本发明公开一种治疗前列腺增生的中药，它是由下述重量配比的原料制成：当归20～30、沙苑子20～30、菟丝子10～20、杜仲10～20、巴戟天10～20、桑葚15～25、金樱子15～25、刺猬皮5～10、云苓5～10、枸杞3～8、牛膝3～8。本发明治疗前列腺增生的中药以当归和沙苑子为主药，搭配其它辅药，它们相互影响，协同作用，从而起到很好的有效滋补肝脾肾，清利湿热，消散瘀结，增强肾功能，强精壮体作用，对前列腺增生有很好的疗效，而且其原料简单、服用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗前列腺增生的中药。
背景技术
前列腺增生(BPH)是中老年男性常见疾病之一，随全球人口老年化发病日渐增多。前列腺增生的发病率随年龄递增，但有增生病变时不一定有临床症状。城镇发病率高于乡村，而且种族差异也影响增生程度。有关前列腺增生的发病机制研究颇多，但病因至今仍未能阐明。目前已知前列腺增生必须具备有功能的睾丸及年龄增长两个条件。近年来也注意到吸烟、肥胖及酗酒、家族史、人种及地理环境对BPH发生的关系。前列腺增生的早期由于代偿，症状不典型，随着下尿路梗阻加重，症状逐渐明显，临床症状包括储尿期症状，排尿期症状以及排尿后症状。由于病程进展缓慢，难以确定起病时间。目前治疗前列腺增生的药物众多，例如公开号为：CN105920544A、名称为《一种治疗前列腺增生症的中药制剂及其制备方法》的中国发明专利申请，本发明公开了一种治疗前列腺增生症的中药制剂，其特征在于：取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成：刺猬皮30-70份，鹿角霜10-50份，黄芪10-50份，桂枝5-15份，车前子10-50份，薏苡仁10-50份，生南瓜籽10-50份，西葫芦籽10-50份，冬葵子10-30份，葫芦巴10-30份，川牛膝10-30份，丹参10-50份，益母草10-50份，莪术5-15份，桃仁5-15份，胡桃壳10-50份，向日葵盘30-70份，仙人掌10-50份，白茅根30-70份，穿山甲5-15份，水蛭5-15份，沉香3-9份，琥珀1-5份。本发明使用中国传统的中草药为原料，采用特殊的炮制方法制作而成，具有补肾阳、清湿热、调血活血、破血祛瘀、消除肿块的作用，以毒攻毒，攻补兼施，既保障了疗效，又达到标本兼治，愈后不易复发。但其配伍较为复杂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种配伍较为简单、安全可靠、疗效好的治疗前列腺增生的中药。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：
当归20～30、沙苑子20～30、菟丝子10～20、杜仲10～20、巴戟天10～20、桑葚15～25、金樱子15～25、刺猬皮5～10、云苓5～10、枸杞3～8、牛膝3～8。
各原料的优选重量配比为：
当归22～28、沙苑子22～28、菟丝子12～18、杜仲12～18、巴戟天12～18、桑葚18～22、金樱子18～22、刺猬皮6～9、云苓6～9、枸杞2～7、牛膝4～7。
各原料的最佳重量配比为：
当归25、沙苑子25、菟丝子15、杜仲15、巴戟天15、桑葚20、金樱子20、刺猬皮7、云苓7、枸杞5、牛膝5。
本发明治疗前列腺增生的中药的制备方法为：按重量配比称取原料当归、沙苑子、菟丝子、杜仲、巴戟天、桑葚、金樱子、刺猬皮、云苓、枸杞、牛膝，加入5～8倍原料重量的水煎煮，水沸后文火煮30～40分钟，滤出药液，即得。
本发明治疗前列腺增生的中药的服用方法为：口服，每日2次，每次服200～250克。
本发明治疗前列腺增生的中药以当归和沙苑子为主药，搭配其它辅药，它们相互影响，协同作用，从而起到很好的有效滋补肝脾肾，清利湿热，消散瘀结，增强肾功能，强精壮体，全面调节机体平衡，标本兼治的作用，对前列腺增生有很好的疗效，而且其原料简单、服用方便。

下面以实施例对本发明作进一步说明，但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
以下各实施例中所述份数为重量份。
实施例1
药物重量配比：
当归20份、沙苑子20份、菟丝子10份、杜仲10份、巴戟天10份、桑葚15份、金樱子15份、刺猬皮5份、云苓5份、枸杞3份、牛膝3份。
制备方法：
按上述重量配比称取原料，加入5倍原料重量的水煎煮，水沸后文火煮30分钟，滤出药液，即得。
实施例2
药物重量配比：
当归30份、沙苑子30份、菟丝子20份、杜仲20份、巴戟天20份、桑葚25份、金樱子25份、刺猬皮10份、云苓10份、枸杞8份、牛膝8份。
制备方法：
按上述重量配比称取原料，加入8倍原料重量的水煎煮，水沸后文火煮40分钟，滤出药液，即得。
实施例3
药物重量配比：
当归25份、沙苑子25份、菟丝子15份、杜仲15份、巴戟天15份、桑葚20份、金樱子20份、刺猬皮7份、云苓7份、枸杞5份、牛膝5份。
制备方法：
按上述重量配比称取原料，加入6倍原料重量的水煎煮，水沸后文火煮35分钟，滤出药液，即得。
实验例：
以下通过实验例进一步阐述本发明治疗前列腺增生的中药的有益效果。
1、实验人群：
分为A、B两个实验组：
A组：男性患者168例；年龄50～60岁。
B组：男性患者120例；年龄60～75岁。
2、药物服用方法：
口服本发明实施例3制得的治疗前列腺增生的中药每天2次，每次服250克，连服30天。
3、疗效评定：
(1)无效：与服药前相比，治疗效果不明显。
(2)显效：治疗效果明显。

1.一种治疗前列腺增生的中药，其特征在于是由下述重量配比的原料制成：
当归20～30、沙苑子20～30、菟丝子10～20、杜仲10～20、巴戟天10～20、桑葚15～25、金樱子15～25、刺猬皮5～10、云苓5～10、枸杞3～8、牛膝3～8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗前列腺增生的中药，其特征在于各原料的重量配比为：
当归22～28、沙苑子22～28、菟丝子12～18、杜仲12～18、巴戟天12～18、桑葚18～22、金樱子18～22、刺猬皮6～9、云苓6～9、枸杞2～7、牛膝4～7。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗前列腺增生的中药，其特征在于各原料的重量配比为：
当归25、沙苑子25、菟丝子15、杜仲15、巴戟天15、桑葚20、金樱子20、刺猬皮7、云苓7、枸杞5、牛膝5。
