背景技术
近年来,随着水产养殖集约化程度的不断提高,养殖密度日益增加,鱼虾蟹类的疾病发生也日益严重,其中青虾白斑病和河蟹抖抖病是较为常发的疾病,一旦这些疾病病发生,即会给养殖户带来严重损失,因此研发一种可防治此类疾病的中药制剂具有实际经济意义,另外随着社会对食品安全的重视,符合绿色食品潮流的纯中药水产药品是水产养殖药品开发的方向。传统的中药散剂仅通过普通的粉碎后混合制备,使得中药材的药效无法被完全吸收,从而降低了药物的治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是针对以上问题,提供一种水产用清热解毒的中草药,它对青虾的白斑病、红体河蟹的抖抖病、鳝鱼的烂嘴、出血病有非常好的疗效,提高鱼类的免疫力,促进鱼类的生长。
为实现该目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种水产用清热解毒的中草药,它由按如下质量份数配比的原料组成:板蓝根100-320份、金银花100-200份、茅根60-180份、连翘60-180份、黄柏50-70份、甘草40-120份、黄芩30-90份、茵陈30-90份、当归20-40份、地龙10-30份、虻虫10-25份、青蒿5-10份、皂荚5-10份、木炭4-8份。
优选的,它由按如下质量份数配比的原料组成:板蓝根260份、金银花160份、茅根120份、连翘120份、黄柏60份、甘草80份、黄芩60份、茵陈60份、当归30份、地龙20份、虻虫15份、青蒿7份、皂荚7份、木炭6份。

为实现该目的,一种水产用清热解毒的中草药的制备方法包括如下制备步骤:
(1)主药制取:按配比选取新鲜干燥的板蓝根、金银花、茅根、连翘、黄柏、甘草、黄芩、当归,放入粉碎机中粉碎后制得主药粉末;
(2)副药制取:按配比选取新鲜干燥的茵陈、青蒿、皂荚放入温度为80-90℃热水中烫煮2-5分钟后取出,放入托盘中摊开,置于光照加热设备下加热,并在托盘上表面蒙上透明薄膜,维持光照温度为50-60℃,持续1-2小时候后,去掉透明薄膜,然后通过粉碎机粉碎后,制得副药粉末;
(3)辅药制取:按配比选取新鲜干燥的地龙、虻虫放入粉碎机中粉碎后,将粉碎后的粉末放入托盘中摊开,置于紫外线杀菌灯下照射30-60分钟后,形成辅药粉末;
(4)软料制取:按配比将主药粉末、副药粉末、辅药粉末、木炭放入容器中混合均匀并加入浓度为5-6%的酒精,调整物料湿度为20-30%,形成软料;
(5)造粒与干燥:将软料投入造粒机中进行造粒,形成湿粒;将所述湿粒置于40-45℃光照干燥箱中干燥,形成干燥颗粒。

本发明的有益效果:
板蓝根具有清热,解毒,凉血,利咽的功效,归肝、胃经;金银花性寒味甘,具有清热解毒、凉血化淤之功效,主治外感风热、瘟病初起。
茅根,味甘苦,性寒,无毒,具有凉血止血,清热解毒;主治:用于吐血,尿血,热淋,水肿,黄疸,小便不利,热病烦渴,胃热呕哕,咳嗽。
连翘,味苦,微寒;归肺、心、胆经;连翘有广谱抗菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、贺氏痢疾杆菌有很强的抑制作用,对其他致病菌、流感病毒、真菌都有一定抑制作用;有抗炎作用。
黄柏具有清热、燥湿,泻火,解毒的功效。
甘草性平,味甘,归十二经;有解毒、祛痰、止痛、解痉以至抗癌等药理作用;在中医上,甘草补脾益气,止咳润肺,缓急解毒,调和百药。
黄芩,味苦、寒,归肺、胆、脾、大肠、小肠经,有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血的功效。
茵陈,苦、辛、微寒。,归脾、胃、肝、胆经,有利胆、保肝和清热的作用。
当归,味甘而重,故专能补血,其气轻而辛,故又能行血,补中有动,行中有补,为血中之要药,其主要功效为补血、活血。
地龙,性寒味咸;功能:清热、平肝、止喘、通络。主治高热狂燥,惊风抽搐,风热头痛,目赤、半身不遂等。
虻虫,味苦咸,微毒,逐瘀,破积,通经。治症瘕,积聚,少腹蓄血,血滞经闭,扑损瘀血。
青蒿,苦,辛,寒。归肝、胆经、三焦、肾经,具有抗菌,抗疟、提高免疫力,抗寄生虫,解热等作用。
皂荚,苦,辛,寒。归肝、胆经、三焦、肾经,具有清热消肿止痛的作用。
木炭,具有清肠胃,解毒,除疮作用。
将板蓝根、金银花、茅根、连翘、黄柏、甘草、黄芩、茵陈、当归、地龙、虻虫、青蒿、皂荚、木炭,合理的混合在一起后,经过本发明的制备方法制取能使得青蒿、皂荚、虻虫中的毒性被去除掉,同时促进中草药的药效,具有较好的清热解毒、促进愈合,提高免疫力的功效,可治疗包括青虾白斑病、河蟹抖抖病、鳝鱼烂嘴等在内的多种水产类疾病。

实施例一:
一种水产用清热解毒的中草药,它由按如下质量份数配比的原料组成:板蓝根100份、金银花100份、茅根60份、连翘60份、黄柏50份、甘草40份、黄芩30份、茵陈30份、当归20份、地龙10份、虻虫10份、青蒿5份、皂荚5份、木炭4份。
实施例二:
一种水产用清热解毒的中草药,它由按如下质量份数配比的原料组成:板蓝根320份、金银花200份、茅根180份、连翘180份、黄柏70份、甘草120份、黄芩90份、茵陈90份、当归40份、地龙30份、虻虫25份、青蒿10份、皂荚10份、木炭8份。
实施例三:
优选的,它由按如下质量份数配比的原料组成:板蓝根260份、金银花160份、茅根120份、连翘120份、黄柏60份、甘草80份、黄芩60份、茵陈60份、当归30份、地龙20份、虻虫15份、青蒿7份、皂荚7份、木炭6份。
一种水产用清热解毒的中草药的制备方法包括如下制备步骤:
(1)主药制取:按配比选取新鲜干燥的板蓝根、金银花、茅根、连翘、黄柏、甘草、黄芩、当归,放入粉碎机中粉碎后制得主药粉末;
(2)副药制取:按配比选取新鲜干燥的茵陈、青蒿、皂荚放入温度为80-90℃热水中烫煮2-5分钟后取出,放入托盘中摊开,置于光照加热设备下加热,并在托盘上表面蒙上透明薄膜,维持光照温度为50-60℃,持续1-2小时候后,去掉透明薄膜,然后通过粉碎机粉碎后,制得副药粉末;
(3)辅药制取:按配比选取新鲜干燥的地龙、虻虫放入粉碎机中粉碎后,将粉碎后的粉末放入托盘中摊开,置于紫外线杀菌灯下照射30-60分钟后,形成辅药粉末;
(4)软料制取:按配比将主药粉末、副药粉末、辅药粉末、木炭放入容器中混合均匀并加入浓度为5-6%的酒精,调整物料湿度为20-30%,形成软料;
(5)造粒与干燥:将软料投入造粒机中进行造粒,形成湿粒;将所述湿粒置于40-45℃光照干燥箱中干燥,形成干燥颗粒。
优选的,所述步骤(1)主药制取中,所述主药粉末粒径为60-70μm。
优选的,所述步骤(2)副药制取中,按配比选取新鲜干燥的茵陈、青蒿、皂荚放入温度为80-90℃热水中烫煮2-5分钟后取出,放入托盘中摊开,置于光照加热设备下加热,并在托盘上表面蒙上透明薄膜,维持光照温度为50-60℃,持续1-2小时候后,去掉透明薄膜,继续光照加热30-60分钟后收取,然后通过粉碎机粉碎后,制得副药粉末。
优选的,所述步骤(3)辅药制取中,按配比选取新鲜干燥的地龙、虻虫放入粉碎机中粉碎后,将粉碎后的粉末放入托盘中摊开,置于紫外线杀菌灯下照射30-60分钟后,再放入浓度为50-60%的酒精中浸泡24-48小时后,蒸干形成辅药粉末。
优选的,所述步骤(4)软料制取中,按配比将主药粉末、副药粉末、辅药粉末、木炭放入容器中混合均匀并加入浓度为5-6%的酒精,调整物料湿度为20-30%,维持存储温度为30-38℃,密封存储24-48小时后形成软料。
优选的,所述步骤(5)造粒与干燥中,所述干燥颗粒中水分降为3%~5%。
制备方法中,步骤(2)中,茵陈、青蒿、皂荚放入温度为80-90℃热水中烫煮2-5分钟后取出,放入托盘中摊开,置于光照加热设备下加热,并在托盘上表面蒙上透明薄膜,维持光照温度为50-60℃,持续1-2小时候后,去掉透明薄膜,继续光照加热30-60分钟可以有效的去除掉茵陈、青蒿、皂荚中的毒性,然后再通过甘草、木炭、以及酒精的调和后能进一步去除掉其中的毒性。
步骤(3)辅药制取中,按配比选取新鲜干燥的地龙、虻虫放入粉碎机中粉碎后,将粉碎后的粉末放入托盘中摊开,置于紫外线杀菌灯下照射30-60分钟后,再放入浓度为50-60%的酒精中浸泡24-48小时可以有效的去除掉地龙、虻虫中的毒性,将毒性转换为蛋白质既能提高药效又能促进水产生物的生长。
本产品具体使用时,拌饵投喂,每1KG体重,对鱼类,青虾、河蟹,0.16-0.24g,连用4-8日即可。
利用本产品在静止水域对水产类动物治疗实验对比数据:
通过多次实验使用后发现本产品在对于青虾白斑病、河蟹抖抖病、鳝鱼烂嘴等在内的多种水产类动物的疾病确实有较好的疗效。

Claims (7)
1.一种水产用清热解毒的中草药,其特征在于,它由按如下质量份数配比的原料制成:板蓝根100-320份、金银花100-200份、茅根60-180份、连翘60-180份、黄柏50-70份、甘草40-120份、黄芩30-90份、茵陈30-90份、当归20-40份、地龙10-30份、虻虫10-25份、青蒿5-10份、皂荚5-10份、木炭4-8份;
所述的一种水产用清热解毒的中草药的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
(1)主药制取:按配比选取新鲜干燥的板蓝根、金银花、茅根、连翘、黄柏、甘草、黄芩、当归,放入粉碎机中粉碎后制得主药粉末;
(2)副药制取:按配比选取新鲜干燥的茵陈、青蒿、皂荚放入温度为80-90℃热水中烫煮2-5分钟后取出,放入托盘中摊开,置于光照加热设备下加热,并在托盘上表面蒙上透明薄膜,维持光照温度为50-60℃,持续1-2小时后,去掉透明薄膜,然后通过粉碎机粉碎后,制得副药粉末;
(3)辅药制取:按配比选取新鲜干燥的地龙、虻虫放入粉碎机中粉碎后,将粉碎后的粉末放入托盘中摊开,置于紫外线杀菌灯下照射30-60分钟后,形成辅药粉末;
(4)软料制取:按配比将主药粉末、副药粉末、辅药粉末、木炭放入容器中混合均匀并加入浓度为5-6%的酒精,调整物料湿度为20-30%,形成软料;
(5)造粒与干燥:将软料投入造粒机中进行造粒,形成湿粒;将所述湿粒置于40-45℃光照干燥箱中干燥,形成干燥颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水产用清热解毒的中草药,其特征在于,它由按如下质量份数配比的原料制成:板蓝根260份、金银花160份、茅根120份、连翘120份、黄柏60份、甘草80份、黄芩60份、茵陈60份、当归30份、地龙20份、虻虫15份、青蒿7份、皂荚7份、木炭6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水产用清热解毒的中草药的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)主药制取中,所述主药粉末粒径为60-70μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水产用清热解毒的中草药的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)副药制取中,按配比选取新鲜干燥的茵陈、青蒿、皂荚放入温度为80-90℃热水中烫煮2-5分钟后取出,放入托盘中摊开,置于光照加热设备下加热,并在托盘上表面蒙上透明薄膜,维持光照温度为50-60℃,持续1-2小时后,去掉透明薄膜,继续光照加热30-60分钟后收取,然后通过粉碎机粉碎后,制得副药粉末。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水产用清热解毒的中草药的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)辅药制取中,按配比选取新鲜干燥的地龙、虻虫放入粉碎机中粉碎后,将粉碎后的粉末放入托盘中摊开,置于紫外线杀菌灯下照射30-60分钟后,再放入浓度为50-60%的酒精中浸泡24-48小时后,蒸干形成辅药粉末。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水产用清热解毒的中草药的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)软料制取中,按配比将主药粉末、副药粉末、辅药粉末、木炭放入容器中混合均匀并加入浓度为5-6%的酒精,调整物料湿度为20-30%,维持存储温度为30-38℃,密封存储24-48小时后形成软料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水产用清热解毒的中草药的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)造粒与干燥中,所述干燥颗粒中水分降为3%~5%。
