本发明涉及一种节能型双循环脱硫系统,包括吸收塔、吸收塔浆池、塔外浆池,吸收塔浆池和塔外浆池之间采用阵列式多通道方式连接,所述吸收塔塔顶部设有吸收塔喷淋层,吸收塔浆池连接有多台吸收塔浆液循环泵;吸收塔浆液循环泵与吸收塔浆池通过管道连接,吸收塔浆液循环泵的启停与入口阀门进行联锁;所述塔外浆池与浆液循环泵A和浆液循环泵B连接;所述的塔外浆池喷淋层与浆液循环泵A和浆液循环泵B连接对应;塔外浆池喷淋层在吸收塔喷淋层的上部。本发明具有以下的特点和有益效果:系统简单可靠,即可以减轻上述连通管道浆液沉积、结垢的情况,又可根据脱硫吸收塔运行工况精确调节循环泵流量,使其在较低电耗下运行。

一种节能型双循环脱硫系统
技术领域
本专利涉及一种节能型双循环脱硫系统,具体涉及石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统。
背景技术
随着环保要求的日益提高,要求火电厂锅炉的SO2排放浓度低至35mg/Nm3以内,以往常规的单塔单循环喷淋脱硫工艺难以满足现有环保的形势要求。
很多环保公司开发出了单塔双循环脱硫工艺,基本为主吸收塔和辅助浆池或副浆池的结构型式。但副浆池上连接的浆液循环泵正常投运的台数,决定了主吸收塔与副浆池连通管道输送的浆液量大小,带来了浆液循环泵投运数量少时连接管道内浆液沉积的缺陷。随着吸收塔运行工况的变化,往往通过启停一台或多台泵达到节能目的,但其调节精度不高,节能效果不佳,性能也不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术不足,提供一种结构合理,系统可靠的节能型双循环脱硫系统。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:这种节能型双循环脱硫系统,包括吸收塔、吸收塔浆池、塔外浆池,吸收塔浆池和塔外浆池之间采用阵列式多通道方式连接,所述吸收塔塔顶部设有吸收塔喷淋层,吸收塔浆池连接有多台吸收塔浆液循环泵;吸收塔浆液循环泵与吸收塔浆池通过管道连接,吸收塔浆液循环泵的启停与入口阀门进行联锁;所述塔外浆池与浆液循环泵A和浆液循环泵B连接;所述的塔外浆池喷淋层与浆液循环泵A和浆液循环泵B连接对应;塔外浆池喷淋层在吸收塔喷淋层的上部。
作为优选,所述塔外浆池与吸收塔浆池通过吸收塔浆池与塔外浆池的连通管A和吸收塔浆池与塔外浆池的连通管B连通。
作为优选:所述塔外浆池喷淋层下部设置上层传质或气流均布构件。
作为优选:所述吸收塔喷淋层下部设置下层传质或气流均布构件。
本发明具有以下的特点和有益效果:系统简单可靠,即可以减轻上述连通管道浆液沉积、结垢的情况,又可根据脱硫吸收塔运行工况精确调节循环泵流量,使其在较低电耗下运行。与现有的主副浆池的单通道连通型式相比,本专利通过设置多通道连通管,与副浆池连接的浆液循环泵台数相匹配。使得投入使用的连通管道数量与副浆池投运的浆液循环泵的台数保持一致,控制逻辑上完整匹配,保证了连通管道的流速控制在2~4m/s的区间,不致于因流速过低导致浆液沉积结垢或者流速过高导致磨损加剧。本专利实现在于吸收塔浆池与塔外浆池设置阵列式多通道连接管道。浆液循环泵的启停不仅与泵入口的阀门联锁,还与副浆池和吸收塔浆池的通道启闭相联锁。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。下述实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。
这种节能型双循环脱硫系统,包括吸收塔1、吸收塔浆池2、塔外浆池4,吸收塔浆池2和塔外浆池4之间采用阵列式多通道方式连接,所述吸收塔1塔顶部设有吸收塔喷淋层11,吸收塔浆池2连接有多台吸收塔浆液循环泵10;吸收塔浆液循环泵9与吸收塔浆池2通过管道连接,吸收塔浆液循环泵9的启停与入口阀门进行联锁;所述塔外浆池4与浆液循环泵A5和浆液循环泵B6连接;所述的塔外浆池喷淋层8与浆液循环泵A5和浆液循环泵B6连接对应;塔外浆池喷淋层8在吸收塔喷淋层11的上部。所述塔外浆池4与吸收塔浆池2通过吸收塔浆池与塔外浆池的连通管A3和吸收塔浆池与塔外浆池的连通管B7连通。所述塔外浆池喷淋层8下部设置上层传质或气流均布构件13。所述吸收塔喷淋层11下部设置下层传质或气流均布构件12。
本发明的工作原理:增设吸收塔浆池与塔外浆池的连通管A3、吸收塔浆池与塔外浆池的连通管B7对应浆液循环泵A5、浆液循环泵B6。当浆液循环泵A5或浆液循环泵B6需要停运时,关闭连通管A或B上设置的阀门,维持浆液循环泵与单通道连通管的流量一致,保证连通管B7的流速在合理区间,防止浆液的沉积。
这种用于主吸收塔浆池与副浆池连通的结构,包括吸收塔1,吸收塔底部浆池2(主浆池),吸收塔附近的辅助塔外浆池4(副塔、副浆池),两个浆池之间设置采用阵列式多通道连接方式。
前述的双循环工艺脱硫结构中,所述的主吸收塔浆池2与副浆池4之间可以通过圆型或者方型的管道连接。管道连接方式可以是水平连接或者倾斜连接。
前述的双循环工艺脱硫结构中,所述的吸收塔1内上部主循环喷淋区与副循环喷淋区均设置一层或多层的气流均布构件。气流均布板采用多孔介质形式,可以是圆形或方形孔洞。主要是提高吸收塔内烟气分布均匀度,防止气流短路,强化喷淋区内循环浆液与烟气的接触传质效果。可以在相同脱硫性能要求下,降低浆液循环泵的选型流量和额定功率,降低了整个系统的运行电耗。
前述的双循环工艺脱硫结构中,所述的塔外浆池连接有两台及以上的浆液循环泵,连接的浆液循环泵打至主吸收塔上部喷淋层进行喷淋。浆液循环泵的流量可根据吸收塔内的烟气量、入口SO2浓度、脱硫效率、吸收塔液位等参数进行动态调整。在一定脱硫效率下,循环泵流量随着吸收塔内烟气量减少而减少,随着入口SO2浓度的减少而减少。相比固定浆液循环泵流量的脱硫吸收塔,在低负荷和低含硫时,在保证脱硫效率情况下,降低泵的运行电耗,具有较好的节能效果。
主吸收塔浆池所对应浆液循环泵采用固定流量,其流量按照吸收塔达到60%~85%脱硫效率选型。一座吸收塔设置1~2台主浆液循环泵。其形成的主循环喷淋区下方相应设置1~2层气流均布构件。主浆液循环泵采用固定流量,可以降低整个系统的投资成本,提高设备运行可靠性,保障吸收塔脱硫性能的稳定性。
前述的双循环工艺脱硫结构中,所述的塔外浆池与吸收塔浆池的阵列式连通管道上均设置有自动调节型阀门,其阀门开度与塔外副浆液循环泵流量连锁。

1.一种节能型双循环脱硫系统,其特征在于:包括吸收塔(1)、吸收塔浆池(2)、塔外浆池(4),吸收塔浆池(2)和塔外浆池(4)之间采用阵列式多通道方式连接,所述吸收塔(1)塔顶部设有吸收塔喷淋层(11),吸收塔浆池(2)连接有多台吸收塔浆液循环泵(10);吸收塔浆液循环泵(9)与吸收塔浆池(2)通过管道连接,吸收塔浆液循环泵(9)的启停与入口阀门进行联锁;所述塔外浆池(4)与浆液循环泵A(5)和浆液循环泵B(6)连接;所述的塔外浆池喷淋层(8)与浆液循环泵A(5)和浆液循环泵B(6)连接对应;塔外浆池喷淋层(8)在吸收塔喷淋层(11)的上部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能型双循环脱硫系统,其特征在于:所述塔外浆池(4)与吸收塔浆池(2)通过吸收塔浆池与塔外浆池的连通管A(3)和吸收塔浆池与塔外浆池的连通管B(7)连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能型双循环脱硫系统,其特征在于:所述塔外浆池喷淋层(8)下部设置上层传质或气流均布构件(13)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能型双循环脱硫系统,其特征在于:所述吸收塔喷淋层(11)下部设置下层传质或气流均布构件(12)。
