热升华转印膜。
技术方案:一种耐光热升华转印膜,所述的转印膜包括基膜和涂层,所述的涂层由下列重量份数的各组分组成:淀粉20-30份、纤维素5-10份、聚乙烯醇6-10份、木质素磺酸钠10-12份、硫酸钡3-6份、丙烯酸复合树脂4-9份、丁酮2-8份、二氧化钛1-8份、磷酸三钠2-6份、固着剂1-5份、聚乙烯蜡2-5份。
作为优选,所述的转印膜包括基膜和涂层,所述的涂层由下列重量份数的各组分组成:淀粉25份、纤维素6份、聚乙烯醇8份、木质素磺酸钠11份、硫酸钡4份、丙烯酸复合树脂6份、丁酮6份、二氧化钛6份、磷酸三钠4份、固着剂3份、聚乙烯蜡3份。
作为优选,所述基层膜的厚度为20-55μm,涂层的厚度为1-4μm。
本发明还公开了一种耐光性热升华转印膜的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
1)制备涂层:将淀粉、纤维素、聚乙烯醇混合,温度升至100℃,保持1h,得到混合物a;
2)在混合物a中加入木质素磺酸钠、硫酸钡、丙烯酸复合树脂、丁酮、二氧化钛、磷酸三钠,温度升至80-110℃,保持1h,得到混合物b;
3)在混合物b中加入固着剂、聚乙烯蜡,以1000-1500转/分,持续转30-40min,即可;
4)将制备好的涂层加至基膜上。
有益效果:本发明耐光性检测在60℃下,降低了对使用环境的要求,不会出现变色等现象。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
一种耐光热升华转印膜,包括基膜和涂层,所述的涂层由下列重量份数的各组分组成:淀粉20份、纤维素5份、聚乙烯醇6份、木质素磺酸钠10份、硫酸钡3份、丙烯酸复合树脂4份、丁酮2份、二氧化钛1份、磷酸三钠2份、固着剂1份、聚乙烯蜡2份。
所述基层膜的厚度为20-55μm,涂层的厚度为1-4μm。
一种耐光性热升华转印膜的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
1)制备涂层:将淀粉、纤维素、聚乙烯醇混合,温度升至100℃,保持1h,得到混合物a;
2)在混合物a中加入木质素磺酸钠、硫酸钡、丙烯酸复合树脂、丁酮、二氧化钛、磷酸三钠,温度升至80-110℃,保持1h,得到混合物b;
3)在混合物b中加入固着剂、聚乙烯蜡,以1000-1500转/分,持续转30-40min;
4)将制备好的涂层加至基膜上。
实施例2:
一种耐光热升华转印膜,所述的转印膜包括基膜和涂层,所述的涂层由下列重量份数的各组分组成:淀粉30份、纤维素10份、聚乙烯醇10份、木质素磺酸钠12份、硫酸钡6份、丙烯酸复合树脂9份、丁酮8份、二氧化钛8份、磷酸三钠6份、固着剂5份、聚乙烯蜡5份。
作为优选,所述基层膜的厚度为20-55μm,涂层的厚度为1-4μm。
本发明还公开了一种耐光性热升华转印膜的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
1)制备涂层:将淀粉、纤维素、聚乙烯醇混合,温度升至100℃,保持1h,得到混合物a;
2)在混合物a中加入木质素磺酸钠、硫酸钡、丙烯酸复合树脂、丁酮、二氧化钛、磷酸三钠,温度升至80-110℃,保持1h,得到混合物b;
3)在混合物b中加入固着剂、聚乙烯蜡,以1000-1500转/分,持续转30-40min,即可;
4)将制备好的涂层加至基膜上。
实施例3:
一种耐光热升华转印膜,所述的转印膜包括基膜和涂层,所述的涂层由下列重量份数的各组分组成:淀粉30份、纤维素10份、聚乙烯醇10份、木质素磺酸钠12份、硫酸钡6份、丙烯酸复合树脂9份、丁酮8份、二氧化钛8份、磷酸三钠6份、固着剂1-5份、聚乙烯蜡5份。
作为优选,所述基层膜的厚度为20-55μm,涂层的厚度为1-4μm。
本发明还公开了一种耐光性热升华转印膜的制备方法,包括下列步骤:

1.一种耐光热升华转印膜,其特征在于:所述的转印膜包括基膜和涂层,所述的涂层由下列重量份数的各组分组成:淀粉20-30份、纤维素5-10份、聚乙烯醇6-10份、木质素磺酸钠10-12份、硫酸钡3-6份、丙烯酸复合树脂4-9份、丁酮2-8份、二氧化钛1-8份、磷酸三钠2-6份、固着剂1-5份、聚乙烯蜡2-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐光热升华转印膜,其特征在于:所述的转印膜包括基膜和涂层,所述的涂层由下列重量份数的各组分组成:淀粉25份、纤维素6份、聚乙烯醇8份、木质素磺酸钠11份、硫酸钡4份、丙烯酸复合树脂6份、丁酮6份、二氧化钛6份、磷酸三钠4份、固着剂3份、聚乙烯蜡3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐光热升华转印膜,其特征在于:所述基层膜的厚度为20-55μm,涂层的厚度为1-4μm。
4.一种耐光性热升华转印膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括下列步骤:
