[0038] 怀牛膝:味甘、微苦,性平。归肝、肾经。功能逐瘀通经,通利关节,利尿通淋。用 于经闭症瘕,胞衣不下,关节痹痛,足痿筋挛,尿血血淋,跌扑损伤。怀牛膝药效高,李时珍说 它:'滋补之功,如牛之力。'牛膝气味苦酸平,主治寒湿痿痹、四肢拘挛,膝痛不可屈伸,逐 血气,伤热火烂,久服轻身耐老。怀牛膝,长于补益肝肾,强腰膝以及活血、引血下行的作用。
[0039] 相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:本发明是多年临床经验的总结,方剂所用 药物经中药配伍研究分析,符合类风湿性关节炎的中西医病因病机,临床疗效显著。本发明 药物功效祛风除湿止痉、通阳散寒、散瘀消肿、燥湿化痰、温肾健脾,主治各种类型的类风湿 性关节炎,尤其是临床上难以治愈的进行性进展的类风湿性关节炎。本发明服用10-30天 即可见效,2-4个月可痊愈,疗效稳定可靠,复发率低,经临床近千例病例的用药研究,对类 风湿性关节炎引起的疼痛、季节性加重症、关节变形等治愈率90%以上,经临床对比试验总 有效率97%以上,疗效明显优于对照组。

[0057] 检查血常规、血沉、ASO、RF、C_反应蛋白(0^)、4隱(抗核抗体)、见^-827(人类 组织相容性抗原)。
[0058] 在检查以上七项指标后,根据如下标准来诊断:

[0060] (2) 3个或3个以上关节肿胀(持续6周以上)

[0080] 病例2 :李某,男,48岁,症状:患类风湿关节炎十多年,双腿关节在阴雨天或冬季 时冷痛加剧,两臂肘关节肿胀,曾到北京、济南等各大医院诊治,并住院治疗一个月,症状虽 减轻,但疗效不明显,停药后疼痛和肿胀加重,经服用本发明药物(按照实施例1方法制 备)10天后,疼痛和肿胀明显减轻,经服药治疗2个月,关节全部复原,停药半年后慢性腹泻 和风湿性心脏病不治而愈,随访半年未复发。
