本发明公开了一种揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,包括:从上至下依次设置的泡罩盖材载体、第一热熔胶层、热成型泡罩材料层、第二热熔胶层、铝箔层、聚氨酯胶层和表面成型支撑保护层,所述泡罩盖材载体与热成型泡罩材料层在一端封合边缘预留有供手持剥离的预剥端。本发明公开的一种揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,由于泡罩盖材具有足够的耐擢破力,用传统触碰方式无法正常取出样品,而需要沿预剥端剥离盖材才能顺利取出药品,而儿童不具有这样的开启技能,从而使得热带型泡罩铝具有良好的儿童保护功能。且泡罩盖材与泡罩材料具有适宜的可剥离力、热带泡罩铝与泡罩材料又具有极高的封合强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及药品包装材料领域,尤其是一种揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装。
背景技术
热带型泡罩铝箔是一种热成型塑料泡罩和冷成型复合铝的组合,泡罩包装保持泡型尺寸不变,泡罩周围的面积略宽一些以便冷成型后的热带型泡罩复合膜能够与热成型泡罩封合上,弥补了传统铝塑包装中不阻光、阻水性差的问题,现正逐步成为主流包装方式之一。
热带型泡罩铝(也称铝塑铝)的构成为尼龙/铝/粘合剂,它是在一定的温度和压力下通过专用设备把这几种材料复合而成的一种片材,是专门为了增强传统铝塑包装的阻隔性而发展起来的一种包装形式,只需在PVC泡罩硬片背后再加一个铝塑复合膜的盖就形成了热带型泡罩铝包装。
同时,儿童保护包装的设计特点在于,成人可以打开药品包装,而儿童不能打开,就可以做到既不影响正常使用,又避免儿童误服药品。但采用普通PTP铝箔的热带型泡罩包装,由于铝箔覆盖膜的耐破裂强度较低,很容易被儿童节抠破或咬破而误食药品,存在很大的安全隐患。
泡罩包装在药品包装中占到60%以上,而热带型泡罩铝是泡罩包装的主流包装方式之一,所以在药品热带型泡罩铝包装上需要一种具有儿童保护功能的包装。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装。通过从预留手持部位撕揭开封合盖材至露出泡罩药片以取出药片,由于儿童不具备这样的开启技能而具有儿童保护功能,且泡罩盖材与泡罩材料具有适宜的可剥离力、热带泡罩铝与泡罩材料又具有极高的封合强度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,包括:从上至下依次设置的泡罩盖材载体、第一热熔胶层、热成型泡罩材料层、第二热熔胶层、铝箔层、聚氨酯胶层和表面成型支撑保护层,所述泡罩盖材载体与热成型泡罩材料层在一端封合边缘预留有供手持剥离的预剥端。
优选的是,所述泡罩盖材载体的厚度为30μm,其材料选用铝箔、聚酯与铝箔复合材料、尼龙与铝箔复合材料中的一种。
优选的是,所述第一热熔胶层的厚度为3-5μm,所述第一热熔胶层用于提供所述泡罩盖材载体与所述热成型泡罩材料层的封合性能,通过控制所述第一热熔胶层的厚度为3-5μm,使所述泡罩盖材载体与热成型泡罩材料层封合后的剥离强度为4~7N/15mm,具有较好的可剥离特性。当所述第一热熔胶层的厚度低于3μm时,其剥离强度小于4N/15mm,其粘结性过弱,使所述泡罩盖材载体与所述热成型泡罩材料层间的封合性过低;当所述第一热熔胶层的厚度高于5μm时,其剥离强度大于7N/15mm,使所述泡罩盖材载体与热成型泡罩材料层封合后不易剥离,影响使用。
优选的是,所述第二热熔胶层为烯烃热熔胶,其厚度为3-5μm,与所述热成型泡罩材料层具有优异的热封合性,通过控制所述第二热熔胶层的厚度为3-5μm,使所述第二热熔胶层与所述热成型泡罩材料层的热封强度能达到20N/15mm以上,从而能保证在剥离开启包装时不破坏该封合层的完好性。
优选的是,所述热成型泡罩材料层的厚度为80-200μm,其材质为聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯中的一种,具有热塑成型性,用于填充药片。
优选的是,所述铝箔层为厚度为40-80μm的软态铝箔,经成型后透水蒸气量为零,以提供完整阻隔性能,当所述铝箔层的厚度低于40μm时,其阻隔性能较差,水蒸气易透过所述铝箔层,当所述铝箔层的厚度高于45μm时,其阻隔性能已不能提高,易造成铝箔材料浪费。
优选的是,所述聚氨酯胶层的厚度为4-6μm,用于粘接所述铝箔层与所述表面成型支撑保护层,通过控制所述聚氨酯胶层的厚度为4-6μm,使所述铝箔层与所述表面成型支撑保护层粘接后的剥离强度达到6N/15mm以上,使其具有良好的封合性能;当所述聚氨酯胶层的厚度大于6μm时,所述聚氨酯胶层中的聚氨酯胶容易外流,影响产品质量。
优选的是,所述表面成型支撑保护层为厚度为15-40μm的尼龙薄膜,为所述铝箔层提供应力支撑。
本发明的有益效果:本发明公开的一种揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,由于泡罩盖材具有足够的耐擢破力,用传统触碰方式无法正常取出样品,而需要沿预剥端剥离盖材才能顺利取出药品,而儿童不具有这样的开启技能,从而使得热带型泡罩铝具有良好的儿童保护功能。且泡罩盖材与泡罩材料具有适宜的可剥离力、热带泡罩铝与泡罩材料又具有极高的封合强度,使本发明的揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装使用方便、安全。

如图1所示,本实施例的一种揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,包括:从上至下依次设置的泡罩盖材载体1、第一热熔胶层2、热成型泡罩材料层3、第二热熔胶层4、铝箔层5、聚氨酯胶层6和表面成型支撑保护层7,泡罩盖材载体1与热成型泡罩材料层3在一端封合边缘预留有供手持剥离的预剥端8。
其中,泡罩盖材载体1的厚度为30μm,其材料选用聚酯材料。
其中,第一热熔胶层2的厚度为5μm,第一热熔胶层2用于提供泡罩盖材载体1与热成型泡罩材料层3的封合性能,泡罩盖材载体1与热成型泡罩材料层3封合后的剥离强度为7N/15mm,具有较好的可剥离特性。
其中,第二热熔胶层4为烯烃热熔胶,其厚度为5μm,与热成型泡罩材料层3具有优异的热封合性,第二热熔胶层4与热成型泡罩材料层3的热封强度为25N/15mm,能保证在剥离开启包装时不破坏该封合层的完好性。
其中,热成型泡罩材料层3的厚度为100μm,其材质为聚氯乙烯,具有热塑成型性,用于填充药片9。
其中,铝箔层5为厚度为40μm的软态铝箔,经成型后透水蒸气量为零,能提供完整的阻隔性能。
其中,聚氨酯胶层6的厚度为5μm,用于粘接铝箔层5与表面成型支撑保护层7,铝箔层5与表面成型支撑保护层7粘接后的剥离强度为8N/15mm。
其中,表面成型支撑保护层7为厚度20μm的尼龙薄膜,为铝箔层5提供应力支撑。

1.一种揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,其特征在于,包括:从上至下依次设置的泡罩盖材载体、第一热熔胶层、热成型泡罩材料层、第二热熔胶层、铝箔层、聚氨酯胶层和表面成型支撑保护层,所述泡罩盖材载体与热成型泡罩材料层在一端封合边缘预留有供手持剥离的预剥端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,其特征在于,所述泡罩盖材载体的厚度为30μm,其材料选用铝箔、聚酯与铝箔复合材料、尼龙与铝箔复合材料中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,其特征在于,所述第一热熔胶层的厚度为3-5μm,所述第一热熔胶层用于提供所述泡罩盖材载体与所述热成型泡罩材料层的封合性能,所述泡罩盖材载体与热成型泡罩材料层封合后的剥离强度为4~7N/15mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,其特征在于,所述第二热熔胶层的厚度为3-5μm,所述第二热熔胶层为烯烃热熔胶,所述第二热熔胶层与所述热成型泡罩材料层的热封强度≥20N/15mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,其特征在于,所述热成型泡罩材料层的厚度为80-200μm,其材质为聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,其特征在于,所述铝箔层为厚度为40-80μm的软态铝箔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯胶层的厚度为4-6μm,用于粘接所述铝箔层与所述表面成型支撑保护层,所述铝箔层与所述表面成型支撑保护层粘接后的剥离强度≥6N/15mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的揭开式热带型泡罩铝儿童保护包装,其特征在于,所述表面成型支撑保护层为厚度为15-40μm的尼龙薄膜。
