背景技术
偶氮苯基硫脲壳聚糖衍生物,在催化、磁性、光学、电化学、非线性光学和化学传感器等领域,有广泛的用途,因此成为当前研究热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种偶氮苯基硫脲壳聚糖衍生物及其应用。
偶氮苯基硫脲壳聚糖衍生物的结构式为:
所述偶氮苯基硫脲壳聚糖衍生物应用于阴离子识别。
本发明的偶氮苯基硫脲壳聚糖衍生物对部分阴离子表现出高灵敏识别选择性。
具体实施方式
实施例:
(1)偶氮苯基硫脲壳聚糖衍生物的结构式为 :
(2)偶氮苯基硫脲壳聚糖衍生物的制备方法为:
a. 降解壳聚糖的制备
称取6.0 克壳聚糖(脱乙酰度为95.20%,黏均分子量Mη为4.75×105)加入搅拌溶于5%乙酸溶液中,在室温下搅拌1 小时,待壳聚糖完全溶解呈均相状态后,置于65 摄氏度的恒温振荡水浴锅中,加入6 毫升过氧化氢,慢速均匀搅拌。反应6 小时后,用 1 mol/L 的NaOH 调节 pH 值至中性,冷却抽滤,得固相产品,所得的产品用蒸馏水反复洗涤,产物经低温(−50 摄氏度)干燥3天后获得降解壳聚糖(脱乙酰度为94.30%,黏均分子质量Mη为2.37×104);
b. 偶氮苯基硫脲壳聚糖衍生物的制备
将降解壳聚糖 (以胺基葡萄糖为基本单元计算: 1毫摩尔) 加入到两口瓶中,分别真空、充氮气三次后,加入30毫升 二甲基亚砜(干燥,带分子筛),在60 摄氏度下分散48小时后加入4-苯偶氮硫代异氰酸酯 (1.2毫摩尔) ,在室温条件下搅拌约48小时。停止反应后,分别用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和丙酮洗3次,过滤,真空60摄氏度下干燥,即得到橘黄色粉末的偶氮苯基硫脲壳聚糖衍生物。
(3)偶氮苯基硫脲壳聚糖衍生物的应用:
阴离子识别:当向偶氮苯基硫脲壳聚糖衍生物的二甲基亚砜/水溶液中引入F-和Ac-阴离子时,其溶液颜色及吸收光谱均发生了显著变化,鉴于偶氮苯基硫脲壳聚糖衍生物对这两种阴离子表现出高灵敏识别选择性,用于制作裸眼识别F-、Ac-传感器。
实施例中所使用的化学试剂均为分析纯。
