Abstract

本发明涉及一种自润滑的单向轴承。该装置包括有壳体,壳体的端面开设有端盖槽,壳体包括有外圈和挡环,外圈和挡环之间设有用于填充含油棉的环形槽,挡环内周面均匀开设有多个同向的变径槽,挡环开设有若干接通变径槽与环形槽的毛细孔,挡环的内侧设置有保持架,保持架外周面设置有与挡环固接的限位凸台,保持架、限位凸台与变径槽包围的空间内安装有滚子,滚子凸出于保持架的内周面,限位凸台上连接有弹簧片,弹簧片的自由端抵触在滚子的侧面。由于环形槽的存在,可以将含油棉填充其内,又因为挡环上存在若干毛细孔,便于润滑油缓慢渗透涂抹到滚子表面,从而减轻滚子与轴之间的磨损。该装置可作为自润滑的单向轴承使用,其使用安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,特别涉及一种单向轴承。
背景技术
现有的中国专利数据库中公开了一种单向轴承,其专利申请号为:201220509364.9,申请日为:2012.09.26,公告号为:CN 203114902 U,公告日为:2013.08.07,其结构包括有:外圈、滚子和保持架,所述滚子安装在保持架上的滚子孔中,且露出保持架,保持架安装在外圈中,其特征在于:所述外圈的内侧均匀开设有同一方向的多个限位槽,保持架的外侧也均匀具有相同数量的与限位槽适配的凸起;所述保持架上还具有簧片架,簧片插装在簧片架上,且簧片的弹力端与滚子相抵。其不足之处在于:由于该装置没有内环,是滚子直接与轴相接触,对轴的磨损较大,所以润滑的好坏直接决定单向轴承的工作性能,而该装备并未对润滑的相关情况进行限定和描述。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种润滑性能稳定且持久,结构更加紧凑合理,使用寿命长的自润滑单向轴承。
为了实现上述发明的目的,本发明所采取的技术方案:
一种自润滑的单向轴承,包括有环形的壳体,壳体的端面开设有用于固定端盖的端盖槽,所述壳体包括有一体成型的外圈和挡环,外圈和挡环之间设有用于填充含油棉的环形槽,挡环内周面均匀开设有多个同向的变径槽,挡环开设有若干接通变径槽与环形槽的毛细孔,挡环的内侧设置有保持架,保持架外周面设置有与挡环固接的限位凸台,保持架、限位凸台与变径槽包围的空间内安装有滚子,滚子凸出于保持架的内周面,所述限位凸台上连接有弹簧片,弹簧片的自由端抵触在滚子的侧面。
本发明工作时,将单向轴承套装在轴上,使单向轴承上的滚子抵触在轴上。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:由于该装置中存在环形槽,可以将含油棉填充在其内,又因为挡环上存在若干毛细孔,便于润滑油缓慢渗透涂抹到滚子表面,从而减轻滚子与轴之间的磨损,保证该单向轴承有效地工作。该装置可作为自润滑的单向轴承使用,其使用安全可靠。
为了防止含油棉堵塞毛细孔,所述环形槽内卡装有贴合挡环外壁的网状滤环。
为了便于向含油棉内添加润滑剂,位于环形槽相对应的端盖上设有用于存储润滑剂的环形的存储腔。
进一步地,所述存储腔设有用于添加润滑剂的油口。
进一步地,所述端盖周边设有用于端盖旋接的螺纹。

具体实施方式
如图1-5所示,为一种自润滑的单向轴承,包括有环形的壳体1,壳体1的端面开设有用于固定端盖4的端盖4槽104,壳体1包括有一体成型的外圈101和挡环102,外圈101和挡环102之间设有用于填充含油棉5的环形槽106,为了防止含油棉5堵塞毛细孔107,环形槽106内卡装有贴合挡环102外壁的网状滤环103,挡环102内周面均匀开设有多个同向的变径槽105,挡环102开设有若干接通变径槽105与环形槽106的毛细孔107,挡环102的内侧设置有保持架3,保持架3外周面设置有与挡环102固接的限位凸台302,保持架3、限位凸台302与变径槽105包围的空间内安装有滚子2,滚子2凸出于保持架3的内周面,限位凸台302上连接有弹簧片303,弹簧片303的自由端抵触在滚子2的侧面,为了便于向含油棉5内添加润滑剂,位于环形槽106相对应的端盖4上设有用于存储润滑剂的环形的存储腔403,进一步地,存储腔403设有用于添加润滑剂的油口401,进一步地,端盖4周边设有用于端盖4旋接的螺纹402。
工作时,将单向轴承套装在轴上,使单向轴承上的滚子2抵触在轴上,滚子2转动的过程中,含油棉5内的润滑油缓慢渗透涂抹到滚子2表面,从而减轻滚子与轴之间的磨损,同时存储腔403内的润滑剂缓慢添加到环形槽106内的含油棉5里,当存储腔403内的润滑剂用完后,可以经油口401向其内添加润滑剂。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在本发明公开的技术方案的基础上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种自润滑的单向轴承,包括有环形的壳体,壳体的端面开设有用于固定端盖的端盖槽,其特征在于:所述壳体包括有一体成型的外圈和挡环,外圈和挡环之间设有用于填充含油棉的环形槽,挡环内周面均匀开设有多个同向的变径槽,挡环开设有若干接通变径槽与环形槽的毛细孔,挡环的内侧设置有保持架,保持架外周面设置有与挡环固接的限位凸台,保持架、限位凸台与变径槽包围的空间内安装有滚子,滚子凸出于保持架的内周面,所述限位凸台上连接有弹簧片,弹簧片的自由端抵触在滚子的侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑的单向轴承,其特征在于:所述环形槽内卡装有贴合挡环外壁的网状滤环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑的单向轴承,其特征在于:所述端盖周边设有用于端盖旋接的螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑的单向轴承,其特征在于:位于环形槽相对应的端盖上设有用于存储润滑剂的环形的存储腔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种自润滑的单向轴承,其特征在于:所述存储腔设有用于添加润滑剂的油口。
