Abstract

本发明公开了一种无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂及其制备方法和应用,在浓度为10‑5g/ml的正已烷中按照体积比2~4∶4~6∶5~8∶7~9∶11~14加入橙花醇、正戊醇、正己醛、乙酸顺‑3‑己烯酯和水杨酸甲酯味源物;所述方法包括:配置寄生蜂诱集剂;制作诱芯:用有机溶剂漂洗天然橡胶38~45小时后,将诱集剂注入橡皮头制成诱芯;将诱芯放置在黄色粘胶纸,并悬挂在养殖有白蜡虫的寄主植物枝条上;直至黄色粘胶纸上粘满寄生蜂后取下。本发明在5天内可诱杀白蜡虫寄生蜂200头,诱杀效果相当明显,不污染环境,不影响虫白蜡产品质量,成本低、经济效益显著,将寄生蜂寄生率降低6%以下,实现白蜡虫寄生蜂的生态控制。

一种无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明属于寄生蜂诱捕技术领域,尤其涉及一种无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
白蜡虫(Ericerus pela(Chavannes))是一种重要的资源昆虫,它寄生在寄主植物上而分泌的白蜡属于纯天然生物蜡,是由高级饱和一元酸和一元醇组成的脂类物质,是重要的生物化工资源,具有重大的经济价值,被广泛应用于医药、食品、电子、信息技术、轻工、化工、日用品和高级化妆品等行业。在白蜡虫分泌白蜡的过程中,病、虫害是影响产蜡数量和质量的主要因素,其中,寄生蜂是危害白蜡虫最严重的一类天敌,加之白蜡虫寄生蜂种类繁多、世代多、数量大、发生时间长,因此,对白蜡生产和种虫培育的影响尤为突出,当寄生蜂寄生白蜡虫雄虫后,将造成30~40%的白蜡损失,严重影响白蜡生产;当寄生蜂寄生白蜡虫雌虫后,将造成近40%的种虫损失,严重影响种虫质量,在局部产区甚至绝收。白蜡虫寄生蜂有20多种(万益峰等,1995;赵杰军等,2003,2004),其中,以白蜡虫花翅跳小蜂Microterys ericeri Ishii、白蜡虫阔柄跳小蜂Melaphycus ericeri Xu et Jiang和中华花翅跳小蜂Microterys sinicus Jiang为白蜡虫的主要寄生蜂,其危害最为严重。在产虫区存在“3年红(健康)、3年黑(死亡)”的现象(张长海等,1999),说明寄生蜂对白蜡虫种虫造成的严重危害性。由于寄生蜂寄生在白蜡虫体内,用农药进行防治的效果不佳,而且农药还会杀死白蜡虫,并在白蜡上留下农药残留,影响白蜡质量,农药的过量使用必将污染环境。
综上所述,现有寄生蜂寄生在白蜡虫体内,用农药进行防治的效果不佳,在白蜡上留下农药残留,影响白蜡质量,农药的过量使用污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂及其制备方法和应用,旨在解决现有寄生蜂寄生在白蜡虫体内,用农药进行防治的效果不佳,在白蜡上留下农药残留,影响白蜡质量,农药的过量使用污染环境的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂,所述无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂在浓度为10-5g/ml的正已烷中按照体积比2~4∶4~6∶5~8∶7~9∶11~14加入橙花醇、正戊醇、正己醛、乙酸顺-3-己烯酯和水杨酸甲酯味源物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种所述无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂的制备方法,所述无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,配置寄生蜂诱集剂:用正已烷为溶剂配制浓度均为10-5g/ml的橙花醇、正戊醇、正己醛、乙酸顺-3-己烯酯和水杨酸甲酯味源物,再按序以体积比2~4∶4~6∶5~8∶7~9∶11~14的比例配制成寄生蜂诱集剂;
步骤二,制作诱芯:用有机溶剂漂洗天然橡胶38~45小时后,将诱集剂注入橡皮头制成诱芯;
步骤三,将诱芯放置在黄色粘胶纸,并悬挂在养殖有白蜡虫的寄主植物枝条上;白蜡虫寄生蜂飞向上述黄色粘胶纸上,直至该黄色粘胶纸上粘满寄生蜂后取下。
进一步,粘胶纸颜色为蓝色、蓝绿色、绿色、白色、灰褐色、红色或黑色。
进一步,所述黄色粘胶纸为双面不干胶黏粘纸,其上设有通孔。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种应用所述无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂的诱捕器。
本发明提供的无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂及其制备方法和应用,即充分利用白蜡虫寄生蜂所特有的趋色性、趋味性,通过在寄主植物上设置一简单的白蜡虫寄生蜂所喜好的带挥发物味的黄色粘胶纸,即可将白蜡虫寄生蜂吸引到黄色粘胶纸上,一旦寄生蜂被粘到黄色粘胶纸上,就不能再继续飞行,从而起到诱集并杀死寄生蜂的作用,一张15cm×20cm带味的黄色粘胶纸,在5天内可诱杀白蜡虫寄生蜂200头,诱杀效果相当明显,同时不污染环境,不影响白蜡虫的正常产虫、产蜡生产,不影响虫白蜡产品质量,技术简单,易推广,成本低、经济效益显著,极大降低了寄生蜂对白蜡虫的危害,可将寄生蜂寄生率降低6%以下,实现白蜡虫寄生蜂的生态控制。

如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S101:配置寄生蜂诱集剂:用正已烷为溶剂配制浓度均为10-5g/ml的橙花醇、正戊醇、正己醛、乙酸顺-3-己烯酯和水杨酸甲酯味源物,再按序以体积比2~4∶4~6∶5~8∶7~9∶11~14的比例配制成寄生蜂诱集剂;
S102:制作诱芯:用有机溶剂漂洗天然橡胶38~45小时后,将诱集剂注入橡皮头制成诱芯;
S103:将诱芯放置在黄色粘胶纸,并悬挂在养殖有白蜡虫的寄主植物枝条上;白蜡虫寄生蜂飞向上述黄色粘胶纸上,直至该黄色粘胶纸上粘满寄生蜂后取下。
所述粘胶纸颜色还可为蓝色、蓝绿色、绿色、白色、灰褐色、红色和黑色,寄生蜂对黄色有较强的趋色性,优选黄色粘胶纸。
所述黄色粘胶纸为双面不干胶黏粘纸,其上设有通孔,以便用固定带穿过不干胶黏粘纸的通孔而将其悬挂于寄主植物枝条上。
下面结合实验对本发明的应用效果作详细的描述。
本发明以白蜡虫寄生蜂的生态调控为原理,即:
1)白蜡虫寄生蜂对不同颜色视觉趋性的试验,通过多种颜色对白蜡虫寄生蜂引诱试验表明:大多数白蜡虫寄生蜂对黄色有强烈的趋性和偏好,蓝色、绿色对寄生蜂也有一定的引诱作用。白蜡虫寄生蜂对不同颜色的趋性结果(见表1)。由表1结果表明:
白蜡虫寄生蜂呈现出明显的趋黄色特性,黄色平均引诱捕获白蜡虫寄生蜂数量最多,为(33.0±5.3)头,占35.07%。白蜡虫寄生蜂对其他颜色的选择性依次为蓝色(13.5±3.2,占14.35%)、蓝绿色(10.8±3.8,占11.48%)、绿色(10.3±1.7,占10.95%)、白色(9.6±3.6b,占10.20%)、灰褐色(8.9±2.5,占9.45%)、红色(5.8±3.3,占6.16%)和黑色(2.2±0.8,占2.34%)。经方差分析表明,黄色诱捕的白蜡虫寄生蜂虫口数量与其他7种颜色之间存在显著差异,多种寄生蜂对黄色都表现出较强的趋性。在白蜡园寄主林中,白蜡虫雌成虫发育期至孕卵成熟期,白蜡虫花翅跳小蜂分布数量占全部寄生蜂数量的35.63%、白蜡虫阔柄跳小蜂24.73%、中华花翅跳小蜂13.82%、其它寄生蜂混合种群为25.82%。

注:表中数据表示平均值和平均值±标准差,不同上标字母表示差异显著(Duncan新复极差法,P<0.05)。
2)白蜡虫寄生蜂对不同挥发物味觉趋性试验,采用动态顶空套袋密闭循环式高效吸附法,分别采集女贞枝条对照组、吊糖期白蜡虫雌成虫及其女贞枝条组、白蜡虫成熟种虫组挥发物质,用CP-4010型TCT-GC/MS技术进行分析、鉴定挥发性物质,根据挥发物相对百分含量值,遴选五大类挥发物:烷烃类:正己烷(n-Hexane)、醇类:乙醇(Ethyl alcohol)、羧酸类:丙二酸(Malonic acid)、酯类:乙酸乙酯(Ethyl acetate)、萜烯类:α-蒎烯(α-pinene)进一步在田间验证不同挥发物对白蜡虫寄生蜂的引诱效果。
根据相似相溶原理,将5类挥发性物质设置0.01%、0.1%和1%三种体积浓度,以黄色引物为对照。采用正交法设计〔L27(313)〕,在白蜡园中进行诱集试验(效果见挥发物诱集白蜡虫寄生蜂均值图图1)。五大类挥发物中,生产应用以乙醇诱集白蜡虫寄生蜂的数量多、效果好,正己烷和丙二酸混合液、正己烷和α-蒎烯混合液,乙酸乙酯和α-蒎烯混合液等对白蜡虫寄生蜂也具较好的诱集效果。在白蜡虫不同生长发育时期,因白蜡虫不同寄生蜂发生消长活动规律的差异,诱集到寄生蜂的种类和数量也不同。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的应用原理作进一步的描述。

Claims (5)

1.一种无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂,其特征在于,所述无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂在浓度为10-5g/ml的正已烷中按照体积比2~4∶4~6∶5~8∶7~9∶11~14加入橙花醇、正戊醇、正己醛、乙酸顺-3-己烯酯和水杨酸甲酯味源物。
2.一种如权利要求1所述无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,配置寄生蜂诱集剂:用正已烷为溶剂配制浓度均为10-5g/ml的橙花醇、正戊醇、正己醛、乙酸顺-3-己烯酯和水杨酸甲酯味源物,再按序以体积比2~4∶4~6∶5~8∶7~9∶11~14的比例配制成寄生蜂诱集剂;
步骤二,制作诱芯:用有机溶剂漂洗天然橡胶38~45小时后,将诱集剂注入橡皮头制成诱芯;
步骤三,将诱芯放置在黄色粘胶纸,并悬挂在养殖有白蜡虫的寄主植物枝条上;白蜡虫寄生蜂飞向上述黄色粘胶纸上,直至该黄色粘胶纸上粘满寄生蜂后取下。
3.如权利要求2所述无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂的制备方法,其特征在于,粘胶纸颜色为蓝色、蓝绿色、绿色、白色、灰褐色、红色或黑色。
4.如权利要求2所述无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述黄色粘胶纸为双面不干胶黏粘纸,其上设有通孔。
5.一种应用权利要求1所述无公害的白蜡虫寄生蜂诱捕剂的诱捕器。
