Abstract
本发明提供一种高效防病的养猪方法,分别针对二个月龄内且体重为30kg以内的猪和二个月龄以上且体重为40kg以上的猪,用不同重量的具有抗病的猪饲料在猪舍内进行喂养,且三次/天,直至饲喂出栏;每次喂食具有抗病的猪饲料时将猪关在猪舍内,喂食后便将猪放养至猪舍外的小山坡上觅食;具有抗病的猪饲料由散剂猪饲料、猪诱食剂、基础食材按照一定的重量份比制成。本发明的养猪方法具有简单方便、经济实用、风险小、效益高、猪疾病少的优点,且经过该方法养出来的猪,猪肉无药物残留、质量高、味道好,可以实现消费者与养猪业主的共赢。

【技术领域】
本发明属于畜禽养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种高效防病的养猪方法。
【背景技术】
猪肉是人们日常生活中最常用的肉类,其内含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物及磷、钙、铁等金属元素,具有强身健体的功效,随着现今社会对猪肉的需求量不断增大,猪肉的质量也成了消费者关注的焦点。而现在多采用饲料养猪,但是利用饲料养出的猪肉质量较差,口感不好,随着人们日常生活水平提高,饲料养出的猪已经不能满足消费者的需求;更严重的是,目前报道出了很多瘦肉精猪肉、病猪死猪猪肉、带有寄生虫的猪肉、猪肉内化学药物,如激素、抗生素残留过多等问题猪肉在市场上流通,这严重威胁到了消费者的健康,使消费者对猪肉质量忧心忡忡,不敢食用,影响了养猪业的发展。从养猪业主方面来看,养猪的风险越来越大,饲料,养殖设施,人工成本的投入越来越高,导致养猪效益下滑,而大规模疫病的爆发更是有可能导致养猪业主血本无归。
因此,我们需要从饲料和喂养方式上着手,找到一种既经济实用又可以养出质量高、绿色安全的猪的养猪方法,可以同时满足养猪业主和猪肉消费者的要求,实现共赢。
【发明内容】
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种高效防病的养猪方法。该养猪方法不仅经济实用,而且养出来的猪猪肉质量很高无药残,是真正的绿色安全食品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高效防病的养猪方法,对于二个月龄内,且体重为30kg以内的猪,使用具有抗病的猪饲料在猪舍内进行喂养,按照每只1-2kg喂食具有抗病的猪饲料,且三次/天;对于二个月龄以上,且体重为40kg以上的猪,使用具有抗病的猪饲料在猪舍进行喂养直至出栏,按照每只3-4kg喂食具有抗病的猪饲料,且三次/天;每次喂食具有抗病的猪饲料时将猪关在猪舍内,喂食后便将猪放养至猪舍外的小山坡上觅食;
所述具有抗病的猪饲料由重量份为散剂猪饲料15-20份、猪诱食剂5-10份和基础食材50-60份组成;
所述散剂猪饲料是由重量份为990-1010份的全价料和5-10份的中草药饲料添加剂制成的散剂;
所述中草药饲料添加剂由重量份为板蓝根8-15份、黄芩8-15份、黄柏8-15份、大青叶7-15份、鱼腥草5-10份、大黄5-10份、柴胡5-10份、白背藤3-8份、穿心莲3-8份、野菊花2-8份和地丁草1-5份组成。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述猪诱食剂由重量份为丁香5-8份、桂皮7-9份和茯苓5-7份,先后经过洗净、烘干、粉碎成粉末、过80目筛和混匀造粒制成。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述基础食材由重量份为10-15份的玉米粉碎颗粒和18-22份的生红薯片分别煮熟后混合均匀制成。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述中草药饲料添加剂由重量份为板蓝根12份、黄芩11份、黄柏10份、大青叶10份、鱼腥草8份、大黄7份、柴胡9份、白背藤5份、穿心莲6份、野菊花7份和地丁草3份组成。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述散剂猪饲料由以下步骤制成:
(1)将中草药组分鱼腥草、大黄、白背藤、黄芩、黄柏、柴胡、板蓝根、大青叶、地丁草、穿心莲和野菊花分别净选并干燥,待用;
(2)按重量份称量干燥后的各中草药组分,然后将称量好的各中草药组分分别使用中药粉碎机单独粉碎,再分别过筛50目后,一起放入混合机中搅拌混合至均匀,得到预混料粗粉;
(3)将(2)中的预混料粗粉经过低温超微粉碎过筛400目后,再次使用低温超微粉碎过筛900目,即得到中草药饲料添加剂散剂;
(4)按重量份比,将(3)中的中草药饲料添加剂散剂与全价料一起加入搅拌机中搅拌30min后,包装即可。
更进一步的,步骤(1)中,所述干燥为微波干燥;所述微波的波长为300mm且频率为1000MHz。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种高效防病的养猪方法,其特征在于,所述干燥后的各中草药组分含水率为2-5%的重量。
在本发明中,进一步的,将按照重量份计,散剂猪饲料15-20份、猪诱食剂5-10份和基础食材50-60份,按照常规混合搅拌而成。
本发明还包括猪场的选择和猪舍的建造;
所述猪场的选择为:选择地势高于300m、干燥、背风、向阳、水源充足、供电和交通方便且远离公路、铁路和居民区1000m以上的小山坡作为猪场,在小山坡的山脚用铁栏杆将小山坡围起来,并在山坡上种满红薯;
所述猪舍的建造为:在小山坡的顶上建造有东西南北4面墙和屋顶的猪舍,猪舍坐北向南,且猪舍的南北墙用能收放的帆布卷帘代替;每日都要清理猪舍以保持猪舍干净干燥;猪舍温度维持在20-25℃。
本发明中的全价料由蛋白质饲料、能量饲料、粗饲料和添加剂四部分组成,可从市面上购买得到。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明中的养猪场选择在小山坡上,环境良好;其次猪舍坐北向南,利于冬季采光,冬暖夏凉,且猪舍南北墙用可收放的帆布卷帘代替,夏天收起,利于采光采风,保持猪舍凉爽,冬天放下,利于挡风保暖;这不仅降低了维持猪舍温度的成本,还给猪营造了而一个舒适的生活环境,让猪以快乐的心情健康成长,成长速度快。
(2)本发明的中草药饲料添加剂原料为鱼腥草、大黄、白背藤、黄芩、黄柏、柴胡、板蓝根、大青叶、地丁草、穿心莲和野菊花,且经过低温超微粉碎来制作散剂,可以使散剂具有更好的溶解性、分散性、吸附性、化学反应活性,更易被猪吸收并产生效果,经过实验研究使用本发明的饲料和养猪方法进行饲喂的猪,疾病的发病率远远低于使用常规方法饲喂的猪,治愈率为100%,死亡率为0;
本发明各个原料的药理及药性如下:
鱼腥草:味微涩,辛,微寒;具有清热解毒、消痈排脓和利尿通淋的功效。现代药理实验表明,鱼腥草具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力、利尿等作用;
大黄:具有泻下攻积、清热泻火、凉血解毒和逐瘀通经的功效;
白背藤:性味,辛,微苦,清凉;具有祛风除湿、化痰止咳、散瘀止血和解毒消痈的功效;
黄芩:味苦、性寒,具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎的功效;
黄柏:为芸香科植物黄柏的树皮,味苦,性寒,可清热、燥湿、泻火、解毒;
柴胡:含有的挥发油(丁香酚、已酸、r-十一酸内酯和对甲氧基苯二酮)和柴胡皂苷(皂苷元A)具有解热作用;含有的皂苷可抗炎;含有的柴胡多糖可提高免疫功能;
板蓝根:性寒,味先微甜后苦涩,具有清热解毒、预防感冒、抗炎抑菌、祛丹毒的功效;
大青叶:清热,解毒,凉血,止血,用于热病高热烦渴;。
地丁草:性寒,味苦,清热解毒,可治温病高热烦躁,流感;
穿心莲:有清热解毒、消炎、消肿止痛的作用;
野菊花:野菊的叶、花及全草入药。味苦、辛、凉,清热解毒,疏风散热,散瘀,明目,降血压。
本发明诱食剂的原料为丁香、桂皮和茯苓,各个原料的药理及药性如下:
丁香:味辛,性温,有浓郁的香味,具有温中降逆、温肾助阳、散寒止痛的功效;
桂皮,含挥发油,油中主要成分为桂皮醛,并含少量乙酸桂皮酯、乙酸苯丙酯,此外还含有粘液、鞣质等,具有温胃散寒、消食导滞涨功能,可以促进食欲;
茯苓,具有利水渗湿,健脾,安神茯苓能增强机体免疫以及增肥的功效。
本发明的基础食材为玉米和红薯,分别具有以下功效:
玉米:甜味,可利用能量高;还含有大量镁,而镁可加强肠壁蠕动,促进机体废物的排泄;亚油酸含量较高,且维生素中维生素E较多;
红薯:富含蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质;且含糖量达到15%-20%。
含有中草药饲料添加剂的猪饲料、猪诱食剂和基础食材三者相结合,可以使猪食所含的营养更加丰富全面。其中,中草药饲料添加剂中以鱼腥草、大黄、黄芩、黄柏、柴胡和板蓝根为主,白背藤和大青叶为辅,地丁草和野菊花为佐,穿心莲为使,各个草药相互配合,共同达到滋阴降火、解毒散瘀、强心健脾、清热凉血、护肝利胆、提高机体免疫力、降低发病率和抗应激的作用,可以预防各种疾病的发生,特别是猪瘟和伪狂犬病;而猪诱食剂有开胃健脾、增肥的作用,可促进消化液的分泌,提高猪的食欲,并且具有特殊的香甜味,能充分掩盖猪食中的不良气味,增强猪食的适口性,提高采食量,减少饲料浪费;而其中的玉米和红薯也为猪食增加了很多营养,大大增加了猪食的甜味,提高了猪的采食率。本发明的猪食利用了各种天然中草药来代替疫苗等预防疾病所需要用的化学药品,用天然食物玉米和红薯作为主食代替了人工饲料,从日常饲喂预防各种疾病,不仅降低了养猪业主的风险,更是解决了猪体内药物残留的问题,使生产出的猪肉成为真正令消费者放心的绿色产品。
(3)在本发明中,喂养方式为圈养与放养相结合,喂食过后,将猪放到山坡上,让其自由觅食;这样做既保证了猪足够的进食量,又增加了猪的运动时间和强度,恢复了猪的自然习性,如啃咬、拱掘等,降低了饲养密度;这使猪的天性得到释放,降低猪的争斗行为,使其采食量和日增重增加,应激减少,发病率降低,且猪的肌肉得到锻炼,生产出的猪肉肉色红润、纹理清晰、肉质好,味道更嫩、更香。
(4)在本发明中,采用微波来干燥中草药,具有加热速度快且均匀的特点,使中草药成为发热源,内外一起热起来,同时因为表面更容易散热,往往是内部温度高于外部温度,可以让中草药由内到外进行干燥,温度梯度方向和水分梯度方向相同,促使内部水分迅速蒸发,不仅大大缩短了中草药的干燥时间,而且干燥均匀,可以较好的保持中草药的原有性能,使干燥后的中草药质量高。
(5)本发明从日常预防猪的疾病,且所需设施简单,运营维护费用低,降低了养猪业主的风险和投资,生产出来的猪肉绿色安全,竞争力高,增加了而效益,适合推广使用。
【具体实施方式】
一种高效防病的养猪方法,包括以下步骤:
一.进行硬件设施猪场、猪舍的建造:
(1)猪场的选择:选择地势高于300m、干燥、背风、向阳、水源充足、供电和交通方便且远离公路、铁路和居民区1000m以上的小山坡,在小山坡的山脚用铁栏杆将小山坡围起来,并在山坡上种满红薯。
(2)猪舍的建造:在小山坡的顶上建造有东西南北4面墙和屋顶的猪舍,猪舍坐北向南,且猪舍的南北墙用能收放的帆布卷帘代替;每日都要清理猪舍以保持猪舍干净干燥;猪舍温度维持在20-25℃。
二.进行具有抗病猪饲料的制作:

1.散剂猪饲料的制作:
1)按重量份计,称取下列材料:
全价料:990份; 中草药饲料添加剂:5份;
其中,中草药饲料添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:

(1)将中草药组分鱼腥草、大黄、白背藤、黄芩、黄柏、柴胡、板蓝根、大青叶、地丁草、穿心莲和野菊花分别净选,然后用波长为300mm且频率为1000MHz的微波干燥,使其含水率为2%的重量;
(2)按重量份称量干燥后的各中草药组分,然后将称量好的各中草药组分分别使用中药粉碎机单独粉碎,再分别过筛50目后,一起放入混合机中搅拌混合至均匀,得到预混料粗粉;
(3)将(2)中的预混料粗粉经过低温超微粉碎过筛400目后,再次使用低温超微粉碎过筛900目,即得到中草药饲料添加剂散剂并称取5份的重量份;
(4)按重量份比,将(3)中的中草药饲料添加剂散剂与全价料一起加入搅拌机中搅拌30min后,包装即可。
2.诱食剂的制作:按重量份计,称取丁香5份、桂皮7份和茯苓5份,经过洗净、烘干、粉碎成粉末、过80目筛和混匀造粒制成。
3.基础食材的制作:按重量份计,将基础食材玉米粉碎颗粒10份和生红薯片18份分别煮熟后混合均匀制成。

三.猪的喂养方式:对于二个月龄内,且体重为30kg以内的猪,使用具有抗病的猪饲料在猪舍内进行喂养,按照每只1-2kg喂食具有抗病的猪饲料,且三次/天;对于二个月龄以上,且体重为40kg以上的猪,使用具有抗病的猪饲料在猪舍进行喂食直至出栏,按照每只3-4kg喂食具有抗病的猪饲料,且三次/天,每次喂食具有抗病的猪饲料时将猪关于猪舍内,喂食后将猪放养至猪舍外的小山坡上觅食。
效果验证:从某养猪场选50头断奶仔猪,两组仔猪无明显生态学差异,将其分平均分为两组。一组使用常规圈养和普通猪食进行喂养,作为对照组;另一组使用本发明生产的猪饲料进行饲喂,作为实验组。两组猪饲喂量和时间完全一致,经过1年饲喂至出栏,统计猪的一般疾病、猪瘟病和伪狂犬病的发病率、治愈率和死亡率和猪的料重、肉质和口感,结果见下表:
由上表可知,使用本发明的养猪方法进行饲喂的猪,疾病的发病率远远低于使用常规方法饲喂的猪,治愈率为100%,死亡率为0,都远远优于对照组,并且肉质和肉的口感都达到健康猪肉的标准。因此,使用本发明的养猪方法进行喂养,不仅可以有效的预防和治疗猪的疾病,尤其是猪瘟和伪狂犬病,还可以得到绿色健康的猪肉。
Claims (8)
1.一种高效防病的养猪方法,其特征在于:对于二个月龄内,且体重为30kg以内的猪,使用具有抗病的猪饲料在猪舍内进行喂养,按照每只1-2kg喂食具有抗病的猪饲料,且三次/天;对于二个月龄以上,且体重为40kg以上的猪,使用具有抗病的猪饲料在猪舍进行喂养直至出栏,按照每只3-4kg喂食具有抗病的猪饲料,且三次/天;每次喂食具有抗病的猪饲料时将猪关在猪舍内,喂食后便将猪放养至猪舍外的小山坡上觅食;
所述具有抗病的猪饲料由重量份为散剂猪饲料15-20份、猪诱食剂5-10份和基础食材50-60份组成;
所述散剂猪饲料是由重量份为990-1010份的全价料和5-10份的中草药饲料添加剂制成的散剂;
所述中草药饲料添加剂由重量份为板蓝根8-15份、黄芩8-15份、黄柏8-15份、大青叶7-15份、鱼腥草5-10份、大黄5-10份、柴胡5-10份、白背藤3-8份、穿心莲3-8份、野菊花2-8份和地丁草1-5份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效防病的养猪方法,其特征在于,所述猪诱食剂由重量份为丁香5-8份、桂皮7-9份和茯苓5-7份,先后经过洗净、烘干、粉碎成粉末、过80目筛和混匀造粒制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效防病的养猪方法,其特征在于,所述基础食材由重量份为10-15份的玉米粉碎颗粒和18-22份的生红薯片分别煮熟后混合均匀制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效防病的养猪方法,其特征在于,所述中草药饲料添加剂由重量份为板蓝根12份、黄芩11份、黄柏10份、大青叶10份、鱼腥草8份、大黄7份、柴胡9份、白背藤5份、穿心莲6份、野菊花7份和地丁草3份组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效防病的养猪方法,其特征在于,所述散剂猪饲料由以下步骤制成:
(1)将中草药组分鱼腥草、大黄、白背藤、黄芩、黄柏、柴胡、板蓝根、大青叶、地丁草、穿心莲和野菊花分别净选并干燥,待用;
(2)按重量份称量干燥后的各中草药组分,然后将称量好的各中草药组分分别使用中药粉碎机单独粉碎,再分别过筛50目后,一起放入混合机中搅拌混合至均匀,得到预混料粗粉;
(3)将(2)中的预混料粗粉经过低温超微粉碎过筛400目后,再次使用低温超微粉碎过筛900目,即得到中草药饲料添加剂散剂;
(4)按重量份比,将(3)中的中草药饲料添加剂散剂与全价料一起加入搅拌机中搅拌30min后,包装即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高效防病的养猪方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述干燥为微波干燥;所述微波的波长为300mm且频率为1000MHz。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种高效防病的养猪方法,其特征在于,所述干燥后的各中草药组分含水率为2-5%的重量。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效防病的养猪方法,其特征在于,将按照重量份计,散剂猪饲料15-20份、猪诱食剂5-10份和基础食材50-60份,按照常规混合搅拌而成。
