根据另一有利的实施例,操纵装置具有与调整驱动马达处于有效连接的分离组件,该分离组件将调整驱动马达转子的旋转运动转变成作用于离合组件的分离元件的平移运动。在这里,特别有利的是,分离组件包括与调整驱动马达转子处于有效连接的可转动的输入元件和能够相对于该输入元件沿轴向移动的输出元件,该输出元件与分离元件处于有效连接。因此,分离组件的输入元件可以有利地仅仅执行旋转运动或者说摆动运动,由此总体上可以降低摩擦力并且总体上提高操纵装置的效率。相对于由现有技术DE 10 2012 207325已知的具有需通过调整驱动马达张紧的弹簧的操纵装置,此外还有利的是,所需的结构空间更小。
在这里特别有利的是,分离组件实施为滚珠斜道传动装置,其中,优选地,输入元件和输出元件实施为具有相应的滚珠斜道或者说滚珠轨道以及在它们之间滚动的滚珠并且沿轴向彼此相对设置。当然,也可以设置形成为具有不同几何形状的滚动体来代替滚珠和滚珠斜道。
根据另一有利的实施例,调整驱动马达转子不可相对转动地与分离组件的输入元件连接,其中,特别是调整驱动马达的调整驱动轴设计成分离组件的输入元件。由于通过调整驱动马达的转子已经能够提供旋转运动,所以该旋转运动可直接传递到分离组件的输入元件上。为此,特别有利的是,调整驱动马达转子同样围绕旋转轴线A旋转。因此,可以最优地充分利用在电机的定子内形成的容纳室。
根据另一实施例,有利的是,调整驱动马达定子由支撑电机定子的定子支架支撑。因此,可以将同一部件,即例如是电机的定子支架不仅用来支撑电机的定子或者说定子的叠片组,而且也用来支撑调整驱动马达的叠片组。因此,又可以提供一种特别紧凑的驱动单元。
在这里,特别有利的是,电机设计成外转子结构形式,且调整驱动马达设计成内转子结构形式。因此,两个电马达可以设计成在最大限度地利用可供使用的结构空间的条件下相互嵌套。同时,通过调整驱动马达的尺寸可确保,调整驱动马达能够对离合组件的分离元件施加足够的作用力。但是,当然也可以将电机设计成内转子结构形式。但是在这种情况下必须给调整驱动马达定子提供单独的定子支架。
根据另一有利的实施例,至少一个调整驱动马达转子与调整驱动轴连接,该调整驱动轴设计成与旋转轴线A基本同轴。这特别是在以下情况下是有利的:不是只使用一个调整驱动马达来操纵分离组件,而是使用分布地设置在定子的容纳室中的多个调整驱动马达。通过将调整驱动轴设计成与旋转轴线A同轴,一种结构空间特别有利的设计方案又是可行的。在这里,特别有利的是,至少一个调整驱动轴与分离组件的输入元件有效连接。通过与分离组件的输入元件有效连接的调整驱动轴,例如也可以使用设计成不与旋转轴线A同轴的调整驱动马达转子。特别地,可以使用这样的调整驱动马达,它的直径小于由电机的定子提供的容纳室的半径。
因此,有利地可围绕驱动输出轴沿周向设置多个调整驱动马达。在这里,各个调整驱动马达可以实施为明显较弱或者说可以使用标准化的调整驱动马达,这又降低了成本。但是,基于优选沿周向设置的多个调整驱动马达同时可确保所需的有效功率。具有多个电马达的设计方案在电机可设计成内转子结构形式的情况下是特别有利的。
为了在分离组件的输入元件与调整驱动轴之间提供特别好的连接,此外还可在调整驱动轴上设置至少一个齿轮,该齿轮又与在分离组件的输入元件上形成的齿部共同作用。通过这种方式也可以将旋转运动传递到分离组件的输入元件,该旋转运动又可以转换成输出元件的平移运动。
此外,离合组件本身还可以设置在由定子包围的容纳室之外。特别是对于摩擦式离合器,离合组件具有与操纵装置相比明显更低的轴向结构空间需求,从而相对于将离合组件容纳在电机的内腔中的设计,将操纵装置容纳在电机的内腔中的设计是有利的。
其他优点和有利的设计方案在从属权利要求、说明书和附图中示出。

具体实施方式
图1示意地示出了用于具有电机的混合动力模块的驱动单元1的一部分的剖视图,其中,只示出了设计成外转子结构形式的电机的由定子支架2支撑的定子3。定子支架2不可相对转动地固定在壳体4上并且与未示出的电机转子的旋转轴线A同轴地设置。在这里,旋转轴线A还可设计成用于驱动轴(未示出)的旋转轴线。此外,图1还示出了,定子支架2本身由两个部件2-1和2-2构成,这两个部件在它们之间限定了空腔6,该空腔设计成用于对冷却剂进行引导进而用于对定子3进行冷却。
此外,从图1中还可得出,位于外侧的定子支架部分2-2设计成对电机定子进行支撑,而在径向内侧形成的定子支架部分2-1设计成对电动调整驱动马达10的定子8进行支撑。在这里,调整驱动马达10全部容纳在由定子3形成的容纳室12中。该容纳室12本身被设计成环形腔室,该环形腔室在径向内侧以位于里面的结构元件(比如轴承支架14)为界以及在径向外侧以定子支架2为界,该轴承支架又通过未示出的轴承支撑在传动装置输入轴(未示出)上。
此外还如图1所示,调整驱动马达10是用于离合组件16的操纵装置100的一部分,只示意地示出了离合组件的压紧板18。操纵装置100除了调整驱动马达10之外还具有分离组件20,该分离组件通过分离轴承22作用于分离元件,特别是膜片弹簧24,以便使离合组件16分离。对于离合组件16的详细工作原理例如可参见DE 10 2012 216 601,该文献的公开内容被一起包含在此。
特别是在摩擦式离合器中,通常,摩擦式离合器本身的轴向结构空间需求与它的操纵机组相比明显更小,从而在结构空间技术上有意义的是,将离合组件16本身设置在由定子2形成的容纳室12之外,而将操纵装置100设置在由定子形成的容纳室12之内。
此外还从图1可得出,分离组件20具有输入元件26和输出元件28,这两个元件通过调整驱动马达10进行操作。为此,输入元件26设计成执行旋转运动,该旋转运动然后被转换成输出元件28的平移运动。为此,如图1所示,分离组件20可设计成滚珠斜道传动装置,在该滚珠斜道传动装置中,在斜道中引导的滚珠30在输入元件26与输出元件28之间滚动。为了将输入元件26置于旋转运动,输入元件26不可相对转动地与调整驱动马达转子32连接。因此,例如输入元件26可以直接设计成空心的调整驱动轴,其中,在这里所示的实施例中,调整驱动马达转子32和调整驱动轴或者说输入元件26也围绕旋转轴线A旋转。
如果现在对调整驱动马达10进行操纵,那么调整驱动马达转子32进而输入元件26发生转动,由此滚珠30在它们的滚珠轨道上滚动,并且输出元件28朝着离合组件16的方向向外旋出或者朝着相反的方向又向内旋进。通过输出元件28的平移运动,将对分离轴承22进而对膜片弹簧24进行操纵,从而使离合组件16接合或分离。
由于定子支架2不仅用作电机定子3的定子支架2-1而且还用作调整驱动马达10的定子8的定子支架2-2,因此可以提供一种特别紧凑且由于元件少可简单装配且成本低廉的设计方案。此外,还可以省去对调整驱动马达10的附加冷却装置,因为在空腔6中被引导的冷却剂不仅可以对电机定子3进行冷却,而且也可以对调整驱动马达10的定子8进行冷却。由于调整驱动轴还同时设计成分离组件20的输入元件26,因此在这里也可以省去附加部件,这又降低了成本和装配复杂度。
图2示出了第二优选实施例,但在该实施例中,与图1不同,没有使用围绕相同的旋转轴线A旋转的调整驱动马达10,而是在定子2的容纳室12中设置一个或多个调整驱动马达10。在这里,图2示出了由定子2形成的容纳室12的细节剖视图,该容纳室如已在图1中所示的那样由定子2和轴承支架14限定。在该环形的容纳室12中设有一个或多个调整驱动马达10,这些调整驱动马达分别具有它们自己的调整驱动旋转轴线B。在这里,电动调整驱动马达10以已知的方式同样具有未示出的调整驱动马达定子和调整驱动马达转子,其中,调整驱动马达转子设计成用于使调整驱动轴34旋转,该调整驱动轴又围绕调整驱动旋转轴线B旋转。
此外还可从图2中得出,在这里也设有分离组件20,该分离组件具有输入元件26和输出元件28,其中,又是将输入元件26的旋转运动转换成输出元件28的平移运动。但是由于输入元件26还是围绕旋转轴线A旋转,但调整驱动马达10具有不同的旋转轴线B,所以调整驱动轴34不是直接与输入元件26(如在图1中所示)连接。为了将调整驱动轴34的旋转运动传递到输入元件26,如从图2中还可得出,在调整驱动轴34上设有齿轮36,该齿轮由该调整驱动轴驱动。齿轮36又与在输入元件26上形成的齿部38共同作用并且因此产生输入元件26的旋转运动。
在这里,如已经提到的那样,可在容纳室12中不是只设置一个调整驱动马达10,而是可以沿周向设置多个调整驱动马达,这些调整驱动马达分别通过它们相应的齿轮36与齿部38共同作用。因此,总的来说可以使用较弱的调整驱动马达,这又降低了成本。
此外还要提到的是,当然可以使用将调整驱动马达34的旋转运动传递到输入元件26的任何其他传递方式。
总的来说,通过将调整驱动马达10容纳在由定子支架2形成的容纳室12中可以提供明显更加紧凑的驱动单元1或者说是明显更加紧凑的混合动力模块。由于特别是在摩擦式离合器中操纵装置100为了使离合组件16分离而具有特别大的空间需求,所以将操纵装置容纳在由定子2形成的容纳室12中是有意义的。同样为了给摩擦式离合器提供足够大的径向摩擦面,将离合组件沿轴向与电机相邻设置可以是有利的。

Claims (13)

1.用于机动车辆的驱动单元(1),特别是用于混合动力汽车的混合动力模块,包括:
-设计成电机的第一驱动机组,该第一驱动机组具有定子(3)和转子,所述转子与该定子同轴并且能够围绕旋转轴线A旋转地受支承,
-用于建立所述转子与驱动元件(14)的旋转同步连接的能切换的离合组件(16),其中,
-所述离合组件(16)具有分离元件(24),特别是膜片弹簧,所述分离元件能够通过操纵装置(100)沿轴向移动,以及其中,所述操纵装置(100)包括至少一个电动的调整驱动马达(10),该调整驱动马达具有调整驱动马达定子(8)和调整驱动马达转子(32),
其特征在于,所述调整驱动马达(10)全部设置在被所述定子(3)包围的容纳室(12)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的驱动单元(1),其特征在于,所述操纵装置(100)全部设置在被所述定子(3)包围的容纳室(12)中。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的驱动单元(1),其特征在于,所述操纵装置(100)还具有与所述调整驱动马达(10)处于有效连接的分离组件(20),所述分离组件将所述调整驱动马达转子(32)的旋转运动转变成作用于所述离合组件(16)的分离元件(24)上的平移运动。
4.如权利要求3所述的驱动单元(1),其特征在于,所述分离组件(20)包括与所述调整驱动马达转子(32)处于有效连接的能够旋转的输入元件(26)和能够相对于该输入元件沿轴向移动的输出元件(28),所述输出元件与所述分离元件(24)处于有效连接。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的驱动单元(1),其特征在于,所述分离组件(20)是滚珠斜道传动装置。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的驱动单元(1),其特征在于,所述调整驱动马达转子(32)不可相对转动地与所述分离组件(20)的输入元件(26)连接,其中,特别是所述输入元件(26)是所述调整驱动马达(10)的调整驱动轴。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的驱动单元(1),其特征在于,所述调整驱动马达定子(8)由支撑所述电机的定子(3)的定子支架(2)支撑。
8.如权利要求6所述的驱动单元(1),其特征在于,所述电机被设计成外转子结构形式,并且所述调整驱动马达(10)设计成内转子结构形式。
9.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的驱动单元(1),其特征在于,至少一个调整驱动马达转子(32)与调整驱动轴(34)连接,所述调整驱动轴设计成与所述旋转轴线A基本同轴。
10.如权利要求9所述的驱动单元(1),其特征在于,所述调整驱动轴(34)与所述分离组件(20)的输入元件(26)有效连接。
11.如权利要求9所述的驱动单元(1),其特征在于,所述调整驱动轴(34)驱动至少一个齿轮(36),所述至少一个齿轮又与在所述分离组件(20)的输入元件(26)上形成的齿部共同作用。
12.如权利要求9至11中任一项所述的驱动单元(1),其特征在于,多个调整驱动马达(10)分布地设置在所述定子(3)的容纳室(12)中。
13.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的驱动单元(1),其特征在于,所述离合组件(16)设置在由所述定子(3)包围的容纳室(12)之外。
