利用本发明提供操作杆的卫生配件,所述卫生配件实现在操作杆与配件的出口对准时混合水位置以及冷起动位置。通过用于将阀顶部在管道件之内限定地定位在至少两个以取向角度错开的转动位置中的机构实现在阀顶部装配在配件中时转杆的限定的取向,由此实现插上在转杆上的操作杆的期望的取向。在此,在至少两个限定的转动位置(其为阀顶部在管道件之内的两个相对彼此以一角度转动的可行的位置)之间的取向角度有利地为在15°和90°之间、优选地在25°和60°之间、特别优选地45°。通过选取转动角度能够调整阀顶部对于与出口对准的、插上在转杆上的操作杆的阀位置,从而还能够将其它的位置确定为“冷起动位置”。

Claims (7)

1.卫生配件,包括具有阀座的管道件,所述管道件容纳阀顶部,所述阀顶部贴靠在所述阀座处并且所述阀顶部包括头部件,所述头部件由转杆在中间穿过,所述转杆能够转动地和/或能够摆动地支承在所述头部件中并且通过所述转杆在所述头部件之内使得控制盘能够相对于进入盘运动,其中,所述阀顶部与所述管道件能够松开地连接,其中,布置有用于将所述阀顶部(5)在所述管道件(2)之内限定地定位在至少两个以取向角度错开的转动位置中的机构,其中,所述阀座由阀座体(4)形成,所述阀座体布置在所述管道件(2)之内,其中,所述阀座体(4)具有至少一个定位开孔(46)或定位销,所述定位开孔或定位销与布置在所述阀顶部(5)处的至少一个定位销(571)或定位开孔相对应,其中,所述阀座体(4)在所述管道件(2)中置放在布置在所述管道件(2)之内的、至少局部地环绕的凸肩(24)上并且在所述阀座体(4)中引入有两个通道(45),所述通道分别通入在所述阀顶部(5)的通过通道中,其中,所述阀座体(4)的通道(45)在所述通道的背离所述阀顶部(5)的下侧面处设有用于能够松开地固定输入管路的联接部,其特征在于,
1) 在所述凸肩(24)之下或在所述阀座体(4)的外周处布置有凸起部,所述凸起部与至少两个以所述取向角度错开地引入在所述阀座体(4)的外周中的或在所述凸肩(24)之下的凹口(26、27)相对应,或者
2) 所述阀座体(4)在所述管道件(2)之内能够转动并且在所述管道件(2)的内壁处或在所述阀顶部(5)的外周处布置有凸起部(514),所述凸起部与至少两个以所述取向角度错开地引入在所述阀顶部的外周处的或在所述管道件的内壁处的凹口(26、27)相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卫生配件,其特征在于,所述取向角度在15°和90°之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的卫生配件,其特征在于,所述阀顶部(5)通过固定环与所述管道件连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卫生配件,其特征在于,所述阀顶部(5)的所述至少一个定位销(571)或所述至少一个定位开孔布置在底部件(57)处,所述底部件在通过盘(56)的相反于所述控制盘(55)指向的一侧处布置在所述头部件(51)中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卫生配件,其特征在于,所述管道件和/或所述阀座体由黄铜制造而成。
6.根据权利要求2所述的卫生配件,其特征在于,所述取向角度在25°和60°之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的卫生配件,其特征在于,所述取向角度为45°。
