Abstract
本发明涉及制冷系统领域,具体为一种冷冻翅片蒸发器总成,包括盘管、翅片、支架、储液器、进液管和出气管,所述的翅片上设有与所述盘管相匹配的翻边孔,所述的盘管穿插过所述的翻边孔并通过涨管与所述的翅片相连接;所述的进液管和出气管一端分别设有喇叭口,其另一端分别焊接在所述盘管的两端;所述的储液器与所述的出气管的喇叭口端相连接。本发明采用价格低廉、导热效果极佳的金属铝作为盘管和翅片,能够提高蒸发器的换热能力;为保证蒸发器能快速连接到冰箱制冷系统内,在蒸发器盘管端分别焊接紫铜管材质的进液管和出气管;除以上外,在出气管口相连的储液器能有效避免压缩机的液击。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制冷系统领域,具体为一种冷冻翅片蒸发器总成。
背景技术
冰箱制冷系统一般包括压缩机、蒸发器、毛细管、冷凝器以及制冷剂。制冷剂经过压缩机压缩成为高温高压气体,在冷凝器中释放热量成为高压液体,通过毛细管进行进入蒸发器气化吸热,气化过热后的制冷剂返回压缩机。蒸发器是换热设备,制冷剂在蒸发器中蒸发升温将冷量传递给冰箱间室。翅片蒸发器以优异的散热性及易维修性被广泛使用于风冷冰箱中,在制冷系统中,节流后低温低压的制冷剂液体经过散热器进行散热后形成气液混合状态的制冷剂,气液混合状态的制冷剂如果直接通过散热器流入压缩机后会造成压缩机液击,严重的情况下还会导致压缩机损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中不足而提供的一种具有有效散热及阻止液态制冷剂流入压缩机的冷冻翅片蒸发器总成。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种冷冻翅片蒸发器总成,包括盘管、翅片、支架、储液器、进液管和出气管,所述的翅片上设有与所述盘管相匹配的翻边孔,所述的盘管穿插过所述的翻边孔并通过涨管与所述的翅片相连接;所述的进液管和出气管一端分别设有喇叭口,其另一端分别焊接在所述盘管的两端;所述的储液器与所述的出气管的喇叭口端相连接。
优选地,所述的盘管的材质为1060铝管。
优选地,所述的翅片的长*宽*厚尺寸为80mm*27mm*0.2mm。
优选地,所述的支架的数量为两个,其厚度为1-3mm。
优选地,所述的进液管和出气管的材质为紫铜管。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明采用价格低廉、导热效果极佳的金属铝作为盘管和翅片,能够提高蒸发器的换热能力;为保证蒸发器能快速连接到冰箱制冷系统内,在蒸发器盘管端分别焊接紫铜管材质的进液管和出气管;除以上外,在出气管口相连的储液器能有效避免压缩机的液击。

具体实施方式
参见附图1-图6所示,一种冷冻翅片蒸发器总成,包括盘管1、翅片2、支架3、储液器4、进液管5和出气管6,所述的翅片2上设有与所述盘管1相匹配的翻边孔2-1,所述的盘管1穿插过所述的翻边孔2-1并通过涨管与所述的翅片2相连接;所述的进液管5和出气管6一端分别设有喇叭口,其另一端分别焊接在所述盘管1的两端;所述的储液器4与所述的出气管6的喇叭口端相连接。
优选地,所述的盘管1的材质为1060铝管。
优选地,所述的翅片2的长*宽*厚尺寸为80mm*27mm*0.2mm。
优选地,所述的支架3的数量为两个,其厚度为1-3mm。
优选地,所述的进液管5和出气管6的材质为紫铜管。
其原理为:本发明通过冲床将翅片2冲制出与盘管1外径相匹配的翻边孔2-1,然后将多个翅片2等距穿插在盘管1上,通过立胀设备或者拉胀设备将盘管1外径胀大与翅片2-1紧紧固定在一起,在盘管1的两端分别焊接一个由紫铜管材质的制成的进液管5和出气管6,并在进液管5和出气管6的另一端设有喇叭口,储液器4连接在出气管6的喇叭口端。本发明一种冷冻翅片蒸发器总成,通过将进液管5及储液器4的一端与冰箱制冷系统内即可实现制冷换热,通过多个翅片2的作用能够增大换热面积及换热量,通过储液器4能有效避免未完全蒸发的制冷剂液态造成对压缩机的液击及损坏。

1.一种冷冻翅片蒸发器总成,包括盘管、翅片、支架、储液器、进液管和出气管,其特征在于:所述的翅片上设有与所述盘管相匹配的翻边孔,所述的盘管穿插过所述的翻边孔并通过涨管与所述的翅片相连接;所述的进液管和出气管一端分别设有喇叭口,其另一端分别焊接在所述盘管的两端;所述的储液器与所述的出气管的喇叭口端相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷冻翅片蒸发器总成,其特征在于:所述的盘管的材质为1060铝管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷冻翅片蒸发器总成,其特征在于:所述的翅片的长*宽*厚尺寸为80mm*27mm*0.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷冻翅片蒸发器总成,其特征在于:所述的支架的数量为两个,其厚度为1-3mm。
