随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对纺织材料性能的要求也不断提高。目前,现有的布料功能比较单一,做成的纺织产品不能够满足人们多方面的需求。布料通常采用涤纶纱线编织而成,布料对人体功能单一,没有保健作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种负离子布料以及制作负离子布料的方法、装置。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种负离子布料,其特征在于:包括相互编制而成的经线和纬线,所述经线采用棉纱,纬线采用复合纤维,其中竹炭纤维的直径为30.55μm,纤度为723dtex,复合纤维的直径为30.55μm,纤度为405dtex,经密度为82根/cm,纬密度为40根/cm,所述经线和纬线至少为两层,采用负压的方式将水溶性负离子粉注入到经线和纬线之间,所述水溶性负离子粉由电气石粉、磁铁粉和金属粉组成,其中按重量百分比,电气石粉占20%至98%,磁铁粉占1%至50%,金属粉占1%至50%。
优选地,所述复合纤维由1至3根竹炭纤维、2至6根聚酰亚胺纤维与2至5根银纤维编织而成。
优选地,所述电气石粉的细度为3000目以上。
优选地,所述磁铁粉的细度为2000目以上。
一种负离子布料的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:步骤一、用棉纱和复合纤维编织成布料;步骤二、将布料放置在浆料槽中,步骤三、向浆料槽中注入浆料,所述浆料为水、电气石粉、磁铁粉和金属粉组成,其中按重量百分比,水占60%至80%,电气石粉占20%至30%,磁铁粉占1%至50%,金属粉占1%至50%的水溶液;步骤四、将浆料槽密封抽真空,保压15至20分钟,步骤五,取出布料常温晾晒3至5天;步骤六、将黄栀子果实用粉碎机磨成小于40目的黄栀子粉;在有水的锅中加入黄栀子粉,煮至沸腾并保持10分钟至15分钟,过滤得到染料滤液;步骤七、将步骤五中的布料加入步骤六所述染料滤液中,浸泡20分钟至40分钟,取出清洗晒干或烘干。
优选地,在执行步骤六之前,重复至少一次步骤一至步骤五的过程,得到至少两层布料,将至少两层布料用复合纤维编织呈一体,厚度为300-500μm。
优选地,在步骤七中,在染料中再加入碳酸钠进行固色,固色时间为20分钟至40分钟。

一种负离子布料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、用棉纱和复合纤维编织成布料;步骤二、将布料放置在浆料槽中,步骤三、向浆料槽中注入浆料,所述浆料为水、电气石粉、磁铁粉和金属粉组成,其中按重量百分比,水占80%,电气石粉占30%,磁铁粉占50%,金属粉占50%的水溶液;步骤四、将浆料槽密封抽真空,保压20分钟,步骤五,取出布料常温晾晒5天;步骤六、将黄栀子果实用粉碎机磨成小于40目的黄栀子粉;在有水的锅中加入黄栀子粉,煮至沸腾并保持15分钟,过滤得到染料滤液;步骤七、将步骤五中的布料加入步骤六所述染料滤液中,浸泡40分钟,取出清洗晒干或烘干。采用天然的中草药黄栀子和黄花制备而成,且整个制备过程中无有害物质添加,也没有有害废物产生,其制得的染料天然环保,对人体具有健脾消食、清热解毒,活血通络和祛风杀虫的功效,所染得的布、呈金黄色,颜色均匀,色泽柔和自然,色牢度较高,不易退色、变色。在执行步骤六之前,重复至少一次步骤一至步骤五的过程,得到至少两层布料,将至少两层布料用复合纤维编织呈一体,厚度为500μm。在步骤七中,在染料中再加入碳酸钠进行固色,固色时间为40分钟。
本发明还提供了一种负离子布料的成型设备,包括用于盛放布料的箱体1、真空泵,所述箱体的上部连接有密封盖2,所述密封盖的内部位空心,密封盖带有两个接头3,分别与两个所述真空泵连通,所述密封盖的底部带有十字通风槽4,所述十字通风槽与密封盖内部连通,所述十字通风槽上带有过滤网5。过滤网能够防止负压的状态下,负离子粉进入到真空泵中,影响其使用寿命,为了能够使密封盖密封更紧密,所述密封盖上带有密封条。为了便于移动密封盖,所述密封盖的上部固定又六个提手6。本装置是染料行业首次采用负压的方式将负离子粉与布料进行结合,负离子粉与布料能够结合的非常紧密,而现有技术都是分离状态,类似于填充的结构,不是与布料结合成一体的。
该布料可以直接释放负离子,在布料周边能够更好地释放大量负离子,清新人体周围空气,起到较好的保健效果,同时该布料还具有抗菌功能,对人体有更多益处。布料的加工方法操作简单、易于控制、生产出来的布料阻燃效果好、持续释放负离子的时间长,且抗菌效果好。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种负离子布料,其特征在于:包括相互编制而成的经线和纬线,所述经线采用棉纱,纬线采用复合纤维,其中竹炭纤维的直径为30.55μm,纤度为723dtex,复合纤维的直径为30.55μm,纤度为405dtex,经密度为82根/cm,纬密度为40根/cm,所述经线和纬线至少为两层,采用负压的方式将水溶性负离子粉注入到经线和纬线之间,所述水溶性负离子粉由电气石粉、磁铁粉和金属粉组成,其中按重量百分比,电气石粉占20%至98%,磁铁粉占1%至50%,金属粉占1%至50%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的负离子布料,其特征在于:所述复合纤维由1至3根竹炭纤维、2至6根聚酰亚胺纤维与2至5根银纤维编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的负离子布料,其特征在于:所述电气石粉的细度为3000目以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的负离子布料,其特征在于:所述磁铁粉的细度为2000目以上。
5.一种负离子布料的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:步骤一、用棉纱和复合纤维编织成布料;步骤二、将布料放置在浆料槽中,步骤三、向浆料槽中注入浆料,所述浆料为水、电气石粉、磁铁粉和金属粉组成,其中按重量百分比,水占60%至80%,电气石粉占20%至30%,磁铁粉占1%至50%,金属粉占1%至50%的水溶液;步骤四、将浆料槽密封抽真空,保压15至20分钟,步骤五,取出布料常温晾晒3至5天;步骤六、将黄栀子果实用粉碎机磨成小于40目的黄栀子粉;在有水的锅中加入黄栀子粉,煮至沸腾并保持10分钟至15分钟,过滤得到染料滤液;步骤七、将步骤五中的布料加入步骤六所述染料滤液中,浸泡20分钟至40分钟,取出清洗晒干或烘干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的负离子布料的制作方法,其特征在于:在执行步骤六之前,重复至少一次步骤一至步骤五的过程,得到至少两层布料,将至少两层布料用复合纤维编织呈一体,厚度为300-500μm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的负离子布料的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤七中,在染料中再加入碳酸钠进行固色,固色时间为20分钟至40分钟。
8.一种负离子布料的成型设备,其特征在于:包括用于盛放布料的箱体、真空泵,所述箱体的上部连接有密封盖,所述密封盖的内部位空心,密封盖带有两个接头,分别与两个所述真空泵连通,所述密封盖的底部带有十字通风槽,所述十字通风槽与密封盖内部连通,所述十字通风槽上带有过滤网。
9.根据权利要求8所述的生态板的连续成型设备,其特征在于:所述密封盖上带有密封条。
10.根据权利要求8所述的生态板的连续成型设备,其特征在于:所述密封盖的上部固定又六个提手。
