本发明公开了一种柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂,以100ml计该诱杀剂包括如下原料:红糖5~25g、乙酸3‑8ml、乙醇1~5ml、乙酸乙酯4~8ml、D‑柠檬烯0.5~2.0ml、柠檬酸0.1~0.3g、橘汁4~6ml或橙汁4~6ml或甜橙味精油1~3ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.10~0.35ml、水余量。本发明柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂的使用方法如下:选取直径55~75mm的无色透明塑料瓶,在其两壁相对离底部80~120mm处各剪开一口,并将剪口所得的塑料片沿其上边掀开并如屋檐般遮在开口上;使用时,将所述的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂加入上述透明塑料瓶内,悬挂在柑橘树上的荫凉通风处即可。本发明诱杀剂使用方便,成本低廉,环境友好,且防效稳定,诱杀效率极高。

柑橘大实蝇一年发生一代,在4月至5月羽化,羽化后飞进柑橘园附近的树林里取食补充营养,然后于6月至7月飞进柑橘园,在柑橘上产卵。8月至9月孵化,继而柑橘园出现未熟先黄的被害柑橘,10月至11月被害果脱落,柑橘大实蝇从柑橘中钻出,钻入浅层土壤里面化蛹,以蛹在土壤里越冬。一般地,蛹存在于离地面3~6cm深的土壤中,蛹期为150~210天左右。该虫能使果实损失约20~30%,减产严重能使损失90%及以上,已成为柑橘生产第一大虫害,防控形势特别严峻。防治柑橘大实蝇主要从这四个方面做起:1.使柑橘大实蝇不能顺利羽化出土,如在冬季翻耕土壤。2.对成虫进行诱杀和诱捕,例如使用诱杀剂诱杀成虫,用诱捕器诱捕成虫。3.在柑橘园喷施杀虫剂。4.发现被大实蝇为害的柑橘后及时对为害果用石灰水或杀虫剂浸泡,或者对为害果进行套袋处理,使幼虫不能顺利钻入浅层土壤中化蛹。其中,翻耕土壤、浸泡为害果、对为害果进行套袋处理等物理方法费时费力,虽有一定防治效果,但是其无法在柑橘大实蝇防控中占主导地位,而过多喷施杀虫剂会对环境造成污染、影响人畜健康、使此地区种群产生抗性。柑橘大实蝇幼虫存在于为害柑橘中,此时期防治不易操作,而柑橘大实蝇成虫存在于柑橘外的空气中,防治操作较容易,所以柑橘大实蝇成虫时期的是防治的一个重要时期。而柑橘大实蝇成虫时期的主要防治方法为挂瓶诱杀和树冠喷药诱杀。喷药诱杀对环境造成危害,影响人畜健康,成虫时期进行挂瓶诱杀成为防治柑橘大实蝇的主流。而一种环境友好、诱杀效率好的诱杀剂成为了防治的关键。比较古老的办法是使用一定比例糖醋液配杀虫剂制成诱杀剂进行诱杀,这种办法简便易行、成本较低,有一定的诱杀效果,但是效果很一般。最近业内在广泛研发一种能根治当地柑橘大实蝇病害的诱杀剂,生产上也有许多自制的引诱剂,但是效果不尽人意,并不能根治当地柑橘大实蝇病害。
中国专利文件200710053497.3,公开的一种柑橘大实蝇食物诱剂,该食物诱剂为香精、糖、乙酸、乙醇和水混配而成。中国专利文件200910272420.4,公开的一种柑橘大实蝇的缓释型引诱剂,其主要成分配比为碳水化合物1~20%,蛋白质来源物5~40%水果提取物0.5~20%,毒性成分0.01%~10%,乳化剂0.5~5%,水分调节剂1~15%和防腐剂0.1~5%。其中,蛋白源为酵母粉、玉米浆粉、蛋白胨等,水果提取物为丁酸己酯、丁酸丁酯、庚酸乙酯、桂酸甲酯或香兰素。中国专利文件201010196027.4,公开一种柑橘大实蝇蛋白诱饵及其制备和使用方法,由啤酒酵母水解物10~20%、醋酸铵0.2~1%、红糖5%和橙汁5%配制而成,但制备啤酒酵母水解物较麻烦,需要经过灭活、过滤、加热浓缩、蛋白酶解、终止反应等系列步骤,操作繁琐。中国专利文件201020502060.0,公开的一种柑橘大实蝇诱捕器,该诱捕器为黄绿色球体,球体直径为14±2cm,外表面涂布有一层不干胶,球体的顶部设有吊耳。中国专利文件201110285117.5,公开的一种柑橘大实蝇诱杀芯片及制备方法,诱杀芯片由小麦面粉、玉米面粉、蔗糖、苯甲酸钠、甘油、橙汁和水按一定比例原料制成。中国专利文件201210050296.9,公开的一种柑橘大实蝇食物诱杀剂,其组分及各组分的质量百分含量为:红糖2~10%,乙酸1~10%,乙醇0.5~10%,蜂蜜2~6%,乙酸乙酯或丁酸丁酯0.2~1%,防腐剂0.03~0.05%,杀虫剂0.01~0.2%,水100%;或用蛋白类物质3~20%替代蜂蜜和乙酸乙酯或丁酸乙酯。中国专利文件201410661402.6,公开的一种柑橘大实蝇成虫引诱剂及其制备方法与应用,其引诱剂主要成分包括玉米粉、干酵母、红糖、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、橙汁或甜橙油或甜橙味精油、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯或对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠。此方法将固体引诱剂涂布于透明塑料瓶开口上方的内壁上,虽然对柑橘大实蝇有一定的引诱作用,但是其引诱剂涂布于塑料瓶上方内壁,而诱杀柑橘大实蝇的杀虫剂0.25~0.3wt%的敌百虫置于瓶底,其引诱剂和杀虫剂的分离不利于对柑橘大实蝇的诱杀。此方法将塑料瓶悬挂在柑橘园离地1.3~1.8m高处,实际上有的柑橘树高度不够1.3m,悬挂1.3~1.8m高对柑橘大实蝇的全面诱杀效果产生影响。另外,此方法中使用的透明塑料瓶开口中的长方形口长款尺寸各为20~25mm,开口略小,不利于柑橘大实蝇的进入。上述方法均可一定程度地诱捕到柑橘大实蝇,但诱捕效果不够理想,且部分制作方法繁琐,不利于在生产实践中的使用。因此,研制出一种环境友好、不影响人畜健康、能根治柑橘大实蝇病害的诱杀剂并配合科学的实施方法迫在眉睫。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题就是提高柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂的诱杀效率,并且使用方便,成本低廉,环境友好,而提供一种柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂及其制备方法与应用。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂,以100ml计该诱杀剂包括如下原料(所用原料均可市售购得):红糖5~25g、乙酸3-8ml、乙醇1~5ml、乙酸乙酯4~8ml、D-柠檬烯0.5~2.0ml、柠檬酸0.1~0.3g、橘汁4~6ml或橙汁4~6ml或甜橙味精油1~3ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.10~0.35ml、水余量。
优选地,以100ml计所述诱杀剂包括如下原料:红糖8~22g、乙酸4-7ml、乙醇2~4ml、乙酸乙酯5~7ml、D-柠檬烯0.6~1.5ml、柠檬酸0.15~0.25g、橘汁4.5~5.5ml或橙汁4.5~5.5ml或甜橙味精油1.5~2.5ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.12~0.32ml、水余量。
优选地,以100ml计所述诱杀剂包括如下原料:红糖20g、乙酸5ml、乙醇3ml、乙酸乙酯6ml、D-柠檬烯1.0ml、柠檬酸0.2g、橘汁5ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.15ml、水余量。
优选地,以100ml计所述诱杀剂包括如下原料:红糖20g、乙酸5ml、乙醇3ml、乙酸乙酯6ml、D-柠檬烯1.0ml、柠檬酸0.2g、橙汁5ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.15ml、水余量。
优选地,以100ml计所述诱杀剂包括如下原料:红糖20g、乙酸5ml、乙醇3ml、乙酸乙酯6ml、D-柠檬烯1.0ml、柠檬酸0.2g、甜橙味精油2ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.15ml、水余量。
本发明还提供了上述柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:按照配方准确称取原料,然后混合,充分搅拌,搅匀后置于密封的玻璃瓶中即得。
本发明还提供了上述柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂的使用方法,选取直径55~75mm的无色透明塑料瓶,在其两壁相对离底部80~120mm处各剪开一口,并将剪口所得的塑料片沿其上边掀开并如屋檐般遮在开口上;使用时,将所述的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂加入上述透明塑料瓶内,悬挂在柑橘树上的荫凉通风处即可。
优选地,使用时,将装有柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂的透明塑料瓶悬挂在柑橘树离地面1.2~1.5m的高处或柑橘树1/2高度处。
优选地,所述透明塑料瓶瓶高为160mm~190mm;所述透明塑料瓶两壁所剪的开口为长方形,其长宽尺寸分别为30~35mm和25~30mm。
优选地,将1根长100~150mm,宽8~15mm的黄色布条垂直悬挂于所述透明塑料瓶中央。黄色对柑橘大实蝇成虫有很强的吸引力,柑橘大实蝇成虫看到黄色布条后,会往黄色布条方向飞来。
(三)有益效果
本发明柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂对柑橘大实蝇成虫有特别显著的诱杀效果。本发明诱杀剂制备方法简单易行,操作简便,原料易得。本发明诱杀剂使用方便,成本低廉,环境友好,且防效稳定。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
该实施例的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂I,以100ml计包括以下组分:红糖20g、乙酸5ml、乙醇3ml、乙酸乙酯6ml、D-柠檬烯1.0ml、柠檬酸0.2g、橘汁5ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.15ml、水余量。
本实施例中橘汁的制备,剥取橘子的果肉部分,用2层纱布包裹住果肉,挤出果汁,即得所述橘汁。
实施例2
该实施例的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂II,以100ml计包括以下组分:红糖20g、乙酸5ml、乙醇3ml、乙酸乙酯6ml、D-柠檬烯1.0ml、柠檬酸0.2g、橙汁5ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.15ml、水余量。
本实施例中橙汁的制备,剥取橙子的果肉部分,用2层纱布包裹住果肉,挤出果汁,即得所述橙汁。橙汁可用市售鲜橙汁饮料代替。实施例3
该实施例中的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂III,以100ml计包括以下组分:红糖20g、乙酸5ml、乙醇3ml、乙酸乙酯6ml、D-柠檬烯1.0ml、柠檬酸0.2g、甜橙味精油2ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.15ml、水余量。
本实施例中的甜橙味精油为市售购得。
实施例4
该实施例的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂,以100ml计包括以下组分:红糖8g、乙酸4ml、乙醇2ml、乙酸乙酯5ml、D-柠檬烯0.6ml、柠檬酸0.15g、橘汁4.5ml或橙汁4.5ml或甜橙味精油1.5ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.12ml、水余量。
实施例5
该实施例的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂,以100ml计包括以下组分:红糖22g、乙酸7ml、乙醇4ml、乙酸乙酯7ml、D-柠檬烯1.5ml、柠檬酸0.25g、橘汁5.5ml或橙汁5.5ml或甜橙味精油2.5ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.32ml、水余量。
实施例6
该实施例的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂,以100ml计包括以下组分:红糖5g、乙酸3ml、乙醇1ml、乙酸乙酯4ml、D-柠檬烯0.5ml、柠檬酸0.1g、橘汁4ml或橙汁4ml或甜橙味精油1ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.10ml、水余量。
实施例7
该实施例的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂,以100ml计包括以下组分:红糖25g、乙酸8ml、乙醇5ml、乙酸乙酯8ml、D-柠檬烯2.0ml、柠檬酸0.3g、橘汁6ml或橙汁6ml或甜橙味精油3ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.35ml、水余量。
实施例8
该实施例为实施例1的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂I的使用方法:取直径65mm的塑料瓶,在两侧壁离底90mm处上下稍错开各剪开一长方形口,长方形口长宽尺寸分别为35mm和30mm,并将剪口所得的塑料片沿其上边掀开并如屋檐般遮在开口上(可以让柑橘大实蝇成虫顺利进入瓶中,并防雨和减少水分蒸发)。使用时,将柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂摇匀后置于塑料瓶内,并将1根长120mm,宽10mm的黄色布条垂直悬挂于所述透明塑料瓶中央。将瓶悬挂在柑橘园通风阴凉处,离地面1.2~1.5m高处(柑橘树1/2高度处)即可。
对比例1
使用实施例1的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂I进行田间诱杀对比试验:
①2015年5月15日至2015年7月15日,分三个时期进行田间挂瓶诱杀试验,时期①为5月15日至6月4日,时期②为6月5日至6月25日,时期③为6月26日至7月15日,每个时期都换新制的诱杀剂。试验地点选在石门县新关镇的100亩柑橘地和10亩脐橙地。分别在未施农药的蜜橘园和脐橙园(蜜橘园3个,脐橙园1个,面积都是25m×25m),每棵树挂1个诱瓶,其中诱瓶分三种,分别为实施例1之诱杀剂I、果瑞特(湖北谷瑞特生物技术有限公司)、敌百虫制剂(90%敌百虫晶体配置成500倍药液,加入5%红糖和0.5%白醋),将三种诱瓶间隔排列。结果见表1,结果显示,本发明的诱杀剂I的诱杀效果明显强于敌百虫制剂和市售的果瑞特。

②2015年5月15日至2015年7月15日田间挂瓶诱杀试验结果比较见表2,共诱杀402头柑橘大实蝇成虫,其中应用本发明之柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂I的诱杀量占诱杀总数的60.95%,明显多于市售的柑橘大实蝇引诱剂果瑞特(占25.87%)和敌百虫制剂(占13.18%),本发明配方的诱杀剂诱杀效果显著。

Claims (9)
1.一种柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂,其特征在于,以100ml计所述诱杀剂包括如下原料:红糖8~22g、乙酸4-7ml、乙醇2~4ml、乙酸乙酯5~7ml、D-柠檬烯0.6~1.5ml、柠檬酸0.15~0.25g、橘汁4.5~5.5ml或橙汁4.5~5.5ml或甜橙味精油1.5~2.5ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.12~0.32ml、水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂,其特征在于,以100ml计所述诱杀剂包括如下原料:红糖20g、乙酸5ml、乙醇3ml、乙酸乙酯6ml、D-柠檬烯1.0ml、柠檬酸0.2g、橘汁5ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.15ml、水余量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂,其特征在于,以100ml计所述诱杀剂包括如下原料:红糖20g、乙酸5ml、乙醇3ml、乙酸乙酯6ml、D-柠檬烯1.0ml、柠檬酸0.2g、橙汁5ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.15ml、水余量。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂,其特征在于,以100ml计所述诱杀剂包括如下原料:红糖20g、乙酸5ml、乙醇3ml、乙酸乙酯6ml、D-柠檬烯1.0ml、柠檬酸0.2g、甜橙味精油2ml、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂0.15ml、水余量。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:按照配方准确称取原料,然后混合,充分搅拌,搅匀后置于密封的玻璃瓶中即得。
6.权利要求1-4任一项所述的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂的使用方法,其特征在于,选取直径55~75mm的无色透明塑料瓶,在其两壁相对离底部80~120mm处各剪开一口,并将剪口所得的塑料片沿其上边掀开并如屋檐般遮在开口上;使用时,将所述的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂加入上述透明塑料瓶内,悬挂在柑橘树上的荫凉通风处即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂的使用方法,其特征在于,使用时,将装有柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂的透明塑料瓶悬挂在柑橘树离地面1.2~1.5m的高处或柑橘树1/2高度处。
8.根据权利要求6所述的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂的使用方法,其特征在于,所述透明塑料瓶瓶高为160mm~190mm;所述透明塑料瓶两壁所剪的开口为长方形,其长宽尺寸分别为30~35mm和25~30mm。
9.根据权利要求6所述的柑橘大实蝇成虫诱杀剂的使用方法,其特征在于,将1根长100~150mm,宽8~15mm的黄色布条垂直悬挂于所述透明塑料瓶中央。
