Abstract

本发明公开的全方位连续弯管装置,包括支架、可转动地设于支架上的转盘,转盘的圆周上设有导向管道的圆弧形沟槽,支架上可转动地设有固定轮,支架上设有驱动装置,支架上可转动地且可在驱动装置的作用下可靠近或远离转盘活动地设有活动轮,固定轮、活动轮上包履有输送带或链条,输送带或链条上间隔设置有多个导向块,各导向块的周侧上设有导向管道的第二圆弧形沟槽;还包括电机、蜗轮和蜗杆,电机的转轴上传动连接蜗杆,蜗杆与蜗轮啮合以传动,蜗轮的中部设有导向筒,支架设于导向筒上。本发明会使管道的弯曲不仅仅限制于一个平面上,还能够实现全方位的弯曲,更具实用性;通过蜗轮与蜗杆的配合,可以使得传动比扩大,更有利于弯管的精确控制。

本发明是申请号为201510323600.6,申请日为2015年06月12日,名称为“一种360度弯管装置”的发明专利申请的分案申请。本发明涉及一种360度弯管装置。
背景技术
目前,在许多管道铺设的施工当中,往往会碰到许多复杂地形,此时就需要将管道根据地形进行弯曲变形,使得管道紧贴复杂的地形行进。这个弯曲的过程通常都是由人工来完成的,其工作量大、弯曲不精确,弯曲后前后不对应,导致在实际施工时,往往需要进一步地调整,十分的繁琐。而且这种管道通常都是不是整条的,都是需要多个管道进行串联组装,一点点的误差就往往会导致两个管道的连接后弯曲方向改变。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种操作简单、方便管道弯曲、弯曲精度高、施工效果好的全方位连续弯管装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
全方位连续弯管装置,包括支架、可转动地设于支架上的转盘,所述转盘的圆周上设有导向管道的圆弧形沟槽,所述支架上可转动地设有固定轮,所述支架上设有驱动装置,所述支架上可转动地且可在驱动装置的作用下可靠近或远离转盘活动地设有活动轮,所述固定轮、活动轮上包履有输送带或链条,所述输送带或链条上间隔设置有多个导向块,各所述导向块的周侧上设有导向管道的第二圆弧形沟槽;还包括电机、蜗轮和蜗杆,电机的转轴上传动连接蜗杆,蜗杆与蜗轮啮合以传动,蜗轮的中部设有导向筒,所述支架设于导向筒上。
所述驱动装置为转动电机,所述转动电机的转轴上设有转动板,所述活动轮可转动地设于转动板上。
所述转动板上铰接有连接板,所述连接板的自由端上铰接有气缸,所述气缸的活塞杆与支架铰接,所述连接板上靠近活动轮处可转动地设有第二活动轮,所述输送带或链条包履第二活动轮。
所述转动电机的转轴上可转动地设有第二蜗杆,所述支架上可转动地设有第二蜗轮,所述第二蜗杆与第二蜗轮啮合传动,所述第二蜗轮上设有转动轴,所述转动板设于转动轴上。
所述支架上铰接设有张紧板,所述张紧板上可转动地设有张紧轮,所述输送带或链条包履张紧轮,所述张紧板与支架之间设有弹簧以使得张紧轮张紧输送带或链条。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本全方位连续弯管装置,改变了原有的手工操作,利用输送带或链条包履的导向块以及转盘实现对管道的导向,利用活动轮的移动改变链条或输送带的轨迹,从而使得导向块压向转盘,从而使得管道在向前输送的状态下,会通过导向块与转盘的配合实现弯曲;进一步的,通过设置机架,实现支架的转动,从而会使得管道的弯曲不仅仅限制于一个平面上,而能够实现全方位的弯曲,更具实用性;进一步的,通过蜗轮与蜗杆的配合,可以使得传动比扩大,更有利于弯管的精确控制;进一步的,通过设置夹持轮,可以实现自动的管道输送,与弯管装置配合实现自动弯管操作;进一步的,通过设置转动板,活动轮设于转动板上,通过转动电机的驱动使得活动轮实现远离或靠近转盘,而通过再设置连接板、气缸,从而配合转动板、支架形成一个桁架,在气缸推动时,就会将连接板推向转盘,从而使得设于连接板上的第二活动轮靠近或远离转盘,从而实现弯曲程度的加大,配合活动轮使用,可以更好地实现弯管、更大程度地实现弯曲;进一步的,通过第二蜗轮与第二蜗杆的配合,可以使得传动比扩大,更有利于弯管的精确控制;进一步的,通过设置张紧轮,可以使得链条或输送带保持绷紧状态,更有利于弯管操作。

现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
参考图1、图2,本实施例提供一种360度连续弯管装置,包括机架1、支架2,所述机架1上可转动地设有一对夹持电机31,所述夹持电机31的转轴上分别设有夹持轮32,所述夹持轮32上设有用于夹持输送管道的第三圆弧形沟槽33,两所述夹持轮32分别配合以夹持输送管道。所述机架1上设有电机41,所述电机41的转轴上传动连接有一蜗杆42,所述机架1上可转动地设有一蜗轮43,所述蜗杆42与蜗轮43啮合以传动,所述蜗轮43的中部设有一用于管道穿过的导向筒44,所述支架2设于导向筒44上。所述支架2上可转动地设有转盘5,所述转盘5的圆周上设有导向管道的圆弧形沟槽51,所述支架2上可转动地设有一固定轮61,所述支架1上设有一驱动装置,所述驱动装置为一转动电机71,所述转动电机71的转轴上可转动地设有第二蜗杆72,所述支架2上可转动地设有第二蜗轮73,所述第二蜗杆72与第二蜗轮73啮合传动,所述第二蜗轮73上设有转动轴74,所述转动轴74上设有一转动板62,所述活动轮63可转动地设于转动板62上,所述活动轮63可在驱动装置的作用下可靠近或远离转盘5,所述转动板62上铰接有一连接板64,所述连接板64的自由端上铰接有一气缸8,所述气缸8的活塞杆与支架2铰接,所述连接板64上靠近活动轮63处可转动地设有第二活动轮65,所述支架2上铰接设有一张紧板66,所述张紧板66上可转动地设有张紧轮67,所述张紧轮67、第二活动轮65、活动轮63、固定轮61上包履有一链条68,所述张紧板66与支架2之间设有弹簧69以使得张紧轮67张紧链条68。所述链条68上间隔设置有复数个导向块681,各所述导向块681的周侧上设有导向管道的第二圆弧形沟槽682。
上述的链条可以利用平皮带、同步带等输送带替换,导向块相应地设于输送带上;上述的支架可以设置上下两个,可以更有利于铰接的设置,即通过上下两个支架锁定铰接轴,而后将轮子设于上下两个板之间。
本发明的工作方式是:将管道通过两夹持轮输入,夹持电机启动,从而实现自动的管道输送,管道穿过导向筒,紧贴转盘与导向块伸出,此时链条没有压向转盘,没有压迫管道进行弯曲。当需要弯曲管道时,转动电气启动,使得活动板转动,从而使得活动轮压向转盘,从而实现管道弯曲,若弯曲的程度不足,则气缸启动,使得第二活动轮压向转盘,使得弯曲的程度加大。此时的弯曲仍停留与平面内,若想向别的方向弯曲,则开启电机,使得蜗轮转动,从而带动支架转动,从而使得输入的管道的弯曲方向方式变化,实现360度的连续弯管。

1.全方位连续弯管装置,其特征在于:包括支架、可转动地设于支架上的转盘,所述转盘的圆周上设有导向管道的圆弧形沟槽,所述支架上可转动地设有固定轮,所述支架上设有驱动装置,所述支架上可转动地且可在驱动装置的作用下可靠近或远离转盘活动地设有活动轮,所述固定轮、活动轮上包履有输送带或链条,所述输送带或链条上间隔设置有多个导向块,各所述导向块的周侧上设有导向管道的第二圆弧形沟槽;还包括电机、蜗轮和蜗杆,电机的转轴上传动连接蜗杆,蜗杆与蜗轮啮合以传动,蜗轮的中部设有导向筒,所述支架设于导向筒上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全方位连续弯管装置,其特征在于:所述驱动装置为转动电机,所述转动电机的转轴上设有转动板,所述活动轮可转动地设于转动板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全方位连续弯管装置,其特征在于:所述转动板上铰接有连接板,所述连接板的自由端上铰接有气缸,所述气缸的活塞杆与支架铰接,所述连接板上靠近活动轮处可转动地设有第二活动轮,所述输送带或链条包履第二活动轮。
4.根据权利要求2所述的全方位连续弯管装置,其特征在于:所述转动电机的转轴上可转动地设有第二蜗杆,所述支架上可转动地设有第二蜗轮,所述第二蜗杆与第二蜗轮啮合传动,所述第二蜗轮上设有转动轴,所述转动板设于转动轴上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的全方位连续弯管装置,其特征在于:所述支架上铰接设有张紧板,所述张紧板上可转动地设有张紧轮,所述输送带或链条包履张紧轮,所述张紧板与支架之间设有弹簧以使得张紧轮张紧输送带或链条。
