本发明涉及一种斜底式预热炉炉体,包括炉体,炉体中具有输料通道,输料通道的一端为进料口,输料通道的另一端为出料口,输料通道从进料口一端向出料口一端向下倾斜设置;其特征是:在所述进料口一端的输料通道上部设置排烟腔,排烟腔上部安装除尘装置,除尘装置外壳外设置第三耐火纤维毯,除尘装置的烟气出口连接烟气回用管道。本发明所述炉体结构可靠,保温效果好;并且能够将烟气余热进行回收,实现热能的有效利用。

斜底式预热炉炉体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加热炉炉体,尤其是一种斜底式预热炉炉体,属于加热炉设备技术领域。
背景技术
斜底式加热炉是生产铜棒、钢管等的主要设备之一,其燃料选择、炉型设计的合理与能耗的多少直接关系到生产成本的高低。斜底式加热炉的结构一般包括进料门,进料门向内为输料通道,输料通道呈倾斜状、且为砖砌结构,使铜棒或钢管顺势滚落,完成加料并进行加热。
现有的斜底式加热炉存在以下缺陷:(1)在加热过程中,铜棒沿料通道滚落,长期使用对炉体有磨损;而且炉体大多采用砖砌结构,铜棒在砖砌结构的表面滚落存在不够顺畅的情况,会存在不同批次铜棒在加热炉体中加热情况不一致;(2)传统的斜底式加热炉的炉体一般采用外包保温进行保温,热量易散失,保温效果不好;(3)烟气余热散失较多,不能进行有效地回收利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种斜底式预热炉炉体,该炉体结构可靠,保温效果好;并且能够将烟气余热进行回收,实现热能的有效利用。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述斜底式预热炉炉体,包括炉体,炉体中具有输料通道,输料通道的一端为进料口,输料通道的另一端为出料口,输料通道从进料口一端向出料口一端向下倾斜设置;其特征是:在所述进料口一端的输料通道上部设置排烟腔,排烟腔上部安装除尘装置,除尘装置外壳外设置第三耐火纤维毯,除尘装置的烟气出口连接烟气回用管道。
进一步的,在所述输料通道的预热段的上方设置拔料块,拔料块凸出于输料通道的上表面。
进一步的,所述输料通道包括炉顶和炉底,所述炉底包括第一硅藻砖层,第一硅藻砖层表面设置第一轻质砖层,第一轻质砖层的表面和两侧设置第一粘土砖层,第一粘土砖层的两侧依次设置第二轻质砖层、第二硅藻砖层和第一耐火纤维毡层;所述炉顶包括从上至下依次设置的第三硅藻砖层、第二耐火纤维毡层和第二粘土砖层,在炉顶两侧的第二粘土砖层的两侧依次设置第三轻质砖层和第四硅藻砖层。
进一步的,在所述炉顶和炉底的最外侧设置钢外衬。
进一步的,所述炉顶为拱型。
进一步的,所述输料通道包括预热段和加热段,在加热段设置燃烧器,燃烧器与天然气管道连通。
进一步的,在所述输料通道的输料表面设置滑轨。
本发明具有以下优点:(1)本发明所述斜底式预热炉炉体结构可靠,保温效果好;(2)本发明能够将烟气余热进行回收,实现热能的有效利用,同时在炉体的烟气出处进行除尘处理,避免污染环境;(3)本发明所述斜底式预热炉炉体能够保证铜棒或钢管等在炉体内滚落顺畅,使不同批次的产品预热过程一致,保证产品质量的稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1~图4所示:所述斜底式预热炉炉体包括炉体1、输料通道2、进料口3、出料口4、燃烧器5、排烟腔6、除尘装置7、滑轨8、拔料块9、炉顶10、炉底11、第一硅藻砖层21、第一轻质砖层22、第一粘土砖层23、第二轻质砖层24、第二硅藻砖层25、第一耐火纤维毡层26、第三硅藻砖层27、第二耐火纤维毡层28、第二粘土砖层29、第三轻质砖层30、第四硅藻砖层31、钢外衬32、第三耐火纤维毯33、烟气回用管道34、除尘壳体35、天然气管道36等。
如图1~图3所示,本发明所述斜底式铜棒预热炉炉体,包括炉体1,炉体1中具有输料通道2,输料通道2的一端为进料口3,输料通道2的另一端为出料口4,输料通道2从进料口3一端向出料口4一端向下倾斜设置;所述输料通道2包括预热段和加热段,在加热段设置燃烧器5,燃烧器5与天然气管道36连通;在所述进料口3一端的输料通道2上部设置排烟腔6,排烟腔6上部安装除尘装置7,除尘装置7外壳外设置第三耐火纤维毯33,在第三耐火纤维毯33外侧设置钢材质的除尘壳体35,除尘装置7的烟气出口连接烟气回用管道34以实现除尘后烟气余热的回用。
为了增强输料通道2的耐磨性,延长炉体的使用寿命,在所述输料通道2的输料表面设置滑轨8,实际生产中,铜棒在滑轨8上顺势下滑,可避免输料通道2表面出现凹凸不平的现象,从而有效保护输料通道2,有利于延长炉体的使用寿命,减少停炉修复次数。
为了防止铜棒堆在一起由输料通道2滚落,影响铜棒的加热效果,在所述输料通道2的预热段的上方设置拔料块9,拔料块9凸出于输料通道2的上表面,当铜棒由输料通道2经过时,可以对堆叠在一起的铜棒进行拔料,防止堆叠,以免影响加热效果。
如图3所示,为了减少热能损失,延长炉顶的使用寿命,所述输料通道2包括炉顶10和炉底11,炉顶10为拱型;所述炉底11包括第一硅藻砖层21,第一硅藻砖层21表面设置第一轻质砖层22,第一轻质砖层22的表面和两侧设置第一粘土砖层23,第一粘土砖层23的两侧依次设置第二轻质砖层24、第二硅藻砖层25和第一耐火纤维毡层26;所述炉顶10包括从上至下依次设置的第三硅藻砖层27、第二耐火纤维毡层28和第二粘土砖层29,在炉顶10两侧的第二粘土砖层29的两侧依次设置第三轻质砖层30和第四硅藻砖层31。在所述炉顶10和炉底11的最外侧设置钢外衬32。

1.一种斜底式预热炉炉体,包括炉体(1),炉体(1)中具有输料通道(2),输料通道(2)的一端为进料口(3),输料通道(2)的另一端为出料口(4),输料通道(2)从进料口(3)一端向出料口(4)一端向下倾斜设置;其特征是:在所述进料口(3)一端的输料通道(2)上部设置排烟腔(6),排烟腔(6)上部安装除尘装置(7),除尘装置(7)外壳外设置第三耐火纤维毯(33),在第三耐火纤维毯(33)外侧设置除尘壳体(35),除尘装置(7)的烟气出口连接烟气回用管道(34);
在所述输料通道(2)的预热段的上方设置拔料块(9),拔料块(9)凸出于输料通道(2)的上表面;
所述输料通道(2)包括炉顶(10)和炉底(11),所述炉底(11)包括第一硅藻砖层(21),第一硅藻砖层(21)表面设置第一轻质砖层(22),第一轻质砖层(22)的表面和两侧设置第一粘土砖层(23),第一粘土砖层(23)的两侧依次设置第二轻质砖层(24)、第二硅藻砖层(25)和第一耐火纤维毡层(26);所述炉顶(10)包括从上至下依次设置的第三硅藻砖层(27)、第二耐火纤维毡层(28)和第二粘土砖层(29),在炉顶(10)两侧的第二粘土砖层(29)的两侧依次设置第三轻质砖层(30)和第四硅藻砖层(31)。
2.如权利要求1所述的斜底式预热炉炉体,其特征是:在所述炉顶(10)和炉底(11)的最外侧设置钢外衬(32)。
3.如权利要求1所述的斜底式预热炉炉体,其特征是:所述炉顶(10)为拱型。
4.如权利要求1所述的斜底式预热炉炉体,其特征是:所述输料通道(2)包括预热段和加热段,在加热段设置燃烧器(5),燃烧器(5)与天然气管道(36)连通。
5.如权利要求1所述的斜底式预热炉炉体,其特征是:在所述输料通道(2)的输料表面设置滑轨(8)。
