技术领域
本发明涉及滤纸技术领域,具体涉及一种热固性空气滤纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
空气滤纸作为空气过滤器滤芯的关键组成部分,其性能决定了空气过滤器的使用效果。随着医药、医疗卫生、电子等行业对厂房洁净度的要求越来越高,对空气过滤器提出了更高的要求。
然而现有的空气滤纸由于采用普通木浆纤维,制成的空气滤纸普遍存在着紧度高、过滤效率低、容灰量低、寿命短等缺点,而且其过滤效率一般都低于90%,且纸制的空气滤纸还普遍存在着固化性差、耐水性不够,当空气湿度改变时,纸张容易产生变形,进而影响过滤的效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种耐湿度高、固化性好、寿命长、过滤效果好的热固性空气滤纸,本发明还提供了该空气滤纸的制备方法和应用。
为实现发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种热固性空气滤纸,包括原纸和对原纸进行浸渍的浸渍剂,所述的原纸,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:
石膏纤维是硫酸钙的纤维状单晶体,具有高强度,高模量、高介电强度、耐磨耗、耐高温,耐腐蚀、红外线反射性良好、易于表面处理、与高分子聚合物的亲和力强等诸多优良的理化性能。
作为优选,所述的竹纤维为纳米竹纤维,纤维粒径为80~100nm。
作为优选,所述的玻璃纤维为纳米玻璃纤维,纤维粒径控制在100nm以下;玻璃纤维,因经不起打浆,玻璃纤维之间又缺乏粘结和,抄成的纸页很脆弱,但是如果把玻璃丝直径控制在100纳米以下,那么就可以解决玻璃丝的伸缩小、柔软性差而造成的成纸难的现象,有利于纤维的互相交织成形。
作为优选,所述的纤维状粘结剂为包括水溶性PVA纤维、维荣纤维、低熔点聚酯中的一种或两种以上混合物。
作为优选,所述的分散剂包括阴离子聚丙烯酰胺或聚氧乙烯。
作为优选,所述的原纸中的防水剂选自三聚氰胺类树脂、防水浆或脲醛树脂的一种或多种。

所述的浸渍剂,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:
所述的聚乙二醇改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂是将聚乙二醇和适量水,升温搅拌,加少量乙酸,pH值控制在4.5~6.0之间,缓慢加入部分三聚氰胺,温度保持在95℃以内,反应1.0—1.5h。降低温度,加入剩余三聚氰胺,加甲醛,用NaOH调节pH值为8.0~8.5,并用三乙醇胺保持稳定的pH值环境,温度控制在75—80℃,反应60~75min,检验反应液水容忍度,若达到要求,得到透明无沉淀树脂液。

一种热固性空气滤纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a将配方量的麻纤维、竹纤维和纤维状粘结剂用打浆机打浆,再经过双盘磨浆机在线打磨得到浆料,打浆浓度为1.98~2.67%,打浆至15~18°SR;
b将配方量的玻璃纤维、石膏纤维、纳米微晶纤维素和水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维加入到步骤a)所得的浆料中形成纸浆浆料;
c将配方量的消泡剂,分散剂,防水剂加入到步骤b的纸浆浆料中,搅拌均匀,得到成浆,浆料浓度为1.58~1.98%;
d将步骤c得到的成浆按常规条件上网抄造及压榨得到原纸;
e配置浸渍剂,将配方量的聚乙二醇改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、聚乙二醇改性酚醛树脂、碳酸锆铵溶液和润湿剂放入反应釜中于70~90℃的温度下进行充分的搅拌,搅拌时间为2~6hr,然后冷却至室温,用50~100目纱布过滤得到浸渍剂;
f将步骤d得到原纸浸渍在步骤e中的浸渍剂中,采用凹版网纹面的辊式涂布方式进行浸渍,控制上胶量为20%±0.5%;
g浸渍后纸样在150℃~160℃循环热风中固化。

实施例1
一种热固性空气滤纸,包括原纸和对原纸进行浸渍的浸渍剂,所述的原纸,包括麻纤维,竹纤维,石膏纤维,水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维,玻璃纤维,纤维状粘结剂,分散剂,纳米微晶纤维素,消泡剂,防水剂;所述的竹纤维为纳米竹纤维,纤维粒径为80~100nm;所述的玻璃纤维为纳米玻璃纤维,纤维粒径控制在100nm以下;所述的纤维状粘结剂为水溶性PVA纤维;所述的分散剂包括阴离子聚丙烯酰胺;所述的原纸中的防水剂为三聚氰胺类树脂。
所述的浸渍剂,包括聚乙二醇改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,聚乙二醇改性酚醛树脂,碳酸锆铵溶液和润湿剂;所述的浸渍剂中的润湿剂为烷基硫酸盐。
如上所述的热固性空气滤纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

e配置浸渍剂,将30kg聚乙二醇改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、15kg聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、40kg聚乙二醇改性酚醛树脂、8kg碳酸锆铵溶液和5kg润湿剂放入反应釜中于70~90℃的温度下进行充分的搅拌,搅拌时间为6hr,然后冷却至室温,用50~100目纱布过滤得到浸渍剂;

如上所述的热固性空气滤纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a将50kg麻纤维、60kg竹纤维和15kg纤维状粘结剂用打浆机打浆,再经过双盘磨浆机在线打磨得到浆料,打浆浓度为2.67%,打浆至18°SR;
b将40kg玻璃纤维、30kg石膏纤维、20kg纳米微晶纤维素和15kg水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维加入到步骤a)所得的浆料中形成纸浆浆料;
c将2kg消泡剂,分4kg散剂,1.5kg防水剂加入到步骤b的纸浆浆料中,搅拌均匀,得到成浆,浆料浓度为1.98%;
d将步骤c得到的成浆按常规条件上网抄造及压榨得到原纸;
e配置浸渍剂,将50kg聚乙二醇改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、18kg聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、30kg聚乙二醇改性酚醛树脂、10kg碳酸锆铵溶液和10kg润湿剂放入反应釜中于70~90℃的温度下进行充分的搅拌,搅拌时间为6hr,然后冷却至室温,用50~100目纱布过滤得到浸渍剂;
f将步骤d得到原纸浸渍在步骤e中的浸渍剂中,采用凹版网纹面的辊式涂布方式进行浸渍,控制上胶量为20%±0.5%;
g浸渍后纸样在150℃~160℃循环热风中固化。
实施例3
一种热固性空气滤纸,包括原纸和对原纸进行浸渍的浸渍剂,所述的原纸,包括麻纤维,竹纤维,石膏纤维,水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维,玻璃纤维,纤维状粘结剂,分散剂,纳米微晶纤维素,消泡剂,防水剂;所述的竹纤维为纳米竹纤维,纤维粒径为80~100nm;所述的玻璃纤维为纳米玻璃纤维,纤维粒径控制在100nm以下;所述的纤维状粘结剂为低熔点聚酯;所述的分散剂包括阴离子聚氧乙烯;所述的原纸中的防水剂为脲醛树脂。
所述的浸渍剂,包括聚乙二醇改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,聚乙二醇改性酚醛树脂,碳酸锆铵溶液和润湿剂;所述的浸渍剂中的润湿剂为羧酸皂类或磷酸酯。
如上所述的热固性空气滤纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a将80kg麻纤维、50kg竹纤维和1kg纤维状粘结剂用打浆机打浆,再经过双盘磨浆机在线打磨得到浆料,打浆浓度为2.17%,打浆至16°SR;
b将10kg玻璃纤维、40kg石膏纤维、5kg纳米微晶纤维素和20kg水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维加入到步骤a)所得的浆料中形成纸浆浆料;
c将3kg消泡剂,分5kg散剂,2kg防水剂加入到步骤b的纸浆浆料中,搅拌均匀,得到成浆,浆料浓度为1.98%;
d将步骤c得到的成浆按常规条件上网抄造及压榨得到原纸;
e配置浸渍剂,将30kg聚乙二醇改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、10kg聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、50kg聚乙二醇改性酚醛树脂、8kg碳酸锆铵溶液和5kg润湿剂放入反应釜中于70~90℃的温度下进行充分的搅拌,搅拌时间为6hr,然后冷却至室温,用50~100目纱布过滤得到浸渍剂;
f将步骤d得到原纸浸渍在步骤e中的浸渍剂中,采用凹版网纹面的辊式涂布方式进行浸渍,控制上胶量为20%±0.5%;
g浸渍后纸样在150℃~160℃循环热风中固化。

Claims (10)

1.一种热固性空气滤纸,包括原纸和对原纸进行浸渍的浸渍剂,其特征在于所述的原纸,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性空气滤纸,其特征在于所述的竹纤维为纳米竹纤维,纤维粒径为80~100nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性空气滤纸,其特征在于所述的玻璃纤维为纳米玻璃纤维,纤维粒径控制在100nm以下。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性空气滤纸,其特征在于所述的纤维状粘结剂为包括水溶性PVA纤维、维荣纤维、低熔点聚酯中的一种或两种以上混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性空气滤纸,其特征在于所述的分散剂包括阴离子聚丙烯酰胺或聚氧乙烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性空气滤纸,其特征在于所述的原纸中的防水剂选自三聚氰胺类树脂、防水浆或脲醛树脂的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性空气滤纸,其特征在于所述的原纸的定量为160±5g/㎡,厚度为0.50±0.05mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种热固性空气滤纸,其特征在于所述的浸渍剂,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种热固性空气滤纸,其特征在于所述的浸渍剂中的润湿剂选自烷基硫酸盐、磺酸盐、脂肪酸或脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、羧酸皂类、磷酸酯的一种或多种。
10.如权利要求1至9任一所述的一种热固性空气滤纸的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
a将配方量的麻纤维、竹纤维和纤维状粘结剂用打浆机打浆,再经过双盘磨浆机在线打磨得到浆料,打浆浓度为1.98~2.67%,打浆至15~18°SR;
b将配方量的玻璃纤维、石膏纤维、纳米微晶纤维素和水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维加入到步骤a)所得的浆料中形成纸浆浆料;
c将配方量的消泡剂,分散剂,防水剂加入到步骤b的纸浆浆料中,搅拌均匀,得到成浆,浆料浓度为1.58~1.98%;
d将步骤c得到的成浆按常规条件上网抄造及压榨得到原纸;
e配置浸渍剂,将配方量的聚乙二醇改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、聚乙二醇改性酚醛树脂、碳酸锆铵溶液和润湿剂放入反应釜中于70~90℃的温度下进行充分的搅拌,搅拌时间为2~6hr,然后冷却至室温,用50~100目纱布过滤得到浸渍剂;
f将步骤d得到原纸浸渍在步骤e中的浸渍剂中,采用凹版网纹面的辊式涂布方式进行浸渍,控制上胶量为20%±0.5%;
g浸渍后纸样在150℃~160℃循环热风中固化。
