本发明公开了一种水基胶黏剂,本水基胶黏剂由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:苯乙烯65份~70份,乙酸乙酯45份~50份,硅丙乳液20份~25份,石棉粉21份~24份,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇20份~23份,对苯二酚14份~16份,防老剂10份~13份,水65份~70份。本发明水基胶黏剂具有较强的粘结强度和拉伸强度以及良好的耐水性和耐候性能。

本发明涉及精细化工技术领域,尤其是一种水基胶黏剂。
背景技术
水基胶黏剂是指由能分散溶解于水中的成膜物质制成的胶黏剂,也称为水性胶黏剂,水基胶黏剂种类繁多,性能各异,用途广泛。按照化学组成区分,水基胶黏剂分为热固性水基胶黏剂、热塑性水基胶黏剂、弹性体水基胶黏剂等;按照功能区分,水基胶黏剂分为结构胶和非结构胶;按照物理形态区分,水基胶黏剂分为液体胶、糊状胶、胶带胶和粉末胶等。水基胶黏剂与溶剂型胶黏剂相比,具有无溶剂、无臭味、无污染、成模性好、粘结力强等优点,水基胶黏剂逐渐在汽车、家具以及厨房用胶黏剂等领域得到应用,但是在应用中发现其尚存在耐水、耐候性差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水基胶黏剂,这种水基胶黏剂可以解决现有的水基胶黏剂耐候性差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种水基胶黏剂,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:苯乙烯65份~70份,乙酸乙酯45份~50份,硅丙乳液20份~25份,石棉粉21份~24份,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇20份~23份,对苯二酚14份~16份,防老剂10份~13份,水65份~70份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:本发明水基胶黏剂由苯乙烯、乙酸乙酯、硅丙乳液、石棉粉、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、对苯二酚以及防老剂制备而成,具有较强的粘结强度和拉伸强度,本发明水基胶黏剂所添加的防老剂—2-巯基苯交咪唑锌盐,使得本水基胶黏剂具有良好的耐水性和耐 候性能,稳定性较好。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:一种水基胶黏剂,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:苯乙烯65份~70份,乙酸乙酯45份~50份,硅丙乳液20份~25份,石棉粉21份~24份,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇20份~23份,对苯二酚14份~16份,防老剂10份~13份,水65份~70份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:本发明水基胶黏剂由苯乙烯、乙酸乙酯、硅丙乳液、石棉粉、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、对苯二酚以及防老剂制备而成,具有较强的粘结强度和拉伸强度,本发明水基胶黏剂所添加的防老剂—2-巯基苯交咪唑锌盐,使得本水基胶黏剂具有良好的耐水性和耐 候性能,稳定性较好。
