背景技术
蒸发、蒸馏等干燥设备是化工企业常用的能量密集型设备,其中机械蒸发再压缩技术可有效降低单位能耗,蒸汽在分离器中产生的二次蒸汽通过压缩机压缩,使其压力、温度上升增加热焓,再重新回到分离器中作为蒸发热源,现有的蒸汽压缩机效率不高,无法满足现代化工对于蒸汽压缩机要求。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种效率高、能量损失小的离心蒸汽压缩机。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用三元流叶轮,提高了效率,在进口导叶和出口导叶分别设置了进口导叶调节结构和出口导叶调节结构,可以根据不同的情况进行调节,调节到最合适的位置,这样可以有效的减少空气流动的阻力和空气流动的损失,齿轮箱内平行设有从动轴和驱动轴,并且分别在上面设有从动齿轮和主动齿轮,并且采用平键连接,使得运行时更加的稳定,蜗壳和齿轮箱表面设有一层耐磨防锈的涂层,能够减慢暴露在外导致氧化生锈的速度,避免蜗壳和齿轮箱内部部件的损坏,本发明采用变频电机,节约了电量,在电机外设有电机箱,避免电机长期暴露在外造成的损坏,也减少了电机发出的噪声。

所述增韧剂为酚醛树脂或不饱和聚酯树脂中的一种;所述磷酸盐为磷酸钾、磷酸二氢钠或焦磷酸钠中的一种;所述交联剂为聚烷基丙烯酸酯的改性、聚苯乙烯或聚苯二甲酸二烯丙酯树酯的改性一种或两种;所述的助剂包括表面活性剂10-20份、消泡剂5-8份、催干剂3-5份;
所述的表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸或十二烷基苯磺酸钠;所述的消泡剂为有机硅、聚醚、硅油或酰胺中的一种或几种;所述的催干剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心蒸汽压缩机,其特征在于:所述混合物A按质量份数计包括以下组分:环氧树脂:20-25份、聚氨酯:15-18份、硅质粉:12-15份、填料:10-13份、三聚磷酸钠:1-2份、粘结剂:1-2份、悬浮剂:3-5份;
所述硅质粉为二氧化硅,所述填料为氧化锌、碳酸钙两种;所述的粘结剂为聚乙烯醇;所述的悬浮剂为羧甲基纤维素钠和钠基膨润土按照4:5的比例混合;

3.根据权利要求1所述的离心蒸汽压缩机,其特征在于:所述混合物A按质量份数计包括以下组分:环氧树脂:20-23份、聚氨酯:15-16份、硅质粉:12-13份、填料:12-13份、三聚磷酸钠:2份、粘结剂:2份、悬浮剂:3-4份;
所述硅质粉为二氧化硅,所述填料为氧化锌、碳酸钙两种;所述的粘结剂为聚乙烯醇;所述的悬浮剂为羧甲基纤维素钠和钠基膨润土按照4:5的比例混合;
所述混合物B按质量份数计包括以下组分:增韧剂:10份、聚有机硅氧烷:20-23份、磷酸盐:2份、丁苯橡胶:8份、甲苯:3份、交联剂:4份、助剂:3份;
所述增韧剂为不饱和聚酯树脂;所述磷酸盐为磷酸钾;所述交联剂为聚烷基丙烯酸酯的改性、聚苯乙烯两种;所述的助剂包括表面活性剂10-11份、消泡剂5份、催干剂3份;
所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠;所述的消泡剂为硅油;所述的催干剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的离心蒸汽压缩机,其特征在于:所述的叶轮(5)为三元流叶轮。
5.根据权利要求1所述的离心蒸汽压缩机,其特征在于:所述的从动轴(10)和从动齿轮(9)以及驱动轴(12)和主齿轮(10)都通过平键连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的离心蒸汽压缩机,其特征在于:所述的驱动电机(3)为变频电机,所述的驱动电机(3)外设有电机箱(11)。
