本发明涉及功能材料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯和氨基乙酸‑溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备方法。1、聚氨酯和氨基乙酸‑溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)氨基乙酸‑溴化钙半有机晶体的制备;(2)聚氨酯和氨基乙酸‑溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备。本发明复合材料提高了Pu材料的微相分离程度。拉伸强度和撕裂强度均有所提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能材料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯弹性体是由软段和硬段交替组成的嵌段高分子材料,其软、硬段为热力学不相容的两相,具有微相分离结构。Pu材料的性能在很大程度上取决于软硬段的相结构及微相分离程度口。通常,Pu中含有大量氢键,其强度与基团的内聚能有关。由于刚性链段中的氨基甲酸酯和脲基极性强,因此氢键多存在于硬段之间,而刚性链段间的氢键能促进链段的取向和有序排列,改善材料的微相分离,从而提高Pu的力学性能。半有机晶体是一种由有机物和无机物在一定条件下合成的具有特定晶型的晶体材料,现已被广泛应用于激光技术、非线性光学器件和红外探测等领域。采用水溶液蒸发法可以制备氨基乙酸一溴化钙半有机晶体,这类晶体表面可能因含有氨基,会与供电基团如Pu硬段的氨酯羰基发生作用,增强氢键化作用,从而提高Pu弹性体的性能,但关于此类半有机晶体对PU性能的影响尚未见报道。
发明内容
本发明旨在提出一种聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案在于:
聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体的制备
采用水溶液蒸发法培养半有机晶体:将甘氨酸与溴化钙混合于水中形成饱和溶液,于50℃下反应0.5 h;然后,通过自然蒸发法获得氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体,并将其研磨至25~40微米,于100℃下烘干备用;
(2)聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备
在大烧杯中称取聚己内酯,并将其融化,加入质量分数为0~3%的氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体,利用胶体磨分散均匀;将分散好的聚己内酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙混合物加入到带有温度计、加热装置、搅拌装置和抽真空装置的烧瓶中,开启加热装置,将体系升至120℃,同时开动真空装置,使其在-0.09MPa下脱水2~3h;脱水后将体系冷却到40~50℃,加入TDI,两者自然反应0.5 ~1h,待体系温度稳定后升温至80℃,在此状态下继续反应2 ~2.5h;反应完全后,开启真空设备,将体系脱泡0.5 h,即制得预聚体;加入扩链剂后迅速搅拌30 s,将胶料倒入已预热的模具中硫化20 ~30min,脱模后于烘干,室温放置1周后进行裁片,制成聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料。
所述的甘氨酸与溴化钙按2:1的摩尔比混合。
所述的加入的扩链剂为二甲硫基甲苯二胺。
所述的烘干的温度为100~120℃,烘干时间为22~24h。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明复合材料提高了Pu材料的微相分离程度。拉伸强度和撕裂强度均有所提高。

聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
实施例1
(1)氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体的制备
采用水溶液蒸发法培养半有机晶体:将甘氨酸与溴化钙混合于水中形成饱和溶液,于50℃下反应0.5 h;然后,通过自然蒸发法获得氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体,并将其研磨至40微米,于100℃下烘干备用;
(2)聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备
在大烧杯中称取聚己内酯,并将其融化,加入质量分数为0~3%的氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体,利用胶体磨分散均匀;将分散好的聚己内酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙混合物加入到带有温度计、加热装置、搅拌装置和抽真空装置的烧瓶中,开启加热装置,将体系升至120℃,同时开动真空装置,使其在-0.09MPa下脱水3h;脱水后将体系冷却到50℃,加入TDI,两者自然反应1h,待体系温度稳定后升温至80℃,在此状态下继续反应2.5h;反应完全后,开启真空设备,将体系脱泡0.5 h,即制得预聚体;加入扩链剂后迅速搅拌30 s,将胶料倒入已预热的模具中硫化30min,脱模后于烘干,室温放置1周后进行裁片,制成聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料。
其中,所述的甘氨酸与溴化钙按2:1的摩尔比混合。所述的加入的扩链剂为二甲硫基甲苯二胺。所述的烘干的温度为120℃,烘干时间为24h。
实施例1
(1)氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体的制备
采用水溶液蒸发法培养半有机晶体:将甘氨酸与溴化钙混合于水中形成饱和溶液,于50℃下反应0.5 h;然后,通过自然蒸发法获得氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体,并将其研磨至25微米,于100℃下烘干备用;
(2)聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备

Claims (4)

1.聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体的制备
采用水溶液蒸发法培养半有机晶体:将甘氨酸与溴化钙混合于水中形成饱和溶液,于50℃下反应0.5 h;然后,通过自然蒸发法获得氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体,并将其研磨至25~40微米,于100℃下烘干备用;
(2)聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备

3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的加入的扩链剂为二甲硫基甲苯二胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯和氨基乙酸-溴化钙半有机晶体复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的烘干的温度为100~120℃,烘干时间为22~24h。
