The novel intelligent portable electric trolley as claimed in any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the high-performance polymer lithium battery pack (33) adopts a quick-change connector which can be replaced at any time; a hidden charging interface of 220V is arranged at the bottom of the right side of the vehicle body (22).
