Abstract

本实用新型属于内衣内裤领域中的具有抗菌功能的内裤，具体涉及的是一种可抗菌的内裤。
背景技术：
内衣内裤作为人类必须的生活用品，时时刻刻穿着在身上，在内衣产品中，内裤的开发主要集中于款式设计和色彩搭配，在材料上仍然较多地使用传统的棉纤维。有关专家提出，棉质内裤会更容易滋生大量的细菌，且容易发出臭味，从而威胁人类的健康，这是棉质内裤本身固有的缺陷。特别是无痕内裤，其采用的布料更容易滋生细菌。
发明内容：
针对现有技术存在的缺陷，本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以克服上述缺陷的抗菌内裤。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种抗菌内裤，关键在于所述抗菌内裤包括裤体，在所述裤体裆部内侧面上设有抗菌布料区，抗菌布料区上设有抗菌布料，所述抗菌布料通过粘合层固定在裆部内侧面，所述抗菌布料由含有纳米银纤维与纱线通过纺织制成。
所述粘合层覆盖在抗菌布料周边，在抗菌布料四周进行进行粘合连接。
所述裤体在裆部左右两侧设有设有裤边折合部，所述抗菌布料夹设在折合部内。
所述粘合层覆盖在抗菌布料的两侧及后部，抗菌布料的前部与裤体构成一开口部，开口部内部用于放置香料袋。
所述抗菌布料为重复“Z”字形叠合的结构，并将抗菌布料前后两端粘合固定在裤体上。
所述抗菌布料上设有一抗紫外线涂层。

具体实施方式：
如图1至图2所示，一种抗菌内裤，所述抗菌内裤包括裤体1，在所述裤体裆部内侧面上设有抗菌布料区，抗菌布料区上设有抗菌布料3，所述抗菌布料通过粘合层固定在裆部内侧面，所述抗菌布料由含有纳米银纤维与纱线通过纺织制成。所述的裤体采用无痕压合工艺制作，外形可为三角或者四角。所述的裤体上端设有橡皮绳2。抗菌布料通过热压粘合工艺进行固定。所述抗菌布料中的银纤维可释放出银离子，对布料周围的细菌进行杀灭，起抗菌作用。
所述粘合层覆盖在抗菌布料周边，在抗菌布料四周进行进行粘合连接。
所述裤体在裆部左右两侧设有设有裤边折合部，所述抗菌布料夹设在折合部内。
所述粘合层覆盖在抗菌布料的两侧及后部，抗菌布料的前部与裤体构成一开口部，开口部内部用于放置香料袋。香料袋内装有艾粉等利于皮肤的药物，通过艾粉与皮肤直接接触，具有熏疗的效果，并且能够改善人体局部微循环和毛细血管的通透性，能够活化细胞、增加血流量，达到抗感染、消炎、消肿以及镇痛的效果。
作为改进的实施例，所述抗菌布料为重复“Z”字形叠合的结构，并将抗菌布料前后两端粘合固定在裤体上。重复“Z”字形叠合结构的布料可以调整裆部位置布料的厚度，也可以更加贴合人体阴部的褶皱皮肤，特别是女性的阴部，起到更好杀菌效果。
所述抗菌布料上设有一抗紫外线涂层。抗紫外线涂层可通过与人体的激发，使人体产生热量，起到促进血液循环的作用。
抗紫外线涂层为含有抗紫外线涂料，所述的抗紫外线涂料的花纹为蜂巢状，涂覆通过喷涂工艺喷涂在抗菌布料的上表面。
本实用新型将纳米银离子纤维应用到无痕内裤中，纳米银离子均匀地植入了织布中且有机地与织布结合在一起，使纳米银离子永久的固定在织布中，布料耐洗涤，可以长久地保持纳米银离子的功效，纳米银离子有抗菌除异味的功效，在短时间内即可以杀死99.9％暴露于纤维表面的细菌，但对人体的正常细胞不会有任何破坏作用，本实用新型不仅起到抗菌除异味的作用还对淋病、膀胱炎、痢疾、肠炎、烧伤、妇科病的治疗起到辅助作用。

1.一种抗菌内裤，其特征在于所述抗菌内裤包括裤体，在所述裤体裆部内侧面上设有抗菌布料区，抗菌布料区上设有抗菌布料，所述抗菌布料通过粘合层固定在内裤裆部，所述抗菌布料由含有纳米银纤维与纱线通过纺织制成，所述粘合层覆盖在抗菌布料周边，在抗菌布料四周进行进行粘合连接，所述裤体在裆部左右两侧设有设有裤边折合部，所述抗菌布料夹设在折合部内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌内裤，其特征在于所述粘合层覆盖在抗菌布料的两侧及后部，抗菌布料的前部与裤体构成一开口部，开口部内部用于放置香料袋。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌内裤，其特征在于所述抗菌布料为重复“Z”字形叠合的结构，并将抗菌布料前后两端粘合固定在裤体上。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的抗菌内裤，其特征在于所述抗菌布料上设有一远红外涂层。
