Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及柔性材料的切割装置,其中柔性材料的片材用刀片切割。
背景技术
现在存在用刀片切割柔性材料的已知装置,其或横越柔性材料的片材移动,或相对于固定刀片移动所述柔性材料的片材。
与用于切割柔性材料的这种类型的装置相关联的问题在于,根据柔性材料的特性,例如如果它非常薄或极富柔性,柔性材料不能正确被切割,反而是所述刀片撕裂、刺破或折皱并卡住柔性材料,但是不切断它。所述折皱的产生取决于待切割材料的柔性和对刀片的锋利度的磨损。
一些系统在其顶部或底部结合用于按下或引导材料的刚性或柔性系统。它们引起折皱,并且常常不能确保正确切割所有类型的柔性材料,这需要对于不同材料进行不同的设计。
用正确稳定的待切割的材料和刀片,获得最佳并且较快的切割,同时使其可以用相同的刀片切割较宽范围的柔性材料,无需调整,并且对于较长的时间,刀片的磨损和锐化变得不那么关键。
因此,对可正确切割任何类型的柔性材料,甚至最薄的柔性材料的切割装置存在明确的需要,通过结合到切割装置意指用适当的压力稳定柔性材料使得切割正确进行。
发明内容
本发明的柔性材料的切割装置,除具有以下描述的另外的优点外,解决上述问题。
根据本发明的柔性材料的切割装置包括刀片,或所述刀片可相对于柔性材料的片材移动或所述柔性材料的片材可相对于所述刀片移动,并且其特征在于,所述刀片与多个弹性刚毛相关联,所述刚毛将柔性材料竖直和/或水平地压在支撑正在被切割的柔性材料的基部,所述刚毛使它们本身适于材料,并且均匀地分配在它需要切割的表面上的压力。
有利地,将所述多个弹性刚毛附接到其端部中的一个上的支架,因此限定刷子。
根据需要切割的柔性材料,所述多个刚毛可适于不同的形状。
根据优选的实施例,所述多个刚毛中的至少一些包括在切割期间在其尖端与柔性材料接触的球。
优选地,所述刚毛由合成的或天然的材料制成,尽管它们可以由将足够的压力施加到所述基部的任何合适的弹性材料制成。

用根据本发明的切割装置获得至少以下优点:
-它允许恒定并且分布良好的压力施加到横越切割区域的柔性材料上,防止材料折皱并且以最佳方式相对于刀片固定柔性材料,因此便于切割;
-它允许施加降低的并且分散的压力,尽管这适于稳定柔性材料,假定如果施加过度的压力,则柔性材料将变得失速,在到达刀片之前粘住,而如果施加到柔性材料上的压力不足,则将妨碍恰当的切割。
-它允许分布的竖直压力施加到待切割的表面上,这防止柔性材料升高同时将其保持在刀片上;
-此外,它还允许施加水平压力,这趋于拉伸柔性材料;
-它允许通过变化刷子的开启角和刚毛改变水平压力;
-它允许每个刚毛的单独的压力非常小,但是总起来是适当的并且非常良好分布的,使得对于不同的柔性材料,它们适应自身,而没有任何类型的调节;
-它允许在非常靠近刀片,实际上紧挨着它的区域施加压力;
-它允许其应用于使用直刀片、圆形刀片或具有任何其它设计的切割装置,因为刚毛自然地分布在两侧上;以及
-它保证净切割。

具体实施例
柔性材料的切割装置包括刀片1,其可为直的、弯曲的或具有待定义的设计,放置在用于切割柔性材料的片材4的基部5上。为了进行此切割,或所述刀片1可相对于所述柔性材料的片材4移动,或相反,即柔性材料的片材4可相对于所述刀片1移动。
如前面提到的,在用于柔性材料的常规切割装置中,公知的是,在刀片1与柔性材料的片材4接触的区域中产生折皱,切割不正确地进行,相反,柔性材料的片材4撕裂或刺破,而不是切割。
为了解决该缺点,根据本发明的切割装置包括放置在所述基部5上的多个刚毛2,使得当柔性材料的片材4进行切割时它们竖直或水平地按压柔性材料的片材4。
由刚毛2施加到柔性材料的片材4上的压力已经在图2和图3中使用对应的箭头示出(用FH以便示出水平或横向力和FV以便示出竖直力表示)。
所述弹性刚毛2与所述基部5的上表面形成锐角,并且所述角有利地可调节以调整施加于基部5上的压力。
所述刚毛2是弹性的,并且根据优选的实施例由合成或天然材料制成,其直径在0.05mm至2.5mm之间,例如0.7mm。此外,所述刚毛根据刀片的形状、尺寸和设计在长度上可变,例如在3mm至500mm之间,承载与待切割的柔性材料的关系,在所述刚毛之间的间隔在0.001至5mm之间。

Claims (9)

1.一种柔性材料的切割装置,其包括刀片(1),其中或所述刀片可相对于柔性材料的片材(4)移动或所述柔性材料的片材(4)可相对于所述刀片(1)移动,其特征在于,所述刀片(1)与多个柔性刚毛(2)相关联,所述刚毛将所述柔性材料竖直和/或水平地压在支撑待切割的所述柔性材料的基部(5)并使其稳定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性材料的切割装置,其中将所述多个弹性刚毛(2)附接到在其所述端部中的一个上的支架(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性材料的切割装置,其中所述多个弹性刚毛(2)中的至少一些刚毛包括在所述切割期间在其尖端与柔性材料的片材(4)接触的球(6)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的柔性材料的切割装置,其中所述多个弹性刚毛(2)由合成材料,诸如尼龙制成。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的柔性材料的切割装置,其中所述弹性刚毛(2)的直径在0.05mm至2.5mm之间。
