Abstract

本发明提供一种退热凝胶走珠的配方及制备方法。该发明不仅克服了传统的冷敷、温水擦身、凝胶贴等物理方法退热慢的问题,而且不使用乙醇,避免了人体对乙醇的吸收和过敏反应。更重要的是,本发明利用天然的中草药中挥发性成分作为主要退热剂,属物理降温过程,避免了使用药物退热而产生的副作用。除此之外,薄荷和薰衣草精油可起到提神醒脑,安抚情绪的作用。本发明安全、无毒、疗效确切、使用方便、便于携带,可适用于各年龄段的人群的退热处理。

一种退热凝胶走珠的配方及制备方法
技术领域
本发明提供了一种退热凝胶走珠的配方及制备方法,属药物研究领域。
技术背景
发热,又称发烧,是由于致热原的作用使体温调定点上移而引起的调节性体温升高(超过0.5℃)。引起发热的原因很多,最常见的是感染(包括各种细菌感染,病毒感染,支原体感染等),其次是结缔组织病(即胶原病)、恶性肿瘤等。发热对人体有利也有害。发热时人体免疫功能明显增强,这有利于清除病原体和促进疾病的痊愈。而且发热也是疾病的一个标志,因此,体温不太高时,可通过多喝水来减少发热带来的不适感。非细菌感染引发的发烧不必使用抗生素(如青霉素)。温葡萄糖水能起到利尿降温的效果,在体温没有超过38.5℃时可尽量选择物理的方式控制体温。但如体温超过40℃(小儿超过39℃)则可能引起头晕、惊厥、休克,甚至严重后遗症,故应及时就医。如出现抽搐等症状应遵照医嘱服用镇静药(特别是小儿)。
退热药物的疗效明显,超高热时,一般建议使用药物快速降温。然而药物对机体的副作用也不容忽视,特别是幼儿和肝肾功能不健全的患者。对于幼儿患者,一般建议采用物理方法来退热,比如冷敷、温水擦身、凝胶贴等,然而这些方法退热慢,不能达到立刻降温的效果。相比之下,70%乙醇擦身,退热较快,但因为含有乙醇,会透皮吸收,对幼儿会造成伤害,特别是对酒精过敏的幼儿,可能造成难以弥补的严重后果。
本发明提供了一种退热凝胶走珠的配方和制备方法。配方中不使用酒精,应用天然中草药中的易挥发性成分,当挥发性成分挥发时,带走体表热量,起到退热降温的效果。可将本退热凝胶走珠涂抹于额头、腋下、腹股沟、手掌、脚掌等部位。薄荷和薰衣草精油也起到提神醒脑,安抚情绪的作用。本发明安全、无毒、使用方便,便于携带,可适用于各年龄段的人群。
发明内容

本发明的技术方案:
一种退热凝胶走珠的配方组合物,其特征在于:以芦荟提取物、金银花提取物、薰衣草精油、薄荷精油、薄荷醇、冰片、维生素C为活性成分。
所述的配方组合物,其特征在于:组合物中还含有助溶剂、增稠剂、抗菌剂和水,其中以重量百分比计,活性成分2.2-30%,助溶剂2-10%,增稠剂0.1-3%,抗菌剂0.2-1%,以及余量的水。
如上所述的配方组合物,其特征在于,活性成分的含量以重量百分比计为:
如上所述的配方组合物,其特征在于,所述助溶剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、卵磷脂、甘油、丙二醇、三乙醇胺中的一种或多种组合。
如上所述的配方组合物,其特征在于,所述增稠剂选自甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、卡波姆940、海藻酸钠、黄原胶中的一种或多种组合。
如上所述的配方组合物,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂选自尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金乙酯、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、苯氧乙醇中的一种或多种组合。
如上所述的配方组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:
a.按照处方量称取芦荟提取、金银花提取物溶解于水并混合均匀,再加入处方量维生素C,混合均匀得水相;
b.按照处方量将冰片、薄荷醇溶解于适量助溶剂中,再加入薰衣草精油和薄荷精油,混合均匀得油箱;
c.按照处方量,在50-70℃下,将油相、水相、助溶剂、增稠剂、抗菌剂加入均相混合器,混合5-15min,即得退热凝胶组合物。
如上所述的退热凝胶组合物的施用方法为走珠,其特征在于:含有上述的组合物。
所述的退热凝胶走珠在退热方面的用途。

实施例1:
退热凝胶走珠配方组成如下:
制备方法:
a)按照处方量称取芦荟提取、金银花提取物溶解于水并混合均匀,再加入处方量维生素C,混合均匀得水相;
b)按照处方量将冰片、薄荷醇溶解于适量甘油中,再加入薰衣草精油和薄荷精油,混合均匀得油箱;
c)按照处方量,在50-70℃下,将油相、水相、甘油、卡波姆940、苯甲酸钠、尼泊金乙酯、三乙醇胺、水加入均相混合器,混合5-15min,即得退热凝胶组合物。
d)将所得退热凝胶组合物分装入走珠器中,辐射灭菌,即得退热凝胶走珠。
实施例2:
退热凝胶走珠配方组成如下:

1.一种退热凝胶组合物,其特征在于:以芦荟提取物、金银花提取物、薰衣草精油、薄荷精油、薄荷醇、冰片、维生素C为活性成分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:组合物中还含有助溶剂、增稠剂、抗菌剂和水,其中以重量百分比计,活性成分2.2-30%,助溶剂2-10%,增稠剂0.1-3%,抗菌剂0.2-1%,以及余量的水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于,活性成分的含量以重量百分比计为:

7.权利要求1-6任一项所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:
a)按照处方量称取芦荟提取、金银花提取物溶解于水并混合均匀,再加入处方量维生素C,混合均匀得水相;
b)按照处方量将冰片、薄荷醇溶解于适量助溶剂中,再加入薰衣草精油和薄荷精油,混合均匀得油箱;
c)按照处方量,在50-70℃下,将油相、水相、助溶剂、增稠剂、抗菌剂加入均相混合器,混合5-15min,即得退热凝胶组合物。
