Abstract

本发明公开一种PTFE发泡涂层整理剂及其涂层复合滤料的制备方法,该PTFE发泡涂层整理剂,由发泡剂、氧化锌、PTFE乳液和反应树脂组成;该制备方法包括:按涂层整理剂的配方依次将偶氮二甲酰胺、氧化锌、PTFE乳液、丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧树脂加入到烧杯中,搅拌均匀,将发泡涂层液置于140~180℃的烘箱中发泡,即制得发泡涂层整理剂。该发泡涂层整理剂能够制备涂覆PTFE复合滤料制备发泡涂层PTFE复合滤料。与现有技术相比,本发明具有:涂层整理剂制备方法简单,原料成本低,可均匀的涂覆在滤料表面,滤料同时具有PTFE纤维和PPS纤维的优点,具有耐氧化、耐高温、耐腐蚀的有益效果。

Description

PTFE发泡涂层整理剂及其涂层复合滤料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及表面处理剂,具体涉及PTFE发泡涂层整理剂及其涂层复合滤料的制备方法。
背景技术
高温烟气中常含有较多的氧气,PTFE复合滤料在高温氧气长时间的作用下易被氧化,导致大分子链断裂、纤维损坏。同时当烟气含湿量较高时,烟气中的氧化性气体易于水结合,在纤维表面凝结成酸露,使其中的PPS纤维被氧化腐蚀,从而导致滤袋破损、失效。另外,当烟气中含有烟雾、油滴时,其易与烟尘等物质粘结在滤料表面,造成清灰不便,影响过滤效率,缩短滤料的使用寿命。
目前常用的延长滤料使用寿命的方法是在滤料表面涂覆上涂层液,在滤料表面形成一层有机膜。发泡涂层就是在浓度较高的整理工作液中加入发泡剂(一般为表面活性剂)在利用发泡设备使其与空气混合,形成一定质量的泡沫,然后通过泡沫施加器把泡沫均匀施加到织物表面的一种加工工艺。目前常用的滤料涂层材料制备程序复杂,不能有效隔绝空气中的氧气、湿气等,从而无法延长滤料寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种PTFE发泡涂层整理剂及其涂层复合滤料的制备方法,能够均匀的涂覆在滤料表层,隔绝空气中氧气、湿气,延长滤料使用寿命。
本发明是通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题的:
一种PTFE发泡涂层整理剂,由发泡剂、氧化锌、PTFE乳液和反应树脂组成。
进一步,发泡剂、氧化锌、PTFE溶液和反应树脂所占的质量百分比为:
进一步,反应树脂由丙烯酸树脂和水性环氧树脂组成,其中:
(1)丙烯酸树脂 所占质量百分比为60%~80%;
(2)水性环氧树脂 所占质量百分比为20%~40%。
进一步,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
一种PTFE发泡涂层整理剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按涂层整理剂的配方依次将偶氮二甲酰胺、氧化锌、PTFE乳液、丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧树脂加入到烧杯中,搅拌均匀,将发泡涂层液置于140~180℃的烘箱中发泡,即制得发泡涂层整理剂。
进一步,为了发泡涂层整理剂更好的发挥功效,发泡按照1:(3~6)发泡。
一种发泡涂层PTFE复合滤料,包括上纤维层、中间PTFE基布层、下纤维层,上纤维层涂覆PTFE发泡涂层整理剂,上纤维层和下纤维层均为复合纤维层。
进一步,为了使滤料具有更好的综合性能,复合纤维层为由PPS纤维和PTFE纤维复合而成,其比例为PPS:PTFE=(2:1)~(2:3)。
进一步,为使复合滤料具有更好的过滤功能,复合纤维层为通过针刺制成的复合纤维层。
一种发泡涂层PTFE复合滤料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)滤料前处理:向烧杯中按比例200:(5~10):(1~3)依次加入蒸馏水、NaOH、渗透剂,充分搅拌,滤料试样置于上述混合溶液中,置于50~70℃的恒温水浴中搅拌2~4h;用去离子水将上述滤料洗净,置于100~120℃烘箱中干燥;
(2)将按照上述方法制备的PTFE发泡涂层整理剂,涂覆在上述滤料的上纤维层表面,即制成所述发泡涂层PTFE复合滤料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于,涂层整理剂制备方法简单,原料成本低,可均匀的涂覆在滤料表面,有效的使滤料表面隔绝空气中的氧气、湿气等,延长滤料使用寿命;滤料上、下纤维层由PTFE纤维和PPS纤维复合而成,能够同时利用上述两种纤维的优点,具有耐氧化、耐高温、耐折的优异性能。

具体实施例
以下结合图1和具体实施方式进一步描述本发明的具体技术方案,以便于本领域的技术人员进一步的理解本发明,而不构成对其权利的限制。
实施例1
向烧杯中依次加入800g蒸馏水、20g NaOH、4g渗透剂,充分搅拌后,将滤料试样放入混合溶液中,并置于55℃的恒温水浴锅中搅拌处理2h;之后用去离子水将滤料洗净至中性,并在100℃的烘箱中烘干;
向另外一个烧杯中按比例依次加入2g偶氮二甲酰胺、0.2g氧化锌、150gPTFE乳液、40g丙烯酸树脂、10g水性环氧树脂,搅拌均匀。将发泡涂层液置于160℃的烘箱中按1:4发泡比发泡,即制得发泡涂层整理剂;
将上述发泡涂层整理剂均匀涂覆于滤料上表面,即制得发泡涂层PTFE复合滤料;
该发泡涂层整理剂均匀地涂覆在滤料表面,在滤料表面形成一层均匀多孔的发泡层,改善了滤料的表面性能,减少氧化性物质对滤料的腐蚀,并提高了滤料的过滤性能。
上述滤料由从长到下依次为发泡涂层4,上纤维层2、中间PTFE基布层1、下纤维层3三层组成,其中上、下纤维层均为由PTFE纤维和PPS纤维以质量比为1:1复合通过针刺制成。
实施例2
向烧杯中依次加入800g蒸馏水、40g NaOH、12g渗透剂,充分搅拌后,将滤料试样放入混合溶液中,并置于50℃的恒温水浴锅中搅拌处理3h;之后用去离子水将滤料洗净至中性,并在110℃的烘箱中烘干;
向另外一个烧杯中按比例依次加入6g偶氮二甲酰胺、0.4g氧化锌、130gPTFE乳液、36g丙烯酸树脂、24g水性环氧树脂,搅拌均匀。将发泡涂层液置于140℃的烘箱中按1:3发泡比发泡,即制得发泡涂层整理剂;
将上述发泡涂层整理剂均匀涂覆于滤料上表面,即制得发泡涂层PTFE复合滤料;
该发泡涂层整理剂均匀地涂覆在滤料表面,在滤料表面形成一层均匀多孔的发泡层,改善了滤料的表面性能,减少氧化性物质对滤料的腐蚀,并提高了滤料的过滤性能。
上述滤料由从长到下依次为发泡涂层4,上纤维层2、中间PTFE基布层1、下纤维层3三层组成,其中上、下纤维层均为由PTFE纤维和PPS纤维以质量比为3:2复合通过针刺制成。
实施例3
向烧杯中依次加入800g蒸馏水、30g NaOH、6g渗透剂,充分搅拌后,将滤料试样放入混合溶液中,并置于70℃的恒温水浴锅中搅拌处理4h;之后用去离子水将滤料洗净至中性,并在120℃的烘箱中烘干;
向另外一个烧杯中按比例依次加入4g偶氮二甲酰胺、0.2g氧化锌、140gPTFE乳液、35g丙烯酸树脂、15g水性环氧树脂,搅拌均匀。将发泡涂层液置于180℃的烘箱中按1:6发泡比发泡,即制得发泡涂层整理剂;
将上述发泡涂层整理剂均匀涂覆于滤料上表面,即制得发泡涂层PTFE复合滤料;
该发泡涂层整理剂均匀地涂覆在滤料表面,在滤料表面形成一层均匀多孔的发泡层,改善了滤料的表面性能,减少氧化性物质对滤料的腐蚀,并提高了滤料的过滤性能。
上述滤料由从长到下依次为发泡涂层4,上纤维层2、中间PTFE基布层1、下纤维层3三层组成,其中上、下纤维层均为由PTFE纤维和PPS纤维以质量比为1:2复合通过针刺制成。

Claims (10)

1.一种PTFE发泡涂层整理剂,其特征在于,由发泡剂、氧化锌、PTFE乳液和反应树脂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTFE发泡涂层整理剂,其特征在于,所述发泡剂、氧化锌、PTFE溶液和反应树脂所占的质量百分比为:
(1)PTFE乳液所占质量百分比为65%~75%;
(2)反应树脂所占质量百分比为20%~30%;
(3)发泡剂所占质量百分比为1%~3%;
(4)氧化锌所占质量百分比为0.05%~0.2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTFE发泡涂层整理剂,其特征在于,所述反应树脂由丙烯酸树脂和水性环氧树脂组成,其中:
(1)丙烯酸树脂所占质量百分比为60%~80%;
(2)水性环氧树脂所占质量百分比为20%~40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTFE发泡涂层整理剂,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
5.一种PTFE发泡涂层整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按涂层整理剂的配方依次将偶氮二甲酰胺、氧化锌、PTFE乳液、丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧树脂加入到烧杯中,搅拌均匀,将发泡涂层液置于140~180℃的烘箱中发泡,即制得发泡涂层整理剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种PTFE发泡涂层整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述发泡比按照1:(3~6)发泡。
7.一种发泡涂层PTFE复合滤料,包括上纤维层、中间PTFE基布层、下纤维层,其特征在于,上纤维层涂覆PTFE发泡涂层整理剂,上纤维层和下纤维层均为复合纤维层。
8.根据权利要求7所述一种发泡涂层PTFE复合滤料,其特征在于,所述复合纤维层为由PPS纤维和PTFE纤维复合而成,其比例为PPS:PTFE=(2:1)~(2:3)。PTFE:PPS=(1:2)~(3:2)。
9.根据权利要求7所述一种发泡涂层PTFE复合滤料,其特征在于,所述复合纤维层为通过针刺制成的复合纤维层。
10.一种发泡涂层PTFE复合滤料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)滤料前处理:向烧杯中按比例200:(5~10):(1~3)依次加入蒸馏水、NaOH、渗透剂,充分搅拌,滤料试样置于上述混合溶液中,置于50~70℃的恒温水浴中搅拌2~4h;用去离子水将上述滤料洗净,置于100~120℃烘箱中干燥;
(2)将按照权利要求5所述的方法制备PTFE发泡涂层整理剂,涂覆在上述滤料的上纤维层表面,即制成所述发泡涂层PTFE复合滤料。
