Abstract
本发明提出了一种回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置,包括LNG槽车,所述LNG槽车上设置有LNG储罐,所述LNG储罐通过管道连通有压缩机,所述LNG储罐通过至少2根管道连通有绝热容器,所述绝热容器内安装设置有制冷机的蒸发器,本发明能够实现BOG回收的同时,既能够避免能源浪费,又能够避免造成环境污染。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于液化天然气运输技术领域,特别涉及一种回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置。
背景技术
目前,液化天然气是一种清洁能源,其排放远低于煤炭、石油。近年来,我国大力发展LNG应用。主要的应用领域有发电、运输、化工、能源。LNG的一个重要运输方式是通过LNG槽车进行运输。由于LNG产地往往距离应用市场比较远,LNG槽车需要长距离运输。
LNG槽车不能完全消除环境向LNG的传热,运输过程中不可避免产生BOG(Boil ofgas)。另外,在对加气站充装LNG过程中,需要对LNG槽车进行增压,也会产生大量的BOG。这些BOG往往采用放空措施,一方面造成能源浪费,另一方面造成环境污染。
因此,现在亟需一种回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置,能够实现BOG的回收,同时避免造成能源浪费和环境污染。
发明内容
本发明提出一种回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置,解决了现有技术中BOG放空处理时造成能源浪费和环境污染的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置,包括LNG槽车,LNG槽车上设置有LNG储罐,LNG储罐通过管道连通有压缩机,进入压缩机的BOG与压缩机排出的BOG通过回热器进行换热,LNG储罐通过至少2根管道连通有绝热容器,绝热容器内安装设置有制冷机的蒸发器。
作为一种优选的实施方式,LNG储罐、LNG槽车、制冷机、压缩机、绝热容器、管道安装在可整体移动的撬装式基座上。

Claims (8)
1.一种回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置,包括LNG槽车,其特征在于,所述LNG槽车上设置有LNG储罐,所述LNG储罐通过管道连通有压缩机,进入所述压缩机的BOG与所述压缩机排出的BOG通过回热器进行换热,所述LNG储罐通过至少2根管道连通有绝热容器,所述绝热容器内安装设置有制冷机的蒸发器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置,其特征在于,所述LNG储罐、所述LNG槽车、所述制冷机、所述压缩机、所述绝热容器、所述管道安装在可整体移动的撬装式基座上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置,其特征在于,所述LNG储罐为绝热型储罐,绝热方式包括真空粉末绝热、真空绝热、高真空多层绝热中的任意一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置,其特征在于,所述制冷机为混合工质节流制冷机、G-M制冷机、脉冲管制冷机、斯特林制冷机、热声制冷机中的任意一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置,其特征在于,所述管道上均设置有开关阀门。
6.根据权利要求1所述的回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置,其特征在于,所述LNG储罐上设置有温度感应装置,所述温度感应装置连接有报警装置,所述温度感应装置检测到LNG储罐内温度高于预设值时,所述报警装置进行报警指示。
7.根据权利要求1所述的回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置,其特征在于,所述LNG储罐设置有进液管和出液管,所述进液管上设置有液压表和空气截止阀,所述出液管上设置有截止阀及安全阀。
8.根据权利要求7所述的回收LNG槽车BOG的撬装式液化装置,其特征在于,所述进液管连接有增压器,所述进液管与增压器之间设置有阻火器。
