技术领域
本发明涉及中药医学技术领域，特别涉及一种治疗肝郁脾虚的中药。
背景技术
目前，随着我国经济的快速发展，越来越快的人沉浸在快节奏的城市化生活中，长期的这种生活给人带来了，如亚健康，心理压力大，胃病，易怒焦虑等等诸多的城市病。而肝郁脾虚就是其中最有代表性的疾病，中医认为此证多因情志不遂，郁怒伤肝，肝失调达，横乘脾土；或饮食不节、劳倦太过，损伤脾气，脾失健运，湿雍木郁，肝失疏泄而成。但由于这些症候大多不会给人们带来直观的病痛感受，所以往往都会被忽视，现代医学研究表明，肝郁脾虚也是乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿等许多妇科疾病的主因，还有痛经、黄褐斑、偏头痛等病症也与肝郁脾虚关系密切。但现在大多是的治疗都是直接对症上述症候，往往忽视了造成上述症候的真正原因肝郁脾虚。因此常常造成患者久病不愈、停药反复等等情况的发生。给患者以及其家庭带来较大的心理与经济压力。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出一种治疗肝郁脾虚的中药，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种治疗肝郁脾虚的中药，是由以下重量配比的中药原料制成：柴胡15g、当归15g、白芍15g、茯苓15g、白术15g、党参10g、黄芪10g、生姜15g、薄荷6g、枳实10g、炙甘草6g、川芎10g、陈皮6g、石菖蒲15g、香附10g、砂仁6g、酸枣仁10g、合欢皮12g、生晒参2g、枸杞子6g。
据《中药药典》记载，上述配方中的主药部分：柴胡为君药，可轻清疏散，在疏肝解郁的同时发挥透邪升阳作用，促使肝气条达，引导诸药归向肝经；在现代药理学中，柴胡中挥发油与柴胡皂苷可有效解热，对大肠杆菌、副伤寒疫苗与伤寒引发的发热症状中可发挥明显解热效果，促使人体体温迅速下降。皂苷可实现抗炎效果，柴胡多糖能够促进患者免疫功能大幅提高，促使皮肤迟发性过敏反应提高。方药中当归可止痛、活血、补血，白芍能益脾、泻肝、补血，二者为臣药，和柴胡联用可发挥柔肝养血功效；黄芪、茯苓、白术与党参共为佐药，可益气健脾，促使营血实现生化有源。枳实、薄荷可对肝经郁气加以疏散；炙甘草可对诸药进行调和，具有补益心脾的功效。健脾疏肝方中以柴胡、香附、枳壳、白芍疏肝、柔肝以解肝郁；党参、川芎健脾补益气血，陈皮理气化痰，石菖蒲化湿健脾胃，砂仁健脾化积开胃，酸枣仁、合欢皮养心安神定志。人参具有缓解体力疲劳的作用，枸杞子具有调节机体免疫功能、调节血脂和血糖、促进造血功能；生姜能刺激胃肠黏膜，使肠道充血，增强消化能力。诸药合用，可发挥疏肝运脾、和血调气功效。

本发明提供的一种治疗肝郁脾虚的中药是由以下重量配比的中药原料制成:柴胡15g、当归15g、白芍15g、茯苓15g、白术15g、党参10g、黄芪10g、生姜15g、薄荷6g、枳实10g、炙甘草6g、川芎10g、陈皮6g、石菖蒲15g、香附10g、砂仁6g、酸枣仁10g、合欢皮12g、生晒参2g、枸杞子6g。
本发明的上述配比的中药材配合使用，具有疗效显著、标本兼治的特点，且治愈后较少复发。另外，本发明是纯中药制成，因此具有毒副作用小，治疗成本低等优点。
本发明将120例受试者随机分成两组中药干预组合安慰剂组，分别给予本发明的中药配方颗粒和与配方颗粒外包装完全相同的安慰剂，每次1袋,每日2次,早、晚饭后半小时服用,连续服用6周。其中安慰剂的制备是依据配方颗粒各个组成药物的颜色,以糊精和焦糖色为原料,按照一定比例调制而成。
肝郁脾虚证主要症状记分包括食欲不振、腹部胀满、躯体疲劳、精神疲劳、胸部胀满，据无、轻、中、重4级分别记录0。表一为治疗前后患者的标线记录表格：
以上可见，两组治疗前后肝郁脾虚主要症状评分变化比较治疗后两组疲乏无力，困倦，胸胁胀满，情绪低落，腹部胀满，食欲不振等主要症状评分均较治疗前下降(P＜0.01)，治疗后观察组各单项症状评分均低于对照组(P＜0.01)。
本研究结果显示在膳食、运动等非药物干预的基础上加用健脾疏肝方后，观察组FS-14躯体疲劳、精神疲劳及总分均低于对照组，提示健脾疏肝方改善了疲劳性亚健康者躯体疲劳和精神疲劳程度42％，显示了其对疲劳的良好改善作用。治疗后观察组肝郁脾虚各主要症状评分均低于对照组，提示了健脾疏肝方改善了疲劳性亚健康者(肝郁脾虚型)症状、体征，显示了对肝郁脾虚证的良好调节作用。
