本发明提供一种猪清热解毒的方法,对于体重为25kg以内的猪,使用清热解毒的猪饲料进行喂养,按照每只1‑2kg喂食清热解毒的猪饲料,且3次/日;对于体重在25kg以上的猪,使用清热解毒的猪饲料进行喂养直至出栏,每次喂食都让其自由采食至吃饱为止,且3次/日;其中,清热解毒的猪饲料由全价料和中草药添加剂按一定重量份比搅拌至混合均匀制成;中草药添加剂由板蓝根、大黄、一匹绸、鱼腥草、虾钳草、半枝莲、石膏、胆草、甘草、黄芩、杏仁、双白、芦根和吉梗按一定重量份比组成。本发明清热解毒的方法具有绿色安全、有效且简单的特点,长期食用,可提高猪的自身免疫力,降低疾病的发病率和死亡率,并提高了猪肉的质量。

【背景技术】
随着经济水平的发展,人们的生活质量也随之提高,对于食品的要求也越来越高,因此,绿色安全又营养美味的保健食品受到人们的青睐。而我国作为猪肉消费大国,猪肉是人们餐桌上最常见到的肉类,因此,猪肉的安全问题已然成为了人们关注的热点。
但是随着猪养殖业规模化、集约化的发展,猪的活动范围逐渐减小,养殖环境越来越差,大多数的养殖厂都存在空间拥挤和潮湿等等恶劣的环境状况,导致了猪各种疾病的发病率和死亡率高涨,从而增加了猪养殖户的风险,降低了经济效益;因此,很多养殖户都会选择使用各种抗生素来防治疾病,但由于抗生素耐药性等问题常使其治疗失败且由于药物残留会产生毒副作用,是生产出来的猪肉肉质差且含有药物残留,这种猪肉对人体非但没有保健作用,并且会对人体造成损害。因此,为了保证降低猪的疾病发生率和死亡率与提高猪肉质量的同时进行,我们需要一种简单绿色的日常防治的方法。

本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种猪清热解毒的方法。该方法使用多种具有清热解毒作用的中草药作为原材料,营养价值高,天然无毒副作用,长期食用,可有效增强猪的抵抗力,降低猪疾病的发生率和死亡率,同时提高了猪的肉质。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种猪清热解毒的方法,对于体重为25kg以内的猪,使用清热解毒的猪饲料进行喂养,按照每只1-2kg喂食清热解毒的猪饲料,且3次/日;对于体重在25kg以上的猪,使用清热解毒的猪饲料进行喂养直至出栏,每次喂食都让其自由采食至吃饱为止,且3次/日;
所述的清热解毒的猪饲料由全价料850-950份和中草药添加剂18-32份搅拌至混合均匀制成;
所述的中草药添加剂由重量份为16-27份的板蓝根、16-26份的大黄、15-25份的一匹绸、15-25份的鱼腥草、13-23份的虾钳草、13-22份的半枝莲、10-18份的石膏、10-17份的胆草、10-17份的甘草、9-15份的黄芩、8-15份的杏仁、8-14份的双白、6-12份的芦根和5-11份的吉梗制成。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述的中草药添加剂由重量份为20-25份的板蓝根、18-24份的大黄、16-23份的一匹绸、15-23份的鱼腥草、15-22份的虾钳草、15-20份的半枝莲、10-15份的石膏、10-15份的胆草、10-14份的甘草、9-13份的黄芩、9-12份的杏仁、8-11份的双白、7-10份的芦根和6-9份的吉梗制成。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述的清热解毒的猪饲料由全价料890-930份和中草药添加剂23-30份搅拌至混合均匀制成。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述的中草药添加剂的剂型为散剂或颗粒剂。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述清热解毒的猪饲料的制作方法包括以下具体步骤:
1)将中草药组分板蓝根、大黄、一匹绸、鱼腥草、虾钳草、半枝莲、石膏、胆草、甘草、黄芩、杏仁、双白、芦根和吉梗分别净选,干燥;
2)按重量份称量干燥后的各中草药组分,备用;
3)将称量好的各中草药组分用中药粉碎机单独粉碎,分别过筛50目后,一起放入混合机中搅拌混合至均匀,得到粗粉;
4)将3)中的粗粉低温超微粉碎过筛400目后,再次低温超微粉碎过筛900目,即得到中草药添加剂散剂;
5)按重量份比,将4)中的制得的中草药添加剂散剂与全价料一起加入搅拌机中搅拌30min后,包装即可。
更进一步的,步骤1)中,所述干燥为微波干燥;所述微波的波长为300mm且频率为1000MHz。
更进一步的,所述干燥后的各中草药组分含水率为2-5%重量。
在本发明中,进一步的,所述清热解毒的猪饲料的制作方法包括以下具体步骤:
1)将中草药组分板蓝根、大黄、一匹绸、鱼腥草、虾钳草、半枝莲、石膏、胆草、甘草、黄芩、杏仁、双白、芦根和吉梗分别净选,再分别用波长为300mm且频率为1000MHz的微波干燥,干燥至各中草药组分含水率为2-5%重量;
2)按重量份称量干燥后的各中草药组分,备用;
3)将称量好的各中草药组分采用水煎浓缩的方法制备得到中草药添加剂颗粒剂;
4)按重量份比,将3)中的制得的的中草药添加剂颗粒剂与全价料一起加入搅拌机中搅拌30min后,包装即可。
本发明中所用的全价料由蛋白质饲料、能量饲料、粗饲料和添加剂四部分组成,可从市面上购买得到。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明所采用的中草药添加剂的原料为板蓝根、大黄、一匹绸、鱼腥草、虾钳草、半枝莲、石膏、胆草、甘草、黄芩、杏仁、双白、芦根和吉梗,各个中药的药理和药性如下:
大黄:气清香、味苦而微涩,具有泻热通肠、凉血解毒、逐瘀通经的作用;用于实热便秘、积滞腹痛、泻痢不爽、湿热黄疸、血热吐衄、目赤、咽肿、肠痈腹痛、痈肿疔疮、瘀血经闭、跌打损伤、外治水火烫伤等症状。
一匹绸:甘淡、凉;有清热解暑、祛风湿和续筋骨的功效;可治中暑、感冒咳嗽、胃肠炎、风湿性关节炎、跌打损伤、骨折和皮肤湿疹。
板蓝根:气微弱、味微甘;性寒,味先微甜后苦涩,具有清热解毒、预防感冒、抗炎抑菌、祛丹毒的功效。
鱼腥草:味微涩、辛、微寒;有清热解毒、消痈排脓、利尿通淋之功能;用于肺痈吐脓、痰热喘咳、热痢、热淋和痈肿疮毒。
虾钳草:有清热解毒、散瘀活血的功效,主治上呼吸道感染、咽喉肿痛、急性阑尾炎、急性黄疸型肝炎、胃肠炎、风湿关节疼痛、疟疾。
半枝莲:性寒味酸,全草含多种维生素、微量元素及氨基酸等成;有凉血解毒、散瘀止痛、消肿和清热利湿之功效。
石膏:性凉,有清热解毒之功效;可用于温热病、气喘和咳嗽。
胆草:性寒、味苦辛;具有清热解毒、凉血消肿和止咳利尿的功效。
甘草:气微味甜而特殊,主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等。
黄芩:味苦、性寒,能清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎;有清热燥湿、凉血安胎和解毒的功效。
杏仁:能止咳平喘、润肠通便,可治疗肺病、咳嗽等疾病;对于因伤风感冒引起的多痰、咳嗽、气喘等症状疗效显著。
双白:甘、苦、寒;有泻肺平喘、利尿消肿的作用;可治肺热喘咳、吐血、水肿、脚气和小便不利。
芦根:具有清热生津、除烦、止呕、利尿的作用;用于热病烦渴、胃热呕吐、肺热咳嗽、肺痈吐脓和热淋涩痛。
吉梗:具有宣肺、祛痰、咽、排脓的作用;主治咳嗽痰多、胸闷不畅、咽喉肿痛、失声、肺痈吐脓、癃闭和便秘等症。
其中,以大黄、一匹绸、板蓝根、鱼腥草、虾钳草和半枝莲为主,石膏、胆草和甘草为辅,黄芩、杏仁和双白为佐,芦根和吉梗为使,共同达到清热解毒的目的,从而增强猪的自身免疫力,降低猪疾病的发病率和死亡率,提高猪肉质量。
(2)本发明在制作中草药添加剂时,先经过了简单的粉碎,然后再经过了两次低温超微粉碎,并逐渐增加所通过筛子的目数,这使得制得的中草药添加剂散剂总体粒度范围更小更均匀,而且超微细粉末是超微粉碎的最终产品,具有一般颗粒所没有的特殊理化性质,如良好的溶解性、分散性、吸附性、化学反应活性等,因此,可以使该中草药添加剂更好的与全价料混合,使制得的猪饲料各个部分的组分更加趋于一致,猪饲料中有效成分可以更好的被猪吸收,并在猪的体内产生相应的药效,从而,达到增强猪的免疫力并有效预防猪瘟和伪狂犬病的目的。
(3)在本发明中,采用微波来干燥中草药,具有加热速度快且均匀的特点,使中草药成为发热源,内外一起热起来,同时因为表面更容易散热,往往是内部温度高于外部温度,可以让中草药由内到外进行干燥,温度梯度方向和水分梯度方向相同,促使内部水分迅速蒸发,不仅大大缩短了中草药的干燥时间,而且干燥均匀,可以较好的保持中草药的原有性能,使干燥后的中草药质量高。
(4)本发明的方法,具有操作简单易实现、成本低廉且绿色安全的优点。

1).按重量份计,称取下列材料:
全价料:850份;中草药添加剂:18份;
其中,中草药添加剂由以下重量份的中草药添加剂组成:

实施例1、2和3按照以下步骤制取清热解毒的猪饲料:
1)将中草药组分板蓝根、大黄、一匹绸、鱼腥草、虾钳草、半枝莲、石膏、胆草、甘草、黄芩、杏仁、双白、芦根和吉梗分别净选,然后用波长为300mm且频率为1000MHz的微波干燥,使干燥后的各中草药组分含水率为2%重量;
2)按重量份称量干燥后的各中草药组分,备用;
3)将称量好的各中草药组分用中药粉碎机单独粉碎,分别过筛50目后,一起放入混合机中搅拌混合至均匀,得到粗粉;
4)将3)中的粗粉低温超微粉碎过筛400目后,再次低温超微粉碎过筛900目,即得到中草药添加剂散剂;
5)按重量份比,将4)中的制得的中草药添加剂散剂与全价料一起加入搅拌机中搅拌30min后,包装即可。
实施例4和5按照以下步骤制取清热解毒的猪饲料:
1)将中草药组分大黄、一匹绸、板蓝根、鱼腥草、虾钳草、半枝莲、石膏、胆草、甘草、黄芩、杏仁、双白、芦根和吉梗分别净选,然后用波长为300mm且频率为1000MHz的微波干燥,使干燥后的各中草药组分含水率为5%重量;
2)按重量份称量干燥后的各中草药组分,备用;
3)将称量好的各中草药组分采用水煎浓缩的方法制备得到中草药添加剂颗粒剂;
4)按重量份比,将3)中的制得的的中草药添加剂颗粒剂与全价料一起加入搅拌机中搅拌30min后,包装即可。
将按各个实施例制作好的清热解毒的猪饲料按照以下方法对猪进行饲喂:
对于体重为25kg以内的猪,使用清热解毒的猪饲料进行喂养,按照每只1-2kg喂食清热解毒的猪饲料,且3次/日;对于体重在25kg以上的猪,使用清热解毒的猪饲料进行喂养直至出栏,每次喂食都让其自由采食至吃饱为止,且3次/日。
效果验证:从某养猪场选75头断奶仔猪,各头仔猪间无明显生态学差异,将其分平均分为三组。一组使用常规饲料(全价料)进行饲喂,作为对照组;另一组使用本发明生产的猪饲料(分为散剂猪饲料和颗粒剂猪饲料)进行饲喂,作为实验组。三组猪所在的外部环境一致,饲喂量和时间完全一致,经过1年饲喂至出栏,三组猪料重比差别不明显,无明显统计学差异,统计猪一般疾病的发病率、死亡率和猪肉质量,结果见下表:
由表可以看出,使用本发明生产的猪饲料进行饲喂,猪一般疾病的发病率和死亡率都远远低于对照组,而生产出来的猪肉质量也符合大众的绿色健康的需求。
Claims (8)
1.一种猪清热解毒的方法,其特征在于:对于体重为25kg以内的猪,使用清热解毒的猪饲料进行喂养,按照每只1-2kg喂食清热解毒的猪饲料,且3次/日;对于体重在25kg以上的猪,使用清热解毒的猪饲料进行喂养直至出栏,每次喂食都让其自由采食至吃饱为止,且3次/日;
所述的清热解毒的猪饲料由全价料850-950份和中草药添加剂18-32份搅拌至混合均匀制成;
所述的中草药添加剂由重量份为16-27份的板蓝根、16-26份的大黄、15-25份的一匹绸、15-25份的鱼腥草、13-23份的虾钳草、13-22份的半枝莲、10-18份的石膏、10-17份的胆草、10-17份的甘草、9-15份的黄芩、8-15份的杏仁、8-14份的双白、6-12份的芦根和5-11份的吉梗制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种猪清热解毒的方法,其特征在于,所述的中草药添加剂由重量份为20-25份的板蓝根、18-24份的大黄、16-23份的一匹绸、15-23份的鱼腥草、15-22份的虾钳草、15-20份的半枝莲、10-15份的石膏、10-15份的胆草、10-14份的甘草、9-13份的黄芩、9-12份的杏仁、8-11份的双白、7-10份的芦根和6-9份的吉梗制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种猪清热解毒的方法,其特征在于,所述的清热解毒的猪饲料由全价料890-930份和中草药添加剂23-30份搅拌至混合均匀制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种猪清热解毒的方法,其特征在于,所述的中草药添加剂的剂型为散剂或颗粒剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述一种猪清热解毒的方法,其特征在于,所述清热解毒的猪饲料的制作方法包括以下具体步骤:
1)将中草药组分板蓝根、大黄、一匹绸、鱼腥草、虾钳草、半枝莲、石膏、胆草、甘草、黄芩、杏仁、双白、芦根和吉梗分别净选,干燥;
2)按重量份称量干燥后的各中草药组分,备用;
3)将称量好的各中草药组分用中药粉碎机单独粉碎,分别过筛50目后,一起放入混合机中搅拌混合至均匀,得到粗粉;

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种猪清热解毒的方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中,所述干燥为微波干燥;所述微波的波长为300mm且频率为1000MHz。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种猪清热解毒的方法,其特征在于,所述干燥后的各中草药组分含水率为2-5%重量。
8.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述一种猪清热解毒的方法,其特征在于,所述清热解毒的猪饲料的制作方法包括以下具体步骤:
1)将中草药组分板蓝根、大黄、一匹绸、鱼腥草、虾钳草、半枝莲、石膏、胆草、甘草、黄芩、杏仁、双白、芦根和吉梗分别净选,再分别用波长为300mm且频率为1000MHz的微波干燥,干燥至各中草药组分含水率为2-5%重量;
2)按重量份称量干燥后的各中草药组分,备用;
3)将称量好的各中草药组分采用水煎浓缩的方法制备得到中草药添加剂颗粒剂;
4)按重量份比,将3)中的制得的的中草药添加剂颗粒剂与全价料一起加入搅拌机中搅拌30min后,包装即可。
