本发明涉及精细化工技术领域，尤其是一种水基胶黏剂。
背景技术
水基胶黏剂是指由能分散溶解于水中的成膜物质制成的胶黏剂，也称为水性胶黏剂，水基胶黏剂种类繁多，性能各异，用途广泛。按照化学组成区分，水基胶黏剂分为热固性水基胶黏剂、热塑性水基胶黏剂、弹性体水基胶黏剂等；按照功能区分，水基胶黏剂分为结构胶和非结构胶；按照物理形态区分，水基胶黏剂分为液体胶、糊状胶、胶带胶和粉末胶等。水基胶黏剂与溶剂型胶黏剂相比，具有无溶剂、无臭味、无污染、成模性好、粘结力强等优点，水基胶黏剂逐渐在汽车、家具以及厨房用胶黏剂等领域得到应用，但是在应用中发现其尚存在耐水、耐候性差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水基胶黏剂，这种水基胶黏剂可以解决现有的水基胶黏剂耐候性差的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：这种水基胶黏剂，其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制备而成：苯乙烯75份～80份，乙酸乙酯55份～60份，硅丙乳液30份～35份，石棉粉29份～32份，防老剂18份～21份，水75份～80份。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：本发明水基胶黏剂由苯乙烯、乙酸乙酯、硅丙乳液、石棉粉以及防老剂制备而成，具有较强的粘结强度和拉伸强度，本发明水基胶黏剂所添加的防老剂—2-巯基苯交咪唑锌盐，使得本水基胶黏剂具有良好的耐水性和耐 候性能，稳定性较好。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述：一种水基胶黏剂，其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制备而成：苯乙烯75份～80份，乙酸乙酯55份～60份，硅丙乳液30份～35份，石棉粉29份～32份，防老剂18份～21份，水75份～80份。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：本发明水基胶黏剂由苯乙烯、乙酸乙酯、硅丙乳液、石棉粉以及防老剂制备而成，具有较强的粘结强度和拉伸强度，本发明水基胶黏剂所添加的防老剂—2-巯基苯交咪唑锌盐，使得本水基胶黏剂具有良好的耐水性和耐 候性能，稳定性较好。
