实施例5
一种治疗伤寒的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：白芍15g、丹参25g、佛手12g、鸡屎藤20g、焦神曲5g、番泻叶15g、黄精10g、水红花子20g、黄芩5g、使君子25g、石斛10g、草豆蔻20g、肉苁蓉5g、大黄15g、无花果10g、蜣螂20g、玄参5g、新塔花15g、鸭跖草10g、哉果20g、生地黄5g、芡实25g、五倍子5g、棕榈炭20g、甘草12g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗伤寒的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例60例，男34例，女26例，年龄10～40岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、初起身热不扬，继则发热呈梯形上升，高热持续，汗出不解。伴有面色晦垢，表情淡漠，纳呆，脘痞腹胀，便溏或秘、舌苔白腻，脉缓；
2、病程中可见胸腹部红疹、白陪。或皮肤、巩膜发黄，或心悸自汗，胸闷气短。后期可出现腹痛急剧，大便出血，甚则汗出肢冷、昏厥等危象；
3、多见于夏秋季节，起病较缓，病程较长；
4、血白细胞总数减少，嗜酸性细胞减少或消失；
5、血清肥达氏反应“O”凝集素大于1：80、“H”凝集素大于1：160以上，随病程而递增；
6、血、骨髓、大便或肛拭培养，可有伤寒或副伤寒杆菌生长。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：体温正常，症状消失，实验室指标恢复正常，且无复发；
2、有效：体温下降，症状好转，实验室指标改善；
3、无效：症状及实验室指标无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈45例，随访未见复发；有效11例，无效4例。治疗期间对中药品临床引起各类型的过敏反应、疑为药物引起人体各系统、器官、组织的功能和形态方面的异常、疑为药物引起癌症等致突变反应、药物的依赖性以及认为重要或有价值的其他不良反应进行了评价，即中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
胡某，男，19岁。持续高热和腹泻5天，大便每天5-6次，偶尔有粘液，右下腹隐痛，伴食欲差、恶心、呕吐。诊断为：伤寒。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，体温下降，症状好转；继续服用2个疗程，痊愈。
病例2：
崔某，女，23岁。1周前出现：全身不适、乏力、食欲不振、腹部不适、持续高热。诊见：胸腹部有红疹，表情淡漠，纳呆，脘痞腹胀，便溏、舌苔白腻，脉缓。诊断为：伤寒。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，体温下降，胸腹部红疹及腹部不适消失；继续服用2个疗程，所有症状完全消失，痊愈。

1.一种治疗伤寒的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白芍10-30份、丹参5-25份、佛手5-20份、鸡屎藤5-25份、焦神曲5-25份、番泻叶5-20份、黄精5-25份、水红花5-25份、黄芩5-20份、使君子5-25份、石斛5-25份、草豆蔻5-20份、肉苁蓉5-25份、大黄5-20份、无花果5-25份、蜣螂5-20份、玄参5-25份、新塔花5-20份、鸭跖草5-25份、哉果5-20份、生地黄5-25份、芡实5-25份、五倍子5-20份、棕榈炭5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗伤寒的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白芍20份、丹参15份、佛手10份、鸡屎藤15份、焦神曲15份、番泻叶10份、黄精15份、水红花子15份、黄芩10份、使君子15份、石斛15份、草豆蔻10份、肉苁蓉15份、大黄10份、无花果15份、蜣螂10份、玄参15份、新塔花10份、鸭跖草15份、哉果10份、生地黄15份、芡实15份、五倍子10份、棕榈炭15份、甘草10份。
