Abstract

高效率电动转向泵,转向泵输出轴与电机输出轴为同轴结构,进油侧板、定子和出油侧板通过定位销贯穿连接在泵体上,泵体一端设有泵盖,转子安装于定子内孔中,叶片在安装于转子槽孔里;滑阀一端设有弹簧,滑阀内部设有锥阀,锥阀一端与滑阀之间设有弹簧,滑阀有弹簧的一端连接出油接头。本发明的高效转向泵,废除了传统联轴节、齿轮等耦合连接的传递方式,将转向泵输出轴与电机输出轴设计为一根轴,轴一端与电机装配,另一端与转向泵装配,当电机轴旋转时,直接同步驱动转向泵内部件运转,实现转向泵的工作,中间无传递损失。除提高传递效率的设计特点外,转向泵的内部除掉了轴承、挡圈的设计部分,使结构得到简化。

技术领域
本发明涉及机电传动及液压传动技术领域,尤其涉及汽车液压助力转向泵技术领域。
背景技术
传统汽车转向泵多年来一直是采用皮带轮、齿轮、联轴器等传动方式,该方式由于皮带轮、齿轮等传动件其自身重量在旋转时产生转动惯量,在传动效率方面损失较大,并且由于耦合件传动例如齿轮传动啮合时产生的噪音等工作噪声也较大。随着环境污染严重,新能源电动客车的兴起,其电动液压转向泵的需求量逐年增大,在新能源车节能降耗,低噪音运行的目标要求下,如何提高传递效率,降低传动噪音,是转向系统行业针对新能源车电动液压转向泵所研究的新目标。
发明内容
为了解决现有汽车转向泵传递效率低、传动噪音大等问题,本发明提供了一种高效率电动转向泵。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:高效率电动转向泵,转向泵输出轴与电机输出轴为同轴轴2结构,轴2一端安装电机,轴2另一端安装转向泵泵体22,泵体22内设有进油侧板23和出油侧板15,进油侧板23和出油侧板15安装于轴2上,轴2上位于进油侧板23和出油侧板15之间安装定子21,进油侧板23、定子21和出油侧板15通过定位销8,连接在泵体22上,泵体22一端设有泵盖17,转子19安装于定子21内孔中,叶片20安装于转子19槽孔里,叶片20、定子21内曲面、进油侧板23和出油侧板15形成密闭容腔;泵体22内设有滑阀4,滑阀4一端设有弹簧9,滑阀4内部设有锥阀5,锥阀5一端与滑阀之间设有弹簧6,滑阀4一端连接出油接头14。
所述出油侧板15和泵盖17之间安装弹簧16。
所述泵盖17和泵体22之间通过钢丝挡圈12固定。
本发明的高效率电动转向泵,废除了传统联轴节、齿轮等耦合连接的传递方式,将转向泵输出轴与电机输出轴设计为一根轴,轴一端与电机装配,另一端与转向泵装配。当电机轴旋转时,直接同步驱动转向泵内部件运转,实现转向泵的工作,中间无传递损失;除提高传递效率的设计特点外,转向泵的内部除掉了轴承、挡圈的设计部分,使结构得到简化。

具体实施方式
本发明的高效率电动转向泵结构如图1所示,轴2与电机总成1为同轴结构,同一根轴2一端装配电机总成1,一端将转向泵的所有零件装入整体式泵体22内,然后用泵盖17封闭,泵盖17和泵体22之间通过钢丝挡圈12固定。泵体22内设有进油侧板23和出油侧板15,轴2贯穿安装于进油侧板23和出油侧板15中心,进油侧板23、定子21和出油侧板15通过定位销8贯穿连接在泵体22上,限制了旋转自由度。出油侧板15和泵盖17之间安装弹簧16,弹簧16压在出油侧板15端面限制了轴向位置又起到了浮动效果。泵体22内设有滑阀4,滑阀4一端设有弹簧9,滑阀4内部设有锥阀5,锥阀5一端与滑阀之间设有弹簧6,滑阀4一端连接出油接头14,出油接头14一端与泵体阀孔连接,连接部位通过组合垫13密封,另一端与出油管路连接。转子19安装于定子21内孔中,在轴2的驱动下旋转,使装在其中转子19槽孔里的叶片20平抛出,叶片20与定子21内曲面、进油侧板23和出油侧板15形成密闭容腔,并通过进油侧板23上的油窗孔将油液吸入;当转子19转到定子21内曲面降程部分,由于容腔减少,被压缩的油液通过出油侧板15出油窗孔流出,流出的油液通过阻尼孔控制流量经出油接头14进入转向系统。同时流入流量控制滑阀4有弹簧9的一端。部分油液进入流量控制溢流阀无弹簧9端。由于流经阻尼孔的流量会产生压差,当压差大于等于弹簧9力时滑阀4的平衡被打破,滑阀4产生移动,使出油腔与溢油口相通,出油腔部分流量经溢流口溢出,使输出流量趋于恒定,实现流量控制原理。作用在弹簧6端的油液,通过锥阀座上压力阻尼孔作用在锥阀5上,当系统压力大于等于弹簧6预调定的数时,锥阀5开启并溢流,限制了系统的最高压力,实现压力控制原理。弹簧16保证出油侧板15、定子21能紧密相连,保证设计性能得以实现。装入泵体22的复合轴承18及电机总成1连接端轴承,保证轴2的对中与传动精度,实现电机总成1与转向泵同步无传递损失并实现性能准确性。轴2上位于进油侧板23一侧安装骨架油封3,骨架油封3密封功能为保证空气不被吸入及油腔油液不泄漏。

1.高效率电动转向泵,其特征在于:转向泵输出轴与电机输出轴为同轴轴(2)结构,轴(2)一端安装电机,轴(2)另一端安装转向泵泵体(22),泵体(22)内设有进油侧板(23)和出油侧板(15),进油侧板(23)和出油侧板(15)安装于轴(2)上,轴(2)上位于进油侧板(23)和出油侧板(15)之间安装定子(21),进油侧板(23)、定子(21)和出油侧板(15)通过定位销(8),连接在泵体(22)上,泵体(22)一端设有泵盖(17),转子(19)安装于定子(21)内孔中,叶片(20)安装于转子(19)槽孔里,叶片(20)、定子(21)内曲面、进油侧板(23)和出油侧板(15)形成密闭容腔;泵体(22)内设有滑阀(4),滑阀(4)一端设有弹簧(9),滑阀(4)内部设有锥阀(5),锥阀(5)一端与滑阀之间设有弹簧(6),滑阀(4)一端连接出油接头(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效率电动转向泵,其特征在于:所述出油侧板(15)和泵盖(17)之间安装弹簧(16)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效率电动转向泵,其特征在于:所述泵盖(17)和泵体(22)之间通过钢丝挡圈(12)固定。
