Abstract

本发明涉及一种带隔热隔水层的减速机,包括壳体,所述壳体包括隔水层和隔热层,隔水层为内、外隔水板组成,隔热层经多个加强筋支撑连接在外隔水板上,壳体底部设有连通隔水层内、外隔水板之间内腔的水口,壳体底部设有穿过隔热层、隔水层的连通壳体内腔的油口。隔热层通过加强筋支撑于隔水层,形成隔热空腔,能有效隔绝壳体外部导热,加以隔水层通过水口进出水,在隔水层内、外隔水板之间通过冷却水进一步吸热,提高隔热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减速机,具体说是一种带隔热隔水层的减速机。
背景技术
传统减速机的壳体为单层结构,在使用于高温场合下时,其外部温度易导致减速机内部温度升高,影响减速机使用性能和寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单,能有效隔热、降温的带隔热隔水层的减速机。
本发明的技术方案是:一种带隔热隔水层的减速机,包括壳体,所述壳体包括隔水层和隔热层,隔水层为内、外隔水板组成,隔热层经多个加强筋支撑连接在外隔水板上,壳体底部设有连通隔水层内、外隔水板之间内腔的水口,壳体底部设有穿过隔热层、隔水层的连通壳体内腔的油口。
进一步地,所述隔热层为隔热板。
进一步地,所述隔热层内壁设有隔热材料。
壳体分为隔水层和隔热层,隔热层通过加强筋支撑于隔水层,形成隔热空腔,能有效隔绝壳体外部导热,加以隔水层通过水口进出水,在隔水层内、外隔水板之间通过冷却水进一步吸热,提高隔热性能。

以下结合附图和实施例作进一步说明。
图1、2所示:一种带隔热隔水层的减速机包括壳体1和油口4,壳体1包括隔水层2和隔热层3,隔水层2为内、外隔水板21、22组成,隔热层3经多个加强筋31支撑连接在外隔水板22上,壳体1底部设有连通隔水层内、外隔水板之间内腔的水口23,壳体1底部设有穿过隔热层3、隔水层2的连通壳体内腔的油口4。
在本实施例基础上,隔热层可为隔热板。
在本实施例基础上,隔热层内壁可设隔热材料。

1.一种带隔热隔水层的减速机,包括壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体包括隔水层和隔热层,隔水层为内、外隔水板组成,隔热层经多个加强筋支撑连接在外隔水板上,壳体底部设有连通隔水层内、外隔水板之间内腔的水口,壳体底部设有穿过隔热层、隔水层的连通壳体内腔的油口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带隔热隔水层的减速机,其特征是:所述隔热层为隔热板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种带隔热隔水层的减速机,其特征是:所述隔热层内壁设有隔热材料。
