本发明公开了一种保温板拼接安装连接构件,其特征在于包括固定槽,固定槽为上开口的条形槽,条形槽底部设有钉孔,固定槽两侧上沿分别连接有纵向等距分布的向外侧隆起的弧形弹片,弧形弹片所对圆心角大于180度,两侧弧形弹片的上端分别连接有立板,两立板上沿分别连接有向外伸展的侧翼,侧翼上连接有纵向等距分布的由其本体冲压的朝下的三角形尖刺,所述固定槽处于两块保温板接缝间,保温板接缝处呈阶梯型,侧翼压在低于保温板外面的阶梯上,三角形尖刺刺入保温板本体,条形槽钉孔内设有与附着面连接的固定钉,在块保温板阶梯间填注满填缝料;连接牢固不易开裂,适于用在一些使用环境恶劣要求较高的施工。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温板安装时用到的一种用具,特别是涉及一种保温板拼接安装连接构件。
背景技术
在建筑领域,保温板作为节能环保构件一直在使用,施工时都是将小块的保温板直接对缝拼贴在建筑外立面上,再施工外饰面,由于有接缝,长时间使用后,在环境影响下,接缝处很容易开裂,不但影响保温性能,还会透水,严重还会从接缝处翘起,这都是现在拼贴工艺很能解决的,这些仍有待于技术创新。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种保温板拼接安装连接构件。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种保温板拼接安装连接构件,其特征在于包括固定槽,固定槽为上开口的条形槽,条形槽底部设有钉孔,固定槽两侧上沿分别连接有纵向等距分布的向外侧隆起的弧形弹片,弧形弹片所对圆心角大于180度,两侧弧形弹片的上端分别连接有立板,两立板上沿分别连接有向外伸展的侧翼,侧翼上连接有纵向等距分布的由其本体冲压的朝下的三角形尖刺。
进一步的,所述固定槽处于两块保温板接缝间,保温板接缝处呈阶梯型,侧翼压在低于保温板外面的阶梯上,三角形尖刺刺入保温板本体,条形槽钉孔内设有与附着面连接的固定钉,在块保温板阶梯间填注满填缝料。
本发明使用时,将保温板接缝处设置为两阶或三阶的阶梯型,侧翼压在低于保温板外面的阶梯上,三角形尖刺刺入保温板本体,条形槽钉孔内设有附着面连接的固定钉,靠弧形弹片可以对保温板边缘产生长久的压力,防止其翘起,力度适中不会压坏保温板边缘,然后在块保温板阶梯间填注满填缝料,填缝料可以透过弧形弹片的间隙包裹住本装置,并与阶梯型缝隙连为一体,使用时产生的热胀冷缩会在填缝料和两翼板间释放,翼板与保温板连一体,不易开裂,适于用在一些使用环境恶劣要求较高的施工。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1、2所示,该一种保温板拼接安装连接构件设有一固定槽1,固定槽为上开口的条形槽,条形槽底部设有钉孔2,固定槽两侧上沿分别连接有纵向等距分布的向外侧隆起的弧形弹片3,弧形弹片间设有间隙,便于填料,弧形弹片所对圆心角大于180度,可以变形伸展,两侧弧形弹片的上端分别连接有立板4,两立板上沿分别连接有向外伸展的侧翼5,侧翼上连接有纵向等距分布的由其本体冲压的朝下的三角形尖刺6;固定槽处于两块保温板7接缝间,保温板接缝处呈阶梯型,本实施例为三阶,实施时也可为两阶,侧翼压在低于保温板外面的阶梯8上,三角形尖刺刺入保温板本体,横向结为一体,条形槽钉孔内设有与附着面连接的固定钉,在块保温板阶梯间填注满填缝料,填缝料可以为聚氨酯材料,也可以是混胶保温颗粒。
本发明使用时,将保温板接缝处设置为两阶或三阶的阶梯型,侧翼压在低于保温板外面的阶梯上,三角形尖刺刺入保温板本体,条形槽钉孔内设有附着面连接的固定钉,靠弧形弹片可以对保温板边缘产生长久的压力,防止其翘起,力度适中不会压坏保温板边缘,然后在块保温板阶梯间填注满填缝料,填缝料可以透过弧形弹片的间隙包裹住本装置,并与阶梯型缝隙连为一体,使用热胀冷缩会在填缝料和两翼板间释放,翼板与保温板连一体,不易开裂,适于用在一些使用环境恶劣要求较高的施工。

1.一种保温板拼接安装连接构件,其特征在于包括固定槽,固定槽为上开口的条形槽,条形槽底部设有钉孔,固定槽两侧上沿分别连接有纵向等距分布的向外侧隆起的弧形弹片,弧形弹片所对圆心角大于180度,两侧弧形弹片的上端分别连接有立板,两立板上沿分别连接有向外伸展的侧翼,侧翼上连接有纵向等距分布的由其本体冲压的朝下的三角形尖刺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温板拼接安装连接构件,其特征在于所述固定槽处于两块保温板接缝间,保温板接缝处呈阶梯型,侧翼压在低于保温板外面的阶梯上,三角形尖刺刺入保温板本体,条形槽钉孔内设有与附着面连接的固定钉,在块保温板阶梯间填注满填缝料。
